  1. It could be prop coffee cups. McD doesn't strike me as the actor type.. drinking from an empty cup.
  2. OP has his timing off. Fire XXX posts come after a loss. After a win, it's posts such as Will Daboll be a HC candidate. Also, I take umbrage to "Terry and Kim Pegula (Stepping down from any roll in on the field decisions)." I'm not aware of their micro-managing at all. Please provide examples.
  3. Dang it. I get: Is this a setting in my browser. Or is TSW forum software telling me to flake off. I get this with allot, but not all, twitter links.
  4. Maybe word semantics here. But you have to earn the right to go out on top. No one deserves it by virtue of past glory. Ask a Chiefs, Chargers or Texans fan if NE deserves to go out on top.
  5. Yeah, that's a guy you don't want making tackles. Could be a mess, for everyone.
  6. Slingbox, if you have a granny or some other close friend in WNY for the base station.
  7. Bad news for Wentz: now he has shown a susceptibility to stress fractures. When you get one stress fracture, likelihood of more is high. He may get the dreaded injury prone label.
  8. I like the Bloody Mary's made with Clamato. It's a Bloody Caesar and is a big thing in Canada. Tito's vodka is a must--and is better than a vodka that costs twice as much.
  9. Prominent website leads with Buffalo in article highlighting poor attendance numbers. https://www.breitbart.com/sports/2018/12/09/weak-14-empty-seats-outnumber-fans-many-nfl-stadiums/ Lolz.. in Buffalo at least, I suggest poor attendance is solely related to a poor football record. But maybe I'm wrong. Is fan anger at spoiled millionaires a still a thing? Does racial strife suppress attendance? Or is it in Buffalo: because the Bills are well out of contention.
  10. Theraputic look at losses? Theraputic look at losses does not compute. Buffalo has really wounded your psyche, eh? Win baby!
  11. I'm optimistic. The game changer for me was when the blow-outs stopped. The Bills beat themselves the last two games... and we almost beat the Dolphins--who yesterday beat the Patsies. I've said in other threads: the real future test will be how well the FO spends their new found cap wealth--I don't have a warm fuzzy on their judgement with pro player personnel decisions.
  12. that blocked FG looking pretty big now if the Bills lose, it's on special teams
  13. I feel Beane and company are very good with the draft. I look forward to seeing them shake and bake with 10 picks next spring. The youth movement will continue fueled by a good draft. OTH, my confidence in Beane and staff for pro player decisions is falling. After all, they thought Kelvin Benjamin was a solution. They also brought in the underwhelming Star Lotulelei. There's allot of ways to do lasting damage by mis-spending a big pot of free agent money.
  14. I loathe "fire _____" posts after games. But I agree this time. Special Teams were the root cause of today's loss.. and certainly the contributor to other losses this season.
  15. All the war stories here...this should be a good seller: https://www.amazon.com/About-Explosive-Diarrhea-Mens-Shirt/dp/B01MFBU7LZ
  16. Income tax rates will play a factor when Free Agents look at Buffalo contract offers. NY taxes are among the highest in the country. Players will pay NY rates for 10 games a year (8 home games, 2 preseason). Players in Washington (though Seattle city limits has big taxes), Texas, Nevada, Florida pay ZERO income taxes.
  17. Every time a prolific offense comes along, the doomsayers pronounce the end of defense. Yet somehow, defense manages to survive. I remember talking heads burying defense when Kurt Warner had a hot hand with the St Louis Rams.
  18. I suggest OP stop worrying and pull a page from Defense Secretary Mattis playbook: I keep other people awake at night.
  19. When provided a mediocre OL, Allen is going to be a star. Give him an above average OL, Allen is going to be a Superstar.
  20. The part of the brain that evaluates risk isn't fully developed until you are 25 years old. Apparently it's the same part of the brain that prevents one from saying douche-baggy things.
  21. I like a LAPP stack. Because friends don't let friends MySQL.
  22. SBFN = Should Be Fired Now Since firing people is so popular here.
  23. I like the Seinfeld where Jerry dates a Dermatologist, but he doesn't respect her because she's a "glorified pimple popper." Then the skin cancer patient emerges.. Then there was Kramer as Dr. Van Nostrand, Dermatologist.
