  1. I read it as, "So Spencer Brown would say, 'you?'"
  2. Mahomes is a really good quarterback. No doubts there. But I'm kind of tired of the undeserved ball washing like he's the reason for their win on Sunday. People talking about him like he's the chosen one. But I can't remember the last time he made a play or throw that made me say, "wow, only two or three qbs in the NFL could've done that. He plays efficiently. He's accurate. But Reid could've won that superbowl with 10 other QBs behind center. Mahomes was throwing to wide open receivers. Or maybe I'm just a bit of a hater. But Josh Allen is the more impressive QB in my opinion.
  3. I think the defense we had at the beginning of the season was certainly superbowl caliber. But they are aging and were just beat up at the end of the season.
  4. I mean, how often does Mahomes throw to a wide open receiver? Reid is amazing at what he does.
  5. I was told that he was only getting interviews because of the Rooney Rule. No way he's actually respected around the league for being a good coach.
  6. But maybe he's hard-nosed and blunt.
  7. Apparently, Daboll is the one with a long history of being a difficult person to coach with. https://giantswire.usatoday.com/2024/01/27/volatility-issues-cost-brian-daboll-coaching-jobs-prior-new-york-giants-hire/
  8. I hope he can make the jump from position coach to calling the plays. The young man has earned the promotion (and at least 30% of Dodson's next contract). Now let's see if he can avoid the mistakes of McDermott's 4 minute defense.
  9. Pats would have to add a 6th rounder to sweeten that deal.
  10. I don't know you. I've never met you. But don't leave this page. You have family here.
  11. This take is based on a lot of illogical speculation, and it needs to die. There's been no evidence that McDermott is this kind of micromanager. Moreover, it makes no sense. His job security, and millions of dollars, is not based on him hiring a puppet. It's based on him finding the people that will bring wins to Buffalo. I guarantee you, winning and money are more important to McD than his ego.
  12. The fact that they're even interviewing means McDermott is likely giving up the DC gig.
  13. Nothing personal. I'm happy for him. But I wanted him and Dorsey to be replaced last offseason.
  14. Always loved the move when he would sprint 10 yards down the field, then, with the grace and agility of a row boat, would turn around to start rushing the QB.
  15. Winning the superbowl increases the fan base...leading to big surge in merchandise sales... increasing the team owners' profits.
  16. Thinking of telling my wife, "I'm still married to you... but I'm going to start looking at other options. If I don't find any, then I guess I'll stay married to you a little longer." It's going to work out great. I'm sure she'll understand and be cool with it. So will my daughter.
  17. Bullock would be fun to watch in a Bills uniform. You think he lasts to their pick in the 2nd? Beane does have draft capital to move around a bit. I could see him trading for someone like Chinn from Carolina. He's a risk coming off injury, but that could lower his trade cost. Either way, moves at safety are coming this off-season.
  18. You selfish son of a b!tch. You left the Bills in the trenches, taking grenades.
  19. Bad decision there. Even with the score, you leave Mahomes 1:55 to score for the win.
  20. Especially when Lafleur have up an easy 3 points going for it on 4th down in the red zone in the first half.
  21. That's a nice little distraction for our OC before the divisional playoff game. Thank you, falcons.
  22. Brady doesn't make it to, much less win, all of those Superbowls without Belichick's excellent defense. Belichick doesn't make it without Brady.
  23. First, I propose that we codify the term/spelling for any future discussion. Should it be Billdo, or Bildo? These questions need to be answered.
  24. Allen only accounted for 3 TDs and 200 yards in the first half. You still making excuses for him?
