Maybe I am scorned from the back to back DE picks resulting in Boogie Bashom, but I just don't like back to back positional picks. There are only so many footballs to go around. Burton in the second round would become, best case and most likely scenario, the sixth best option to the get the ball to in our offense. I can't help but think we could find someone later in the draft for that spot.

I did similar mocks for 29 years, (sometimes three rounds) dating back to the days where you could sit in the crowd and be 15 feet from Mel and the crew. I respect the effort of the homemade mock with comments. The simulator ones are just a little too easy, especially when you only select for your team. Great job here.

Cheating in sports ruins everything. I have way more respect for the Chiefs than I ever will for the Patriots. Mahomes sat and watched and learned. He turned out great. Brady sat, replaced Bledsoe, was relayed the defensive calls, gifted three super bowls when is was average. He cheated the QB learning curve which is the hardest thing in sports to overcome. Pats are 10 Chiefs are a 7 because I know we can play with them, but it is annoying to keep losing to them.

I have not seen it anywhere, but there were two questionable late hits on Josh. Potential flags aside, the second one was late in the game when a KC D lineman steamrolled across Josh when he was already down crushing his head into the turf. Josh's next two throws were noticeably off, and he didn't look right to me the rest of the game. Does anyone else think that the late hit had a big impact, and he might have been at least mildly concussed?

No one seems to mention that the Bills and Josh Allen WON the turnover differential. No one mentions the bad calls either. They point out what we did to hurt ourselves, but not what was done to us as well. An incomplete analysis by people who did not watch the game, Orlovsky aside.

I live in Colorado and I told everyone it was the worst head coaching hire in NFL history. I'm certainly not right all the time but I think I was spot on there. If you look at his track record, minus Green Bay, the hire made no sense at all if he couldn't deliver Rodgers.

I don't think we took Cook in the 2nd to have a small roll. Two 3rd round RBs a few years back, a 2nd last year, and a first this year is what he is predicting? That just seems crazy unless the kid from Texas is still on the board who is seen as elite. Learn from the Rams and Cheifs and upgrade the line, skip the 1st round RBs.

Doesn't sound like you thought this through? This is a Cole Beasley situation. Adjust your 11 mil or walk. He's not getting close to that on the open market when he has 7 concussions and misses games every year. Nothing gets pushed out. One year deal and comes back at 7 or 8 hopefully
