  1. I am sure biomechanics played a big part but I think there are other variables in play such as, 2nd year in the league, 2nd year in the offense, better wide receivers year over year, multiple coaches (OC, QB, Quality), a full year of coaching at the NFL level compared to fresh out of Wyoming, etc, But the jump is certainly remarkable.
  2. Cell mate?
  3. From the two biggest cheaters in football history, still trying to cover up their unethical behavior. There is integrity in sports, but not in New England.
  4. One good full season as a coordinator locks up a head coaching job? He might get some interviews but I think he sticks around for another year.
  5. Don't forget they are where our first uniforms came from as well
  6. I wouldn't say riding the coattails. He was funneling Brady the defensive calls for the first three super bowls when Brady didn't even have a 2 to 1 TD to INT ratio. That doesn't make the case to hire Belichek because it wasn't good coaching, just cheating, but he wasn't riding the coattails. More like working the puppet. I'll ride or die with McD before following a cheater like that. Character in sports matters.
  7. Until I realized the absolute best part was Chris Jones body language, He knew first Josh was going the distance. Arguably one of the best D linemen in football was the first to give up on the play. Josh broke his spirit.
  8. I think the ask was for others besides Joe Marino who is the must listen. I like the Centered on Bills recommendation. I would also put Overreaction Buffalo on the list. Jerry Ostroski and John Fina are integral parts of the show. Fina is great. A few years back he was traveling in Denver and dropped in to watch the Bills game at our Backers bar. He drunk beers and blended in right away, friendly sarcasm and good ribbings back and forth.
  9. I thought the rumor was he came in with a turf toe injury from last year that he withheld during free agency and team physical. Which is why we don't see any explosiveness
  10. Sounds like we are forgetting that the Bills hold a players only meeting for input on what plays are to be run each week. I would think which trick play surely had their input. That being said, Brady could have thrown it out the window and should have. The real issue is execution. Samuel never should have pitched Josh the ball and ate the lost play.
  11. Should he hate children, old people and dogs? 🤣
  12. Buffalone Wolf
  13. I thought he would have been a great project to potential long term backup for Josh
  14. I love how Greeny represents ESPN management in this segment. Sitting back, sipping coffee, watching blow hards yell and scream over one another like toddlers. This is their model.
  15. Maybe I am scorned from the back to back DE picks resulting in Boogie Bashom, but I just don't like back to back positional picks. There are only so many footballs to go around. Burton in the second round would become, best case and most likely scenario, the sixth best option to the get the ball to in our offense. I can't help but think we could find someone later in the draft for that spot.
  16. Zach Frazier C West Virginia. I think he will push for the 1st center off the board. Plays with good strength and technique. Stays low unlike Powers
  17. I did similar mocks for 29 years, (sometimes three rounds) dating back to the days where you could sit in the crowd and be 15 feet from Mel and the crew. I respect the effort of the homemade mock with comments. The simulator ones are just a little too easy, especially when you only select for your team. Great job here.
  18. Why is that a huge positive?
  19. Yeah we lost, but only by three points. It is not like we got our a$$es handed to us. There is nothing wrong with being confident. Unless you are petrified of being wrong.
  20. Cheating in sports ruins everything. I have way more respect for the Chiefs than I ever will for the Patriots. Mahomes sat and watched and learned. He turned out great. Brady sat, replaced Bledsoe, was relayed the defensive calls, gifted three super bowls when is was average. He cheated the QB learning curve which is the hardest thing in sports to overcome. Pats are 10 Chiefs are a 7 because I know we can play with them, but it is annoying to keep losing to them.
  21. Were those aggressive throws right after he got rolled late while sliding by that DT? He got his head crushed into the turf
  22. I'll take best player available provided we do some cap magic and sign Mike Evans
  23. I wish I was that surprised. When they lined up on the right hash, I knew it was a bad set up for his slice. Great video though
