I like the matchup. Coming off such an emotional week for the team imo it helps they are facing a familiar opponent. With or without Tua I think Buffalo is comfortable with what they will need to do. I expect the run game will be key to a Super bowl run. They took over the game on the ground last time around. Im curious if Cook has surpassed Singaltary after his fumble. Cook notably was the back that put the game away. That has been Singletary all year.

The Jests; from 7-4 to 7-9. An epic collapseMat68 replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall Flame out with Wilson and be in position for Stroud maybe Levis. I expect Bryce Young will go 1. Chasing a playoff berth is going to leave them sticking with White or another re tread they will have to over pay for. As a Bills fan I love it lol

The Jests; from 7-4 to 7-9. An epic collapseMat68 replied to Sierra Foothills's topic in The Stadium Wall Defense and running game doesnt overcome a qb deficit. Have a bottom Qb you most likely will be an average team. This is where Buffalo lived for 20 years.

Neither has Mahomes…. Playing at home is big deal in terms of beating elite qbs.

The narratives this past week makes me fairly annoyed. Bengals have the better run game. Bills 4 to Bengals 28. Allen is just too turnover prone and Burrow is much better. Allen has 1 more pick than Burrow. Yes Cincy has a great wr corp and Buffalo will have a challenge stopping them. However, no one mentions Cincy will be playing a rookie and Eli Apple vs Buffalos passing attack. I feel Buffalo matches up very well. I think Buffalo comes in focused and play there best game of they year. Buffalo wins in Cincy 38 to 24.

Buffalo wins they have a chance but than that makes Baltimore vs Cincy for the division. I think its Ravens v Bengals or Lions vs Pakers are the games. Buffalo playing for the 1 seed vs Patriots wildcard isnt as big as either of those games. Most likely stand alone 4pm game with Nance and Romo.
-
I will go deeper. Boyd and Mixon are the oldest Bengals. They know that the way they have played wont cut it. In the mist of a winning streak and national attention they are hoping there teammates step up.

Call it optimism call it being a homer. In these games when every talking head is picking Cincy in a close game I expect the game to be the opposite. The line is begging for the public to pick Cincy. With that and the noise coming from Cincy about how good they are I see Cincy set up for a let down.
-
Buffalo wins and imo it will not be close. Cincy is the the more consistent team blah blah blah. They played like garbage vs 2 poor teams. Tampa and New England lost those games Cincy did not win them. I think they are feeling themselves and buying into there own hype. Buffalo shows they are the best team in the AFC and possible league 34-17 Bills.

Mahomes beat the Texans in overtime and lost badly to the Colts. Burrow played awful in primetime vs the Browns. Those games are never mentioned. Allens numbers are very similar to Burrow and Mahomes. Its the NFL every qb Brady, Manning, Allen have ups and downs. Many people put the insane Allen games and the 0 punt games as the standard. Thats the ceiling. Sunday vs the Bears he still makes many plays to win is the floor.

Allen goes into super Allen mode and beats the Bengals. Allen is the MVP. Top seed qb with the best numbers. Allen would have the numbers and narrative that he carried the Bills down the stretch. Played through injury and still got home field. If Buffalo beats Cincy they would hold a win over every division winner in the AFC and all but one playoff team if the Chargers make it.

I think a fresh Beasley makes helps the offense get back on track. Having a healthy Beasley is something Buffalo has not had in the playoffs.

12/17/22 Week 15 Gameday Bills vs Dolphins PreGame ThreadMat68 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Bills by a Billion. I expect the offense to break 30 points maybe more and the Dolphins implode. 34-10 Bills

Allen needs a guy underneath he trusts. Cook and Mckenzie have had moments. Beasley gets open now and allows Allen a quick pass option. I think its sneaky great timing. Beasley this time of year has been beat up and playing on grit as much as ability. Beasley with fresh legs could be lethal. I would take Beasley over on yards and Beasley to score tonight.
-
He is great against the run and developing a rush plan. He is our best D end now. To get to where we need to he has to maintain his play.
-
This conversation is dead. Buffalo pays him in the offseason and is a Building block for the franchise on defense.
-
This isnt Madden. You dont win by 4 tds every week. Buffalo beat 2 teams that were in the playoffs and never trailed in either game in back to back weeks. Its a weekly league. Find a way and move on. Buffalo had become too Allen dependent. The run game and defense has stepped up the last few weeks. Since the Minnesota game Allen has been more measured. Not taking as many risks because the game hasn't required it. Looks better than they did vs Pittsburgh, Jacksonville and Indy.

The defense is playing better as a zone defense. I dont expect much man vs Miami either. Elam is a much better man Db than zone at this point. If they need to bring more pressure and need to press opposite White Elam will be on the field. I see it as a scheme and match up based decision. Elam is going to play some important football down the stretch.
-
	I would expect it.
-
I think Miami struggles down the stretch. This will be 3 road losses in a row. I will go as far to saying they will have another win and in situation on week 18.
-
Its the NFL a win is a win. Buffalo has a win over every division leader in the AFC currently. They have blown some teams out. They have gone toe to toe with others. Had 4th quarter comebacks vs others. They have blitzed teams with the pass. They have smashed teams on the ground. Every way possible they have won this year. They are better than the 2021 Bills. Allen is having a very good year. We are at the point where an average Allen year is a career for most other qbs.

Orlovsky: Bills aren't as talented offensively as we thoughtMat68 replied to Billz4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall I go the other way with Cook. I want him to have over 10 touches game. The 4 carries all outside and the Singletary runs all inside are incredibly predictable. Lining Singeltary out wide to run a route and Cook lined up out wide to block was mind numbing as well.

Orlovsky: Bills aren't as talented offensively as we thoughtMat68 replied to Billz4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall Dan is a smart guy and watches alot of games, but his gimmick is creating click bait clips. Buffalo is top 5 or 10 in almost every category. Those coming for Dorsey forget the Jaguars, Colts, and Steelers game of a year ago. This was a Brady era Patriots style of win. This was a game Buffalo and Allen showed maturity. Early on plays where there but missed due to the elements. Allen has an ability to overcome but it will bring risk. When needed Allen made the plays needed to win. That style wont win every game but it was enough to win fairly comfortably yesterday.
