  1. I've got one thing to say to all of our "friends" visiting from Cheatersville this week. Enjoy your stay, and don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya on Monday night around 11:30.
  2. Are people really still buying that this dude is a Bills fan? Troll central.
  3. It does, but I then remind myself of #17 as well as the other veterans on that defense who will raise their games. Teams have overcome more to win championships.
  4. This statement may be the single biggest reason why I stay away from this board after losses; the unrealistic measuring stick applied on a weekly basis when we all know the NFL season is a marathon. This week it’s that we lost Tre and Josh threw a red zone INT, but it’s always something. And yet here we are, at 7-4, undefeated in the division, and controlling our own destiny. We should be salivating at the opportunity to crush the Pats***, not worrying about how we’ll feel if we lose. I really do appreciate you starting this thread.
  5. Oh geez. I didn’t say he’s a *****, just that he has difficulty blocking large athletes across the line of scrimmage.
  6. I'm high-fiving over Star and Spencer. Feliciano can pound sand.
  7. You and I don't agree often, but this is one of those times. It sickens me reading all of the worry warts, which is why I'm basically staying off this board until next week. I expect the Bills to win this game by 10+. There are a lot of suckers out there believing BB has created "Brady II" in Matt Jones.
  8. Glad someone started a thread in this vein. Tre White is an absolute gem and it sucks to lose him. But losing a single defensive player — and a DB, for that matter, who plays a lot of zone — should not be catastrophic. I’ll throw out a hot take that I’m sure will invite ridicule: Tre’s absence may not significantly hurt this defense at all. Time will tell. Again, I didn’t want for this to happen…not in a million years. But if the Bills ceased to be a Super Bowl contender simply because Tre White is out for the rest of the season, something is amiss.
  9. Never mind.
  10. As I've posted elsewhere this is going to be a really difficult test for the Bills. Everybody is slobbering over the rejuvenated Pats*** and waiting for the Bills to fall. Indy is motivated to keep their slim playoff hopes alive while also avenging last season's ouster. Buffalo's OL is banged up and we may be missing two key cogs in the defense. Colts 16 Bills 34
  11. No question about it. The vultures are ready to descend upon Orchard Park; headlines are already being written about the Bills being paper tigers. This game could legitimately make or break the season.
  12. Get ready for them to be the most overhyped 7-4 team ever…
  13. Well…first of all, I’m not “worried” about anything. The comment you quoted was merely a statement regarding what I think it will take to gain the #1 seed in the AFC. And yes, that should be the goal. A week of rest and two home playoff games is a significant advantage. I have more confidence in this team than apparently a lot of others do. Cheers.
  14. Fare thee well, good sir!
  15. Wow. We are blessed.
  16. Yeah, it’s totally odd to say that the goal is to execute the plays the way they are called and how they have practiced them. Weird.
  17. This is a great example of fans just trying to get themselves worked up over nothing.
  18. By whom? Anyone and everyone pretty much said he was the best player on the field and the only reason the Bills won.
  19. I hope the answer is "none" but I have a gut feeling it will be against the Panthers.
  20. Speaking of that dude...he sure up and left this joint when Josh Allen became great and the Bills became relevant, didn't he? Loser.
  21. Based upon what? Stop making yourself sound silly.
  22. The dufus didn't do himself any favors last week telling the media he felt he should have been the first overall pick. You can say you have confidence in yourself without being ridiculous.
  23. I’m not calling this a “prediction” — just a feeling. If the injury bug does not infect the team in our most critical spots I think it’s very possible for the Bills to run the table. Five of eight at home. A humbling loss two weeks ago to force a “reset.” A smart, veteran defense. A coach learning and getting better each week (McD said they left the starters in Sunday “to put the game away”). And an MVP candidate at QB. The Pats*** are playing well but they don’t equal our talent. Tampa has been as inconsistent as anyone. The Saints with Trevor Siemian? Take it for what it’s worth.
