They almost have to now. Shell & Doyle done. Quessenberry is useless. The tackle depth is gone.

Well that was an absolute crap fest - PostGame thread

Cool....6 straight years of settling for a 25th ranked OL... -
It's all Moulds fault.

Yeah I'm playing the ones at least 2 series next week. Injuries be damned. Super sloppy tonight and nowhere near ready for the Jets.

One big bright spot from the game - Kincaid
LABILLBACKER replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Kincaid is going to be a special player for years to come. But I'm still very concerned whether one of the 2nd level receivers steps up in that WR4 role? -
2022 235 snaps 70.3 Rating 0 penalties 1 sack allowed Get er done because I have little faith in Brown.

Isabella shows moves, will he make the roster?
LABILLBACKER replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
1. Diggs 2. Davis 3. Shakir 4. Sherfield 5. Harty 6. Isabella 7. Patmon PS- Shorter, Shavers JMHO....Isabella has had a good enough camp to earn a spot. He'll be the backup slot and returner to Harty. -
The Ringer ranking of Receiver Cores - Opinions???
LABILLBACKER replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes I agree. After Diggs, there is a substantial drop off. Sorry Gabe, no pun intended. Kincaid is a rookie who should help in the slot but will have growing pains. Davis has to prove himself worthy in this contract year. After that we'll need someone to rise up as that 4th target....Knox?....Sherfield?....who knows?.... but 15-18 is about right. -
Brandon Shell Reportedly Intends to Retire
LABILLBACKER replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yup....that's what you get for 5 years of OL calculated neglect. Yes as I've heard 100x "we've improved the guards". But Dion had 3 sacks and gave up 30 pressures last year. And Spencer is one speed rush away from getting Josh destroyed. Shell leaving only exasperates this. We better do so great dumpster diving on cut-down day. -
Bills practice Thurs 8/17 starting with McD interview
LABILLBACKER replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree. Sink or swim with Dorian. Have Klein ready if things get ugly. At this point Spector & Bernard are probably busts and Dodson has communication/leadership issues. Or bring in Barr on a cheap 1 year deal. -
Just watched the Colts game....Allen wasn't as bad as some said. Shavers had 3 drops and Shakir 1. This WR room must clean up the drops and win contested balls. I saw enough from Cook on that td run that tells me he won't be Motor crashing into the line. Murray played well with limited touches. OL still a work in progress. Ankou plays hard. Williams has + instincts but will need work. Sherfield & Harty seemed invisible.

I have the Bills 53 man roster right here
LABILLBACKER replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
He dropped 3 passes (1 resulting in a pic6) before his wide open td. I want td producers, not gunners. -
Love what I'm seeing from Kincaid, Torrence and Williams. Hoping Isabella sneaks on the roster. Spencer Brown and his backups terrify me. If Josh gets injured it's going to be from the right side.

Practice fight (8/15) - Helmets are swinging
LABILLBACKER replied to Slippery Rubber Mats's topic in The Stadium Wall
So true...time to end the finesse crap and start punching opponents in the mouth. I've never seen Lewis make one remarkable play on ST but I'll never forget him getting pants'd by Jefferson. I'm rooting for Damar to pass him on the depth chart. -

Brandon Shell Reportedly Intends to Retire
LABILLBACKER replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
So did I...oh well an already mediocre OL just got a little more comprimised . Ya think -
If we hang on to win the afce, which I truly expect, there will be fallout. Tua is one more concussion away from seeing the fish implode. And captain Ayahuasca and his merry band of "transcendentals" probably won't survive that OL. And Cowterd's sidekick will be truly butt-hurt after week 4 when the Jesters are 1-3. Not even Zeke can help that Beli mess up in NE.

The NFC is like the Pac12.
