  1. I'd have no problem giving Williams some touches after Singletary and Breida get the lion's share. Just sit Moss and Jones. It's not like our ST is amazing anyway.
  2. All true. What 99% of fans are already aware of. One dimensional with little or no RB/OL talent. Hoping Josh can run around like Superman and do everything which he can't anymore. Defenses who ALL know how to stop us. Stubborn coaches who don't make the adjustments. Soft..... .....did I miss anything?
  3. Butler and Phillip's will likely be gone next year. There's just no consistent production there. Along with new Olinemen, we'll need a huge 1T to eventually replace Star. Without a true 1T, Ed just seems off. Keep Zimmer and see what you have in Bryant/Ankou ?
  4. It wouldn't kill us to go with a 5 man DL when they're facing a marquee RB. Especially with Star out who automatically eats up 2 men. No one is doubling Butler or Phillips.
  5. The rest of the season it has to be 50-50 Breida/Motor. Sorry Zach but you're the odd man out. And commit more to outside, the C/D gap. Be prepared to throw more screens to Breida.
  6. Nobody is saying that. A dome doesn't guarantee you anything but you can't ignore the fact that this team and QB play poorly in bad weather. It seems like it's always windy in Buffalo. This team is not built like the 90's team that welcomed snow. Would it be so horrible to kick in some extra money and build a retractable roof. On a nice calm sunny day open the damn roof. Give Josh that little edge. I know the diehards love their wool caps and snow days but times are different. This is currently a passing league.
  7. I think the offensive staff struggles more making personnel decisions. Of course the Peterman debacle is well documented. They took forever dumping him. Players like Breida, Davis and Bates see minimal snaps? Is Kumerow and Gilliam's roster spot really necessary? We all know we probably can't fix the OL issue this year. But there are ways to salvage this season. Stop force feeding the same underperforming players into the lineup. Give others a look. You might be pleasantly surprised.
  8. No Breida doesn't fumble that much and he's so much faster than Moss & Motor. I want to see Breida active the rest of this season and given more snaps. I think Daboll has finally come to his senses that Josh can't and should not do it all.
  9. Up thru this week we have 92 penalties called against us. Dallas has the same. Only Cleveland & Miami has more with 93. Cincinnati has the least with 44 penalties. Find out what that organization is doing right.
  10. This roller coaster season was self inflicted. It could have been avoided with different choices in different areas.
  11. And we know Bates is substantially better as a depth player than Ford, yet McStubborn stays the course. We all remember how long it took him to finally realize Peterman sucked.......Sad
  12. This OL is not built to man block A-B-C gap plays ever. So factor in the lack of speed from Moss & Singletary and you're done. I wanted Breida to be at least considered as a week 1 starter but Sean and all his infinite offensive wisdom felt otherwise. Breida should never have sat all those weeks. I also like the idea of giving Williams some snaps. McClap is stubborn and he'll never do it.
  13. Great coaches like Belichick change game plans after drives or quarters. Not halftime. I completely agree that these 3 coaches devise a game plan and lock it in. And rarely deviate from that. Even down 24-7. In game management has never been a strength of McDermott.
  14. And there lies the problem with this soft team. Sean has too many soft spots for certain underperforming players. While guys like Davis, Breida and Bates sit on the bench. I've never been wowed by his personnel decisions. Look how long it took him to dump Peterman. Get tougher with these guys and lose the soft spot. End the penalties or you run. End the Instagram practices or you run. Soft is as soft does.
  15. This is true. As much as I'd like Star & Spencer in there, we are not facing a marquee QB or RB. No more excuses. Go out and execute. Punch someone in the mouth. You don't like so many calling the team soft then do something about it. No hero ball Josh. Take everything they give you.
  16. That looks about right. We'll be lucky to limp our way to 10 wins. No fixing the OL in the short term.
  17. .....we just never pull the trigger...it probably wouldn't have mattered anyway with how awful our OL is at run blocking.
  18. Yeah because we play so well in bad weather.....
  19. Just give them a Happy meal. They're playing like a bunch of children.
  20. The only Barkley he's missing is Saquon. Fix this terrible OL. Find a real RB and stop expecting Josh to play hero ball all day. Stop being stubborn Dabs and tweek your damn scheme.
  21. I'm done with McKenzie. He had fumbling issues before he was promoted to FT returner. Get Stevenson in there and see what he can do?
  22. If this team had balls they wouldn't be soft.
  23. Yup....the answer is as simple as this ^...It wouldn't surprise me if McD goes shopping for a different OC. One that values a strong OL and some semblance of a run attack.
  24. More penalties against the visiting team...how does that help us? It doesn't matter anyway. All these crews are garbage and simply doing what the NFL tells them to do. Any discipline on Correntte? Of course not. We're not getting any ref love the rest of this season.
