The catch he made last week in the endzone is all I needed to see to know he still has it. There's good receivers then there's gifted ones. He's gifted.

We're in desperate need of a hail mary at WR and I don't just mean this year. We have a ton of cap space coming the next two years but you almost always over pay for less than great WR's. The really good ones never become available. I find drafting WR's nearly as hard as identifying QB's. We need 2-3 WR's and a ton of other needs we need draft picks for. I've said it multiple times I think it's going to be by far the hardest position for us to fix. I'll take the risk because he's so talented he could change the offense in a more significant way than any draft pick or free agency dollar can.

I just wish we could get to a discussion point where not getting upset doesn't mean optimism or as others (not you) have said gulping down the process, etc. There have been and will be decisions that Beane and McDermott will make that will ultimately decide their fate. Kerley isn't one of them. There's players to have strong opinions about as fans - Kerley isn't one of them.

I said on offense there haven't been many, we agree. Any offensive decisions that I think are "good" are still incomplete - so I'm worried for sure. There has been so much player movement since they took over - my head spins. I think without going through each and every one, I'd give them a grade of a C. As I reconcile them in my mind - I see a good one for every bad one. Again, even the "good" ones aren't settled. It's been nearly a total roster rebuild and none of us know how it will work out coupled with a massive amount of cap space coming. I'm waiting with baited breathe. I guess I'm just more willing than most to give them the benefit of my doubt because last year deserves a certain amount of respect. I can tell you this though. I'm not going to get all nuts over Jeremy Kerley.

You're question has been responded to and you won't hear it. You're stuck on that it's a stupid move and won't consider another thought. Several of us have said on the surface it doesn't make sense so let's try to discuss why it would make sense to THEM that are running the team. Responses have been given but if we don't agree that they're stupid and you know better - then we're dumb too.

Oh ok, on offense only, we agree. It's not been many. Let's agree also that if they end up being right on Allen and Dawkins - QB and left tackle are two good ones to be right about.
