  1. I agree that they are muuuuuch better than our current alternatives. Was the best option for my own father. That said, for a lot of people would be nice to see even better alternatives available and that’s no knock on hospice- just that end of life is ugly and complicated and I think we need more diverse offerings out there. Hospice is great for many though. not to derail though- hopefully pancho gets the best care and everything he needs to reach the outcome that best serves he and his family. Seems like a good dude that I am definitely rooting for.
  2. There are no 5 year builds in this league. In 5 years you are already building your next incarnation of the roster.
  3. Ah, a guy that thinks he won’t lose money on the lottery certainly helps explain the positivity around the idea of a foster-Williams pairing. Ultimately, hopefully foster shows he deserves the reps this year. There’s a lot of volatility in projecting him but at least he’s shown capable for a stretch. Now we find out if he’s a good player with lapses or a bad player with flashes duke is a “hopefully makes the practice squad and shows progress” type this year
  4. Sometimes you have to step back and realize we’re talking about a UDFA that we cut mid season and a cfl guy on a reserves/futures contract. Do you expect every lotto ticket you find to be a big winner?
  5. Yup - I don’t think we see many/any reliable immediate impact players here so let’s just get high upside guys that stand the best chance to contribute down the line. With how rosters turn position matters little for 2021 potential starters. Go get some athletes.
  6. Getting a young guy and yeldon this week is the first sign of a plan at the position.
  7. I have a hard time counting on Foster AND duke to both reach their potential. If one really plays consistently well- it’s a big win and we have a passable group I guess though. Which is a huge step up from last year. People arent forgetting him, he’s just a huge long shot
  8. Would be strange if they hadn’t at least looked
  9. Weve not been great at offensive talent, which is a worry- but it’s a productive guy widely slated to go where he went and a position of need
  10. The jets can’t feel good about their interior line and all the interior pass rushers added in the division
  11. Did he not run at his pro day?
  12. Why is McCoy-yeldon-DS a bad trio? Im not tied to singletary but RB was a major need and now it’s a complete group.
  13. I’m very skeptical of gore and think shady is a roll of the dice but a good risk reward for a team with no cap pressure. what about this situation leads you to believe they are highly confident in both of them?
  14. In a backfield of McCoy, yeldon and singletary the only way gore should see snaps is with major injury.
  15. He’s a big advocate of guys he thinks are bad, obviously
  16. May as well keep him. No trade value, no cap worries.
  17. We haven’t had THAT much and if he can impact like many recent day 2 guys it’s great value
  18. It ends the frank gore era
  19. We needed a back and offensive playmaker. Not my favorite overall option on the board but not a shock and I generally love day 2 rb values as a rule of thumb
  20. For some reason I suspect it’s edge but agree Hakeem would make a lot of sense
  21. Feels like they may have thought we were going rb which I wouldn’t have hated need offensive playmakers all around
  22. I just find it amusing when posters try to really differentiate value on deep day 3 picks. Singling you out wasn’t the intent. You just happened to have the “I could maybe live with” and then continuously reply to me thinking it was amusing
  23. That would be part of ensuring the BPA is a need.
  24. We really need one more and he’s looking like the best bet. Not moving up for a wr here was a disappointment even if not DK
