  1. I’m not into hating the player. Poyer is really good at what he does. I do, however, LOATHE the decision. Here’s to beating Poyer at least twice next season!
  2. The helmet is also kind of melting into the floor. This is some weird AI photo!
  3. Healthy scratch?! He had a ribs injury in the KC regular season game and missed the next two weeks because of it. He probably was only really getting healthy by the KC playoff game.
  4. In college, AJE got better every season. He had a slow transition to the NFL, but one can make the argument that he has again improved every season. Here’s hoping that trend continues. Glad he remains a Bill!
  5. I’m an AJE fan. Would love to see him back in Buffalo.
  6. We did get some player insight into this topic with the release of the players’ grading their own organizations. The Bills performed well in these grades overall, but one area that has lagged behind for multiple seasons now has been that the Bills players seem to feel that the team’s training department is understaffed. That would seem to be related to some degree with injuries or at least recovering from injuries. I wonder if this is something that would change with the new stadium and the space that will be added.
  7. This is a really thought provoking question. In the whirlwind of that day, it flew right by me.
  8. This season is one step back so the Bills can (hopefully) take two-to-three steps forward in the future.
  9. Yeah! Or a Tre White! Or a Dane Jackson! Or a Christian Benford!
  10. Ever had a shot of chartreuse? It’s like eating a bouquet of flowers. Maybe that’s why Astro named it as such?!
  11. I am hoping enough guys flashed to push Thomas down. Would love to see him on the Bills. There are some interesting bigger guys in this draft. The Bills haven’t really tried a bigger receiver with Josh, have they? Gabe is up there, but will likely be gone. I suppose there is Shorter, but I get the sense they like his special teams contributions more than anything he offers at WR. Legette might require the 28th pick, but guys like Means and Rice would not.
  12. Darius Robinson has the DNA the Bills always talk about. He’s got a lot to like.
  13. This has me thinking I should bring up fewer anecdotes at work. My life did not exist before my current company.
  14. The franchise tag for a corner is like $20M, isn’t it? I think I’d rather see the Chiefs have to pay that and be in the same boat next offseason than to have them receive picks from anyone.
  15. I too am on Thomas watch. He would look great as a Bill! I can’t get myself to hold out hope for Sweat at 60. Maybe a trade up candidate if he slides into the late 40’s?
  16. Wasn’t there a poster named… Jeff? Or something like that. He was absolutely pounding the table to draft Mahomes and was very distraught when the Bills traded the pick away and the Chefs took ‘em instead. I don’t recall seeing many posts from him in the years since.
  17. I agree. DL is definitely in play. I too want a WR that will be a future #1, but am preparing for another first round DL. If they think to go DL, I wonder if that makes a trade down scenario more appealing for the front office. Some of these linemen seem like they could be available at the top of round 2.
  18. He seems to play the run really, really well. He could be elite at that part of the game. Not sure what his ceiling is for pass rushing, however.
  19. I enjoy the college OT rules.
  20. The Bills only need: - one more stop against the Chiefs - one more score against the Chiefs That would flip the script for at least two of the playoff losses. Which is the easier path? I’d bet on achieving one more score. A WR with deep ball ability would seem the best way to make it happen.
  21. I too choose optimism. The 2024 Bills are still going to be one heck of an out for ANYONE. Them Bills are due to be on the right side of more than one ‘instant classic’.
  22. Welp. Already lost one bet.
  23. Our deepest condolences. Keeping you and your family in our thoughts.
  24. Which of the two NFC teams could compete best with the Chefs’ ability to commit PI after PI without getting flagged?
  25. What does “accountability” mean?
