I just wish we could get to a discussion point where not getting upset doesn't mean optimism or as others (not you) have said gulping down the process, etc. There have been and will be decisions that Beane and McDermott will make that will ultimately decide their fate. Kerley isn't one of them. There's players to have strong opinions about as fans - Kerley isn't one of them.

I said on offense there haven't been many, we agree. Any offensive decisions that I think are "good" are still incomplete - so I'm worried for sure. There has been so much player movement since they took over - my head spins. I think without going through each and every one, I'd give them a grade of a C. As I reconcile them in my mind - I see a good one for every bad one. Again, even the "good" ones aren't settled. It's been nearly a total roster rebuild and none of us know how it will work out coupled with a massive amount of cap space coming. I'm waiting with baited breathe. I guess I'm just more willing than most to give them the benefit of my doubt because last year deserves a certain amount of respect. I can tell you this though. I'm not going to get all nuts over Jeremy Kerley.

You're question has been responded to and you won't hear it. You're stuck on that it's a stupid move and won't consider another thought. Several of us have said on the surface it doesn't make sense so let's try to discuss why it would make sense to THEM that are running the team. Responses have been given but if we don't agree that they're stupid and you know better - then we're dumb too.

Would you be happy with a team down 20-0 early to go with a FB run heavy offense to finish the game? If he played more than one snap you'd be absolutely freaking out - except that would be for good reason. The reasons you're freaking out Dimarco didn't play are actually emotional and not football related.

We didn't get into the good and smart decisions. We just debated the bad one's on offense. To be clear, I'm not a homer and I'm not totally defending them. They've made mistakes, they've made good decisions and there's a ton of incomplete grades. I'm nervous but I'm also not ready to say they can't get this done either.

Once again you're missing it. I'll try one more time because you're so mired in your anger and negativity that it's tough to have a football discussion with you. You have no other recourse if someone doesn't wallow in it with you than to name call. It's not about seeing the decision as correct or that you agree. It's about discussing why was it made if you put aside that they're stupid. You don't want to do that, which is fine but there is more to it than that. I'm interested in - what was their rationale? As you suggest, it's hard to know because they don't discuss anything but I think it's at least worth trying to discuss possibilities beyond the surface of what appears to be a bad decision. What would you say, if he gets brought back?

Any fair minded fan understands what you're saying some decisions they've made especially on offense. I do think you have to be a little more fair in your assessment though. I'm still glad Sammy is gone. Woods was a mistake and should have been paid here. Goodwin c'mon, it was pretty easy to give up on him for multiple reasons. Glenn's injuries were a major concern (I liked him and wanted to keep him) so it was at least an understandable risk. The hiring and firing of Dennison was bad then good to fire him - there weren't a lot of OC's to choose from. Ducasse is a disaster for sure. Wood and Richie was unfortunate not anything they necessarily did/chose. Tolbert is gone just like Dennison. More important than any decision - They 100% deserve the Peterman starting criticism. Yet they don't swim in it - they moved on. Granted they put themselves in a terrible situation so again deserve much criticism. I'm not sure why you think I have hope in their offensive decisions, I don't. I do believe the hope is in Allen and the massive amount of cap space we have next year and the year after. The team will look entirely different. I don't know they'll make good decisions because they've made as many bad ones as good ones. However that's where we are, a team with a rookie QB and cap space.

Well you're not going to get that. I get that some fans think they have an obligation to explain themselves but there's a lot of head coaches that don't. At some point you should move past your mindset and try to understand from a football perspective whey they cut Kerley, etc. If we were privy to being in those meetings - I highly doubt you'd just say they're all stupid and inept. They consider everything and information we can't have.

I think it's productive to at least try and understand why. There is a reason they made the decision other than they're stupid. I'm interested in trying to figure out why they came to this decision vs trying to agree or disagree with it. On the surface it doesn't make sense, I get that, but they're intelligent people that sat down and discussed this.

Why because that's what the Browns said?

He got played by the Browns to get Gordon to report. Now he's waiting for an injury. If we wanted him, he'd come and play with us in no time.

Prediction: Bills will go no huddle on Sunday

You are correct. Most think it was because the FO got upset with Kelly for forcing them to change the helmet color to red. -
Starting a Cory Coleman Conspiracy
White Linen replied to Jobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is definitely what happened. Then in order to take on Coleman's money, the Browns agreed to release Orchard to give us a chance to sign him.
