...teams that maintain the most continuity are going to have an enormous advantage heading into the 2020 season, primarily because of the uncertainty regarding when/if teams will be able to get together to practice. Teams with new head coaches or significant changes on their staffs will be behind. Teams with lots of new faces will be behind. Teams relying heavily upon draft picks will be behind. In this regard, I'm even more ecstatic with what Buffalo has to work with. Total continuity on the coaching staff. Key additions are veteran FAs. They will not have to rely upon immediate contributions from draft picks. I think about teams like the Pats*** having to start a new QB...even in Tampa, so many new pieces to put together with Brady coming in. In the AFC I think the Bills, Chiefs, Ravens, and Titans look like the early favorites because they seem to have this continuity in spades.

Bills trade for Diggs - jw no discussions on a restructure

They've been pretty damned spot on for a couple of years, pal. Just admit you're not a Bills fan and move on. The Jets bandwagon is heating up! -
Happy Birthday Sean McDermott!

HBD Coach! I hope we're also celebrating your 60th on this board, thinking about what we need to do to win our 10th SB in 2034. -
Would you keep the HC\GM combo if Allen doesn't work out.

I don't like dealing in hypotheticals that are unlikely to play out. I'll leave that to idiots like our President. -
Shoot, they may as well overturn the whole roster. Doomed.

LOLOLOLOL ROFLMAO Josh Allen is going to be the Bills' QB for (at least) the next ten years. -

Because there are a lot of idiots who don’t seem to get it about how important this is. If a moron will listen to Big Ben because he likes the Stillers I’m all for it. -

Whenever I see this I think to myself "is this just BBFS" because I just don't see any logical reason to believe he won't be even better next season -- and he wasn't "bad" this year! JA puts in all the work, he's smart, and he learns from his mistakes. He has the consistency of the same OC and the Bills are giving him weapons. It's time to expect the Bills to be very, very good. -
Bills Sign Mario Addison on a 3 year deal

Did you actually just include Liuget as a "loss?" That's funny. Lawson has youth, but he has not shown that he will ever provide the sort of pass rush Addison brings. They are different types of players -- Lawson wins with power, while Addison has speed. At worst for the Bills it's a push, but I think most would give the Bills the nod here. Phillips was, to me, an enigma -- seemed to be dominant for stretches (Titans) but disappeared far too often. Jefferson and Butler more than make up for his departure. In my opinion the Bills' DL is absolutely better today than it was on Sunday -- and Beane isn't done. -
With Brady gone from NE***, I'll say that it wouldn't bother me terribly to see a renewed rivalry between the Bills and the Fish like we had in 80s and 90s.
-
I was opining based upon an article that called Klein a "key piece to re-sign" for the Saints.
-
You choose to look at it one way, I choose another. To each his own.

Beane is a stone cold killer. Bills fans are so fortunate to finally have legitimate, top notch management. My friends used to try and console me for being a Bills fan...they are now giving me the "you guys are going to be good" vibes.

With the #22 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills select Stefon Diggs. Who is upset about that? The 4th and 5th are from a couple of nobodies the Bills dealt to suckers. The "that's too much to give up" crowd befuddles me. This team is in it to win it and Diggs is a HUGE, proven piece. -

I like this signing, particularly with Shaq and (probably) Phillips gone, but I assume the Bills will be getting some additional DE help in the draft. -
Important thing to note is that BUFFALO signed a player away from a team like NEW ORLEANS who wanted him back. Culture, baby. The league knows what's happening in Orchard Park.
-
Breaking news: Josina also said that it remains to be seen who will be drafted in the first round, but approximately 40 players are hopeful.
-
You really haven't been paying much attention to the way Beane works, have you?

Phins signing Shaq 3yrs $30M - update had offer to return

Fixed. -
L. O. Freaking. L. Titans will regret this!

It's not just this deal, it's that I believe Baltimore has the best organization in the AFC outside of (now) Buffalo.
