  1. Hi there, I'm looking at one of the following lots for tomorrow's game, and I'm hoping to get a feel for what my options will still be at about 9:00 / 9:30? Obviously no one knows for sure, but I'm just hoping to get a general idea of what time these lots generally fill up. If you're familiar with these, I'd appreciate any info you can provide! Hammer's Chuckie's Red Carpet Inn Wings Thank you in advance!
  2. 1st time STH here, and I'm hoping to inherit some wisdom from those who've been doing it for years. Do you have a preferred tent option in the 10"x10" to 12"x12" range? I'm guessing cheap-o canopies just end up get tossed or torn apart by the wind pretty quickly, and I know sided tents are even tougher b/c of the wind pressure they have to withstand. I'm curious what you guys have had good experiences with - I've seen Eurmax mentioned most frequently, but I assume there are other options as well. Any standouts that you've found?
  3. You had me so hopeful with the VPN comment, and then so demoralized with the Apple TV comment immediately after lol. https://support.nfl.com/hc/en-us/articles/5400793091612-On-which-devices-can-I-watch-games-with-NFL- <--- This confirms what you're experiencing. It certainly seems like they've intentionally created this NFL+ Product to prevent STH (aka people who have shown the willingness to spend money on the NFL already) from gaining the complementary access that was enjoyed previously. "These people will buy stuff from us, let's make them buy more stuff from us!"
  4. So we've been through 3 pre-season games and a regular season as well. Any of you STHs figure out how to use your NFL+ code & VPN to stream live on your Firestick (or similar device) yet? I've heard rumors that it can be done (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Brazil, etc.)
  5. Ah, that's a shame that they're just plain at this point, but it's good to know that it's at least still an option. I will likely just stick with the plastic cards since I don't really care to frame plain paper tickets.
  6. Thanks to those who actually responded to the question (I was like 10 comments in before I got to an actual answer lol.) It's a shame that they have done away with the decorative paper tickets... the collections some folks have is really neat. The card will be fine for now, but if they eliminate that, I'm going to be annoyed. I'm plenty tech savvy, but all the tech savvy in the world can't change the physics of how phones react to heat, cold, impact, or even water. That plus you all know how the network reacts near the stadium when people begin arriving. If they ditch the cards, hopefully they'll be smart enough to replace them with something else that isn't battery dependent. If not, the lines are probably going to slow way down as technology struggles occur at the point of scanning. Anyway, thanks for the info. Go Bills.
  7. Hi there, I'm a new season ticket holder this year and from what I hear, the default choices are either (1) plastic card + electronic or (2) electronic only. When I ran a search for "paper tickets" I did see a few mentions in threads from 2021, so I'm thinking there must still be a way to get those. Can anyone tell me if that's correct, and if so how I would go about getting them? I'm still undecided if I'd do it, but I'd still like to know. Thanks! EDIT: Holy cow, the way some of you just went off into left field with this post was more spastic than a squirrel with ADHD lol. I was asking because I've seen the collections some people have kept and framed for their home bars and such and thought that might be fun. For those worried about my technical abilities, swing by my house and I'll use my rooted phone to initiate a home automation routine that flashes my lights at you to let you know "I'm good, thanks." 😂
  8. Hi there, I've got a group of people going to the Bills - Pats game on Sept 29th, and we were planning on going to The Big Grass Lot to tailgate. Unfortunately, it’s looking like it'll probably gonna be a mud pit due to the rain this week, so we're switching gears. We’ve heard that certain ECC lots are pretty wild too, but also that Hammer Lot is rowdy as well, so I’ve got a few questions to hopefully help us make our decision: 1. Is 8:30 / 9:00 AM arrival too late for Hammer Lot? 2. Were people table diving in Hammer Lot this weekend? I know it’s “outlawed” but I’ve heard it still happens… is that accurate? We don’t want to do it ourselves, but we want to see it lol. 3. We’ve heard that sometimes Hammer Lot turns away walkers who try to just show up to tailgate but not park. That’s concerning because we’ll have one car, with all our stuff, but the rest of our group will be getting dropped off via Uber and walking to where we've parked. Do you think that'll be an issue with Hammer Lot? Any other info or recommendations are welcome! Thanks!
