  1. The bottom line is qbs like Mahomes, Burrow, and Hurts all have a substantially better support system with offensive coaches, weapons and OL's better than the Bills. Josh has a mediocre OC, OL and after Diggs there's a big dropoff in weaponry.
  2. Give Josh the #1 ranked OL like the Eagles and he's #2 behind Mahomes. And the turnovers disappear.
  3. I project 12 wins Less injuries Less drama What happens in the playoffs is anyone's guess?
  4. Josh gets the credit and most of the heavy lifting. I saw very little creativity last year from KD other than JA continuing to be a freak athletic cyborg. Hopefully Dorsey finds an offensive identity and runs with it. I'll stay optimistic.
  5. 3 years....0 TD's....45% catch rate....pass.
  6. Has there ever been a position group go on strike?
  7. It's amazing how sacrilegious it is around here to give McD even the smallest amount of criticism. 13 seconds was Farwell's fault.....13 seconds was Leslie's fault...Sean is the greatest regular season HC in Bills history....on and on.....
  8. McB will no longer have the luxury of ignoring the WR position. Diggs because of age & attitude may have limited time. I have no faith in 53% Gabe Davis. We absolutely must draft 2 wrs in the first 3 rounds. And one has to hit.
  9. He had a legit shot at a 76 today and F'd it up. He'll get better every year.
  10. Exactly, if Spencer craps the bed we're right back to 26-28. Teams are going to attack Brown from the right side.
  11. Josh misses hole in one on 12 by 1 inch.
  12. Josh just eagled #4. Having a great front 9.
  13. He's a 1.3 handicap. And he's been playing golf his whole life. He was on his varsity team in HS.
  14. I believe our offensive weapons are still dead even with KC (Diggs v Kelce). The area we should "on paper" slightly move ahead of KC would be the supplemental offensive players. Sherfield, Kincaid and Harty should more than replace the offensive production we got from Crowder, Kumerow, McKenzie and Beasley. If we run these bigger power backs more effectively and use play action/ 12 personnel, this Allen led offense will be scary.
  15. Eventually Kelce retires and Chase/Higgins have to get paid. In a couple years the balance of power could look very different.
  16. That's a fantastic and accurate way of describing Ken's first year. It was like a Daboll intern just running it back while he hangs on. I saw nothing innovative from his plays or schemes. It was basically Josh & Stefon doing the heavy lifting while the OL/ Run game struggled. The offense albeit functional statistically, lacked creativity and an identity.
  17. It will be the same on the football field when Kelce retires. No Tyreek...No Kelce....No Bueno. On a side note I definitely want to play Edgewood before I groak.
  18. So true....it will always boil down to our trenches. Can our 22nd ranked OL (PFF) protect Josh better, keeping him from reverting to hero ball? Can our DL ever get to the top 8 qbs we face this year?
  19. As far as Spencer sucking, you'll get no argument from me. And yes Q was just as embarrassing. I'm not expecting a no injury season. But maybe not as brutal as last year.
  20. Everything about last year was bad luck. I've never seen a Bills team in 50 years go through that much. Von was on pace to have a 13-14 sack season. Spencer getting hurt almost ended Josh's season. Micah goes down early, Poyer hurt all year and Tre's slow return all factored in. Last year was an avalanche they couldn't survive.
  21. I think realistically with these contracts and player ages, this will be the last shot at a Lombardi during Josh's first window. And yes I see him having a 2nd window after a mini 2 year rebuild. Players like Morse and Hyde will likely be gone after this season. And White possibly soon after. The key to the Bills future will be the better drafting of OL & WR. That will dictate Josh's 2nd window.
  22. Watching Kincaid play in the Pac12, I have no doubts whatsoever that he'll move the chains the same way Beas did. But once in the redzone as defenses compress, that's where we'll have to be "Andy Reid like" creative.
  23. I agree with you and Chaos but personally I'd lean towards improving the end of game scenarios. We led the NFL in total differential. We need a better "closer" mentality. We absolutely can't have a 16th ranked redzone and expect to go far in the playoffs.
