What is different is the IR designated to return rules. It is now unlimited rather than just two and the wait time is only three games not eight. So expect a lot of guys with soft tissue issues or other injuries to be IR'd rather than cut. Possible IRs at FB and WR as well.

Wow, looks off the rails a bit so I will bring it back to Bills related at least. Even though I have no idea of the event or the award I did meet two significant Bills when I was just a boy (only 47 now). I met Reggie Mckenzie jogging around the ECC track on the Williamsville campus when I was in grade school. He was jogging on a cinder track that was absolutely awful but stopped to talk with us and was very nice even in the middle of a jog. Jim Braxton was also a little league coach in my Joe McCarthy Little League. He was an all star coach of mine and I remember one game that we were all bouncing around like 11 year olds do before a game and he made us sit down and watch him eat. Three or four whoppers engulfed in an instant. He was a good coach and a good dad to Bubba and Justin. He passed way too early and I heard OJ was there to take care of the kids financially when his blocking back passed away at an early age.

I am definitely against Dugger at 54. A secondary red zone RB or one who can serve as the primary if Singletary goes down again helps Josh Allen and the offense the most which I believe is still the Bills #1 objective. I would prefer Taylor or Cam Akers at 54 and then a zone corner like Michael Ojemudia from Iowa at 86

I think Gross- Matos has physical ability but I am more worried about his mental state. He has had a turbulent life and I am certainly rooting for him but sometimes the mental hurdles and pressure of the NFL can overwhelm a player as we experienced with Dareus. All the best to him and is career but I don't want to take the chance at pick 54.

I like Johnson over Diggs but he has shoulder issues. We already have a CB with shoulder issues
