  1. Seriously. Does NOBODY ELSE see the wide ass open receivers Mahomes is throwing to all game? Forget about fans or talking heads. Take an anonymous poll of GMs and I bet it is AT WORST 50-50, but probably skewed towards Allen.
  2. That’s going to make this one hella confusing game to watch.
  3. You know, one of Josh’s pet peeves is the noise from a vacuum cleaner. This is a bigger problem than we think.
  4. I’m looking forward to more “burnt toast” Sorensen and Mathieu’s exasperated hands in the air Sunday night.
  5. Love how the Bills are becoming more mainstream these days. We deserve it. I don’t care that there are some bandwagon fans, or celebrities coming out and saying they’ve always been fans…those of us who have been through it for years know where we stand. The more the merrier.
  6. Nah, you’re just not getting it. Bucs — non-PI call against Diggs or we probably go in and score to win in regulation. Pats*** — hurricane game and we still had a chance. I’m not saying the Bills should have won all of those games, just that they were unlucky not to win a couple of them. I’m not concerned about the “close game” thing at all. I’m more impressed with the 12 wins by 12 or more points — a sign of being a superior team in general.
  7. At this point I think it is pretty much a certainty that all infections are Omicron. It has established itself as the dominant strain because it’s able to spread and stay alive the best. Thankfully it’s also the weakest strain, but the virus doesn’t care whether it kills you, it just wants to live and move on.
  8. Not only that…anyone with half a brain who has watched NFL football knows that winning close games is typically a coin flip. The Bills losing 5 of them this year without a win is statistically improbable and not a sign that they “can’t win close games.” They’ve been unlucky.
  9. So everybody knows about the "perfect game" they just pitched vs. the Pats*** but it's even better than that. Buffalo scored TDs on their final two drives against the Jests in W18 before a final kneel-down possession. Think on this for a moment: the Buffalo Bills have scored TDs on NINE consecutive drives...and counting.
  10. "We are going to rape them until the room stinks." WTF kind of miscreants root for that team?
  11. Don't be obtuse. The point is that "bone bruise" does not equal "minor injury." You starting a thread to question Lamar's toughness or desire to play wasn't the best use of your (or our) time.
  12. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…Murphy sucks. On the first TD he says Josh “fires it” — what a moron. It’s a shame this is the best we can do for a PBP guy on the radio. Murph is a super nice guy and a terrible announcer. He does an awful job of “painting the picture” — the primary job of a radio guy. Oh well — if that’s the biggest criticism I can find about the Bills organization these days we are in pretty good shape. The video was awesome. This team is locked in.
  13. Umm, @FireChans, I had a bone bruise in my ankle (from playing football) and I wound up needing micro fracture surgery. This thread needs to be closed.
  14. She’s good; she does these every week. 👍
  15. Why in the hell would it matter what KC fans think?
  16. It would mean the Bills ended the careers of two of the greatest ever (Shula and BB) in humiliating fashion. I would enjoy that.
  17. True story - this killed George Allen. Another reason it’s not funny.
  18. Tannehill blows. 😛
  19. You said the Bills D will need to "take a lot of chances" and you are 100% wrong. That is not at all how the Bills defense plays; it's not how they played the Chefs in October and it won't be how they play them Sunday night.
  20. Fallon -- not funny. Kimmel and Colbert blow him out of the water. Conan too.
  21. Yeah, that's pretty much the opposite of what they need to do. That is a recipe for big plays by KC. It's not what the Bills D is about. Pittsburgh needed to take that philosophy because their D is nowhere near what it used to be. And they paid dearly, despite getting a couple of turnovers and a defensive TD.
  22. Thanks for responding. Yes, that is my concern also, which is why I'm asking what folks think they will do.
  23. Not talking about Brown, but about the performance of the OL in general. Last week you absolutely said they were still just "average." While Josh is obviously a part of this, not getting sacked four weeks in row is better than average, and Singletary's rushing numbers indicate a better than average OL. The bottom line is that this unit has absolutely come together and they are playing at a "playoff-worthy" level.
  24. The emergence of Brown and better-late-than-never insertion of Bates are the two keys to the OL's resurgence. Doyle isn't yet ready to be a "top 5" guy but his addition as the 6th OL has been significant as well. Nice to see things coming together for this OL at the right time. I think even @GunnerBill needs to start revisiting his stance that the line, even recently, has only been "average."
