Team was in disarray with all those injuries to running backs. They are a running team. I think the negotiations were and are weird because he doesn't have an agent. How much time do Kraft and Bill have left together? I think they could come up with 5 more years. After that I think Bill will be done or Kraft may be done with him. Buffalo didnt have Milano either. I think he impacts the Bills defense as much as Jones. Overall, the narrative is Buffalo beat them but they are much better. Buffalo is still the same. Imo, this is backwards/ opposite. Buffalo has found a run game since and evolved the offense to use multiple players and personal groupings. Not just relying on Diggs, Beasley Sanders. I feel Kc is still pretty much the same. Same packages, similar plays. The way to slow them is known and the strengths of the offense are the same.

I think it is officially a Baker and Cleveland thing. Stefanski also alienated Diggs in Minnesota. Cleveland has a foundational issue imo. On paper they look great. Something is severely off.

Take off the Chiefs rose colored glasses. Throw out Allens rookie season. Mahomes didnt really play as a rookie. Allens numbers are very similar and some cases better than Mahomes. You could even say Allen played better the last 2 seasons in comparison. Now, the overall media and casual followers of Buffalo may not believe or know how close it is. A few years ago Steve Young was going on about a game Michael Vick had against, I believe the redskins, when he was with the Eagles. Basically, the next evolution of qb will be when a Qb can win inside the pocket with the regular drop back qb stuff and is also a dynamic runner. Allen is really the first to blend pocket, scrambling and running from the position at elite levels. Maybe Buffalo always struggles with KC and they cant get by them. Maybe Allen raises his game to level even Mahomes hasnt yet.

That is why Buffalo made it a point to be physical with Kc. Make em call it both ways or not at all. The Bills offense is better equipped to handle KC than last season. Every wr was battling an injury. Now they are healthy. Diggs Mckenzie and Knox will eat man alive. Sanders and Davis can as well. The game plan KC uses on d will be interesting.

I think Siran Neal makes a big impact. His size and athletic ability should give Kelce fits. Like last time. Do not allow the easy 30 to 40 yard passes. Make them make the 5 to 8 yard passes. I think Allen plays the way he did vs NE 3 more times this year and Buffalo gets the Lombardi. Make it no doubt. Beat NE than Mahomes than imo Burrow and beat Brady or Rodgers for it all. Allen becomes the face of the league.

Singletary becoming the feature has created an incredibly tough offense to stop. Idk how much better Bates is than Mango, or if he even is. But having a good locker room guy make the most of an opportunity creates a net positive for the team. Harry has all the intangibles. Getting the production to match that elevates the defense. Imo those are the largest impacts.

I think Singletary brings a contagious energy to the run game. He has been imo the best back since he was drafted. He gets whats there to be had and little more. Those neg runs he squeezes out a yard or 2 have been big at keeping momentum. The 3 to 6 yards on first or second down makes the offense darn near unstoppable. Those Tds vs NE were kidney punches. We do not need a 30 carry back for 150 plus yards. His usage down the stretch has been the right balanced. Still a pass first team but a nastiness with the run game that stresses a defense.

You gotta be you. Rodgers isnt a get in your face type. I dont believe Farve was either. Allen will break 5 would be sacks, throw a dime down the field and it be dropped. In the post game say he needs to play better. His greatness raises the play of his teammates. To a man they dont want to let him down.
