This is fantastic and I thank you for sharing. I was diagnosed with leukemia this past March and am, hopefully, getting into a trial in December or January. I share that not to be ‘special’ or like Pancho, but to share for those that are so upset about the current state of the Bills here that it’s just a game. Enjoy it for what it is: something that brings us all together here and at the games. There is so much more to life.

Notable Offensive Moves by McDermott
TroutDog replied to jrober38's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I believe the line of thinking is to afford them time, which they deserve in my opinion. -
Thank you. The same to you and all others.

(hypothetical) Alabama vs. Bills spread
TroutDog replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think we could beat the spread. I’d say 30+. Just my opinion, of course. -
(hypothetical) Alabama vs. Bills spread
TroutDog replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Always appreciate your posts, Kirby. I’m a huge Bama fan as I used to live there, two of my nephews go there, my oldest son goes and and my middle son wants to go there. Given the connection, I have stayed up with them and use them as the successful team I root for. Now living back in the ROC, I still believe that we would trounce them. Bama’s D isn’t a ‘normal’ Bama D this year (too many preseason injuries, particularly at LB) and I believe our D would shut them down, for the most part. it would be an enjoyable game to watch. -
I believe the Pegula’a do.

I believe it’s a combination of both. Must hold the course, regardless of fan discontent.

From an article in the Athletic: ”The Bills offense is embarrassing — there’s no sugarcoating it — but fans do need to consider what Daboll is working with, which is very little talent at the skill positions. He’s also had to gameplan for three different quarterbacks, including whittling down the playbook for Anderson, who had six practices under his belt before his second start against the Patriots. Anderson is currently in concussion protocol, so there’s a good chance Daboll will need to tweak things again for Nathan Peterman in Sunday’s matchup against the Bears. All things considered, it appeared Daboll understood his opponent, what they were going to show on defense and how to attack. But, with the Bills’ execution lacking, the Patriots were able to run away with the game in the fourth quarter.” https://theathletic.com/623370/2018/10/31/what-was-up-with-the-wildcat-analyzing-brian-dabolls-eccentric-playcalling-vs-the-patriots-through-film/

You post this everywhere: how do you KNOW? Do you know their intentions? Sat in on meetings? This is silly talk. One can look at what’s happening and deduce what they THINK is happening but speaking of definitives like this reeks of judging without knowing or understanding the plan. You appear to think you know more than you do and that is always a dangerous game. This regime took us to the playoffs last year.

I honestly think Zay Jones is a decent wide receiver
TroutDog replied to Bills365's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is what’s stunning to me: almost every receiver doesn’t come into their own until year three. So many on this board abandon players at the outset without thinking of the long game. -
Why? Because this is becoming a professional organization and, unlike you apparently, they no longer believe in knee-jerk reactions to every problem that pops up. In in my opinion, you should work to understand that you are not privy to what is taking place at OBD. This year was never meant to be a SB year. It’s designed to construct the D of the future, give Josh reps and clear the dead cap space. I truly struggle with how this is not unbelievably obvious to everyone. Today was was a good game. Our D held. Our O and ST’s were suspect, exactly as expected. There is absolutely zero shock here.

Bills vs. Titans All-22 Coaches Film Reviews
TroutDog replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Being at the game, I simply don’t grasp why slants and wheels aren’t more a part of the plan. Josh has shown an ability to throw them and the Titans were giving them to us. Doing so so would also build his confidence. It’s what Brady and Rogers built their careers on. Just my two cents. -
Bojorquez should be cut
TroutDog replied to DabillsDaBillsDaBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hello. I am utter goofiness lacking insight or critical thought and I am here to stay at TBD. Ugh. -
It’s sad, but this site has become silliness after silliness. This thread, like so many others, are a knee jerk reaction to the Bills not going to the Super Bowl this year. There is a plan. No one on this board knows it. It involves losing and winning, pain and happiness, etc. If you can’t see what’s taking place, you are an observer and should, for the benefit of the many, not be starting threads on this site. Ugh.

The holding by GB was blatant and every play. It was not called. Easy to go down the field if you’re cheating to that degree. -
Tre White is the Best Player On the Bills Now
TroutDog replied to Domdab99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. He is, hands down, a shut-down corner. Also agree with your assessment of what they have. Many cornerstones are in place and I, for one, love the way they’re building this team, regardless of the chaff received from many fans. It is now, I believe officially, Tre’s Island! ? -
The flip to RR was the worst call I've ever seen.
TroutDog replied to 4merper4mer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The explanation is poor officiating, in my opinion.
