  1. I thought the pre-season didn't matter and should be totally ignored?
  2. I noticed that too. When she did get a question out it was embarrassing. So Kyle do you really think McDermott is turning things around or is it just smoke and mirrors?
  3. And we're stuck with this coach and GM because you can tell the owner really really likes them. Oh no, what are we gonna do?
  4. Will these ever go away? It's the same joke regurgitated for the last 25 years, yet people say them as if they invented it that day. He must have pics.... My Sisters Boss's roomate's mom........
  5. I sure hope you can teach them how to run the team. I know I've already learned a ton from you.
  6. If he has 2 years or so of high level play, why does Beane need to find his replacement pronto? In todays NFL if you have a position secured at high level play for 2 or more years, that translates to a non need.
  7. Good point, this very well could be.
  8. I wish he would stop playing. He reminds me of players like Dan Morgan. High end pursuit skills, hard hitting and can't stop playing that way.
  9. Everything surrounding Allen has to be put in perspective. Plenty of rookies have solid first years then defenses learn and sometimes they struggle year two. I don't think we should worry pre season game to pre season game, etc. He's got a chance to make it. My number one fear is major injury. I hope his first couple years he can avoid a major one. If he has a little time to develop and stays injury-free I really believe this kid as the makeup.
  10. I think he makes the team. Coleman isn't just fast - he's lightning fast. Big arm rookie QB needs a guy for a go route - enter Coleman in the game. He's not a route runner yet and we won't ask him to be right away. His job is to go, he can go and we desperately need that.
  11. Oh my goodness - I really will pray for you and wish you well. I'm not preaching to you man but if you'd like to at least hear me out on God and his interest in you, PM me.
  12. Definitely God can use a psychiatrist to help him see the light that is Jesus and the answer to all our problems.
  13. After reading all of your comments and educating me on Ryan - I way jumped the gun thinking he was just a leg being brought in. Beane wastes no opportunity to upgrade. Of course not saying he does win the job but the fact that he could is where Beane just continues to impress.
  14. I hope Richie turns his life over to Jesus. He's the only one that can help him and offer him the forgiveness he desperately needs.
  15. I would think so. McD and Beane love competition though, so they're always pushing guys to stay focused and to get better. However, I would think there's plenty of kicks needed for the remainder of the off season to just need another leg.
  16. He keeps saying over and over and over again that pre-season is a waste of time. Except he's totally wrong or every single NFL head coach wouldn't play the starters ever. It doesn't take a genius to comprehend that the pre-season does matter when there's a QB competition - and that's only one reason. Brady threw 26 passes in his second game. I guess it just doesn't matter and they had him do that because it's a way to waste time. Schoop is a fool and bulldog doesn't want to disagree with him, so the show becomes about two idiots that take on a stance and spend the show putting down anyone that disagrees. It's so disgustingly obvious why he's championing Jackson - just come out and say it you coward.
  17. He's an embarrassment to himself.
  18. He's just a focused individual that is rooted in principles. He seems like a very structured person. He's got a plan and he believes it, so the players believe in him. I would imagine the players view him as reliable. The team last year believed in each other - it's one of the hardest things to get that many personalities to do.
  19. I can see his rushing yards going to down both from the offensive line issues and also by design. I think he'll see less carries than normal with Ivory on the team - they'll want to keep the wear and tear on him controlled. He's going to be a larger factor in the passing game - I can see his passing yards going to the 500-600 yard level.
