  1. These coaches refuse to punish players for terrible play or penalties. Instead of giving Bates a chance just keep schlepping Ford or Boettger out there. As soon as McKelvttrick fumbles after tripping over himself, I pull him. But no, just trott him back out there. Changes have to come....discipline has to begin....no more Instagram practices.
  2. There's so many factors going into this Bills slump. Daboll just hasn't been the same since losing his grandparents. Losing key players to C19 doesn't help. Reading too much of your "hype" news clippings factors in. And our 3 new young DE's are still learning. The OL doesn't have the skillset to make our 3 mediocre RB's any better. And since the Steelers loss, teams have the blueprint. It will be a very telling story as to how these last 7 games play out?
  3. You can't run it back if you've never won a SB. Has McDermott every yelled at a player in his life? He show's little personality on the sidelines. Hell, I'll even take a Belichick "head set toss or phone throw" at this point. This team is incredibly soft and unfortunately I think alot of that reflects on Sean.
  4. This is true. I think both the coaches and players need a reset. I guess I wish McD was more like Belichick. He would never allow various nonsense at practice. He'd probably give you serious stink eye if you chose not to get vaccinated. He doesn't tolerate penalties ever. Do your job, be prepared for every opponent or you're gone. These guys heads got too big. #1 D...#1 Offense....SB Favorites...MVP QB....on and on. This entire organization needs a reset and reevaluation of what's expected of them.
  5. This is so obvious it blows me away why Daboll won't just do it. If Singletary is so damn amazing with his 5.0 ypc then increase his damn snaps? Use Breida more on outside runs and passing downs. Sit Moss until someone gets hurt. This team spends way too much time concentrating on rotations and less time on just playing your better players more. This isn't little league where everyone gets 1 at bat.
  6. Nope. Run the ball and stop the run requires players we currently don't have on the roster.
  7. There were many including myself who wanted us to trade up a little to get Taylor. But in hindsight we still had a OL with zero run blocking talent. Fix the OL first then worry about what RB is available.
  8. I agree. We knew going in that we were probably the least vaccinated team in the NFL. We held our breath and crossed our fingers hoping this wouldn't be an issue. But now it has. 2 very important starters in the trenches are out 2 games. I'm not starting any commentary on this issue albeit I do believe in the vaccine. But Sean has to figure this out. It may be effecting the locker room. This team always struck me as a family. And I think the kids might be fighting a little bit?
  9. We did absolutely nothing to improve the OL other than accidentally stumbling on Spencer Brown. Ford & Boettger are worthless. Dawkins looks covid slow and when Williams leaves the RG position he is a mess. Apparently Bates is Yeldon. As you say NewEra it needs to be priority 1,2 & 3.
  10. We need both. This team is as soft as any I've seen in several years. The trenches are light. Our OL/DL get pushed around by more physical teams. And 3 of our 4 loses reflect that. I'd argue the weather (wind, rain etc) is much more consistent in Buffalo than in Wyo. We've already seen Josh struggle multiple times in these conditions. I'm looking for advantages. I think a dome would enhance Josh's skills. And a physical team can easily run onto a field with a roof. Do both, change the finesse culture and give Josh that edge. Or enjoy your constant wind games and watch JA struggle. The choice is yours.
  11. It's called have tougher practices and stop letting them screw around video taping each other. Belichick doesn't tolerate that stuff. Besides the obvious (OL/RB) penalties are killing this team.
  12. You can't fix the Bills this season. It's too late. The OL will have to be overhauled in the spring. A better RB will also be necessary. Josh will have to be taught to be smarter. Not just more athletic. And finally a culture of "toughness" must be instilled into their heads. None of this will magically happen immediately. But I believe it will happen eventually.
  13. So true. Without a good OL and good RB, Josh will find so many challenges regardless of his amazing talent. And if Buffalo and their community leaders insist on an open stadium, these truths will become even more important. Build this kid an epic OL and watch him thrive.
  14. I counted at least 6 drops today. Beane has to be aware he shortchanged the OL this last draft. Brown looks good but Ford, Boettger and Feliciano all need replacing.
  15. I just want to blow up the OL and RB's. Josh and McD are going nowhere. The Chargers completely overhauled their OL in 1 offseason. So can we. Go out and draft/sign maulers. Get a RB with elite speed. Then maybe Josh does have to run for his life constantly. What a novel idea.
  16. Can we swap Hayward for Harrison.
  17. To all the diehards. Enjoy the wind and rain in your new stadium for the next 30 years. Josh looks amazing in bad weather.
  18. This is so F ing true. No one is hiring Dabs.
  19. Knox didn't say much. 4 drops will do that to you. I can't figure out what's going on with Dawkins. If they think they can just flip a switch they're dreaming.
  20. We need the reincarnation of Ritchie and Conrad Dobler.
  21. A ton of posters are calling out the Bills today for being soft. And they're absolutely justified doing so. During the Jags debacle at least our defense kept fighting. Today somewhere in the 2nd quarter the whole gang called it in. The 90's guys were talented but all finesse and no toughness. This team is no different. The sheer amount of penalties shows a complete lack of discipline Belichick would never tolerate. Do your job or you're off the team. I doubt Sean's ability to light a fire under their arses. And believe it or not a win in New Orleans won't necessarily change this identity.
  22. I agree. We lose and you can kiss this season goodbye. The good news is they don't have to wait long to get the taste of this loss out of their mouths. Are any of the covid boys coming back?
  23. Yea but he knew last year our OL has serious issues. He was smart enough to acquire Breida only to sit him most of the season. Absolutely no one fears Moss or Singletary. Daboll's ability to restructure his scheme has yet to happen. Teams will continue to use Cover2, occasionally blitz Josh and ignore whatever RB. Meanwhile they'll run the ball down our throats. We're in deep trouble.
  24. They are soft. There's no doubt. And that's a total reflection on your HC. Along with all these penalties we've seen this season. Hey Sean there's a glitch in the process.
  25. That's exactly how I see it. This team will be fortunate to get to 10-7. Josh will run around and cover the warts in our WC game but we'll get manhandled in the division to a more physical team. And when I say "warts" I'm referring to the entire OL. We'll need a heavy OL offseason to fix this mess.
