Yup. Along with poor positioning by a number of people which lost end containment.

Hope it goes well for him. He was a great player to watch in his prime.

I’m Apple only (desire for one ecosystem) so have never utilized one. I can share that my brother has and he said it’s light years ahead of iPad. Apple seems to only be interested in incremental innovation these days. Back to the Bills: I think it’s the gesture that counts here. Everyone is, at minimum, fairly well off. What do you get????

Josh continuing to progress, beating the Pats*, a new O line, RB’s, true #1 receiver and a TE that can block and catch. It’s a tall order so I’d take Josh progressing and a new O line.

I believe all of this garbage is so overblown. I’ve never seen crazy stuff...just normal partying. It’s the few who are stupid enough to film it that has fed this pathetic reputation.

I get that you respect what they’ve done but I, for one, believe they’ve won enough and would much prefer they go out losing. Both have cemented a spot in the Hall after owning the AFCE for decades. That’s sufficient.

Bad play design? Do you know the play designs? Are you privy to the Bills offensive playbook? Perhaps it’s a desire of Josh’s to actually get a first down...or ‘chunk’ yardage, instead of what you’re positing. Just a thought. Pretending to know what’s happening in an NFL game/franchise seems pretty silly to me. Questioning calls, TO’s, etc is totally legitimate but this strains credulity.

I suspect the reason they kept him was for veteran leadership during the rebuild. I further suspect they believe (and I agree) that a veteran presence is needed on both sides of the ball. We’ll see what the off season brings and I suspect you may get your wish of him being gone albeit for little to no compensation.

Sal wrote an article today chronicling how they D is number on me rated and why that it does not bare out in games. He also, after valid critical discussion, says why it bodes well for the future. I don't and have not seen any Sully in Sal’s writing.

Hadnt seen this before so I thought I’d post it in one of the 367 Allen threads. Entering junior year at Wyoming.

This also has to do with the simple fact that this team is young and they are having tryouts during the season. It’s going to be ugly and leave you scratching your head but it’s all for a reason. In my opinion, we need to be more learned and grasp that moving a ship this large in terms of talent and culture, is no easy task and there is no ‘quick fix’.

Thanks for the post. Refreshing to hear someone who doesn’t have their hair on fire over a team we knew was poor having a poor season. As Beane and McD have said multiple times, very frankly, this is a young, inexperienced team in the middle of a rebuild. There will be more downs than ups. The good thing is the experience being gained and the culture being instilled.

It’s relative. This is a fine argument save for the fact that he hurts the team with his drops. We should have won last week and yet another drop this week. After that drop, they never went back to him. Given that, I no longer believe it makes any sense to keep him.
