I bought the stand alone ST back in June when it was slightly discounted and am worried about how this whole thing is going to work.

I agree. Our first SB window is closing rapidly. We need someone now and we will definitely be poaching/ signing someone Tuesday. Relying on Spector, Bernard and Dodson was a mistake.

This is my vote. We will need him week 4 for this important divisional game. After that just load manage his snaps the rest of the season. Play him more for games like Cincy, Kc etc.

It wouldn't shock me in the slightest to see McD fired and replaced with a dynamic offensive coach if the D blows and we miss the playoffs.

Agree. Until we get a dynamic offensive HC, we will be at a disadvantage. McB will continue down this road of forcing Josh to be a superhero while assets go to other areas that fail us in the playoffs.

I think he'll never get over having mustard all over his face. He's so obsessed with downgrading Josh it's become OCD to him. But I do agree with them that McD is not enough to put JA over the top.

It will depend on the OL and Josh's ability to embrace the pocket. If the OT's fail, he'll be off to the races. 27 total turnovers must drop to below 20.

Bout time

In Josh's first 2 seasons he had to run because the OL & WR's were below average. Those first 2 years developed Josh's athletic persona. Diggs, Gabe & Dawson came on board and we saw a slight decrease in running. Both designed and scrambles. But unfortunately very little changed in protection in years 3,4 & 5. We've had a 22-25th ranked OL his entire tenure. You can't expect him to extinguish all his persona. So this season could very well be challenging for him as McB want him more "pocket oriented". He's on the cover of Madden and getting all these commercials because he jumps over people like a YouTube video. Father time will tell Josh to back off but these next 2-3 years is not that time. If we lose a small amount of longevity so be it. Let Josh be Josh and do better on the OL.

He played very well tonight. His receivers dropped some late. If he gets cut I'd consider?

We absolutely must jump on the waiver wire on cut down day. Barkley & K.Allen combined don't even make a decent backup.
