Longer Von Miller and like him more than Bosa and you are talking trade back....

Clowney and the Texans are still far apart.

Ignoring Brady has 3 of the past 5 wins... I named Seattle very specifically in there (9ers didn’t win but were the same boat as far as structure and winning a ton), the rams this year got there and chiefs were in the AFCCG..... unless your plan is to trade for Brady/Belichick I’d argue a many/most of the really strong teams lately have been young qbs with overloaded rosters. -

Because this is what wins in the nfl and having a qb on a rookie deal removes all that pressure. We are truly in the window where we get 1-2 guys for free essentially. we can build our legion of boom and still pay a rb and it’s not the end of the world if adding harvin flops, or get the weapons Mahomes has or (so many examples) -

We are very precisely in the window where we should add 1-2 splashy moves at game breaking positions that would normally seem silly but today are practical for being an instant contender. A high end pash rusher is a great example. Then hopefully josh Allen’s pay raise is absorbed as he transitions off the team but by then Allen is good enough to carry extra -

If you wipe clowneys first year Clark has 6 more sacks but Clowney has 29 more tackles for loss. And has played on and off the ball a bunch. More tackles, more pass breakups. It’s not like he’s a slouch or mediocre. -
After 20 years of this, I can’t fault anyone for not being familiar with what success looks like. Or looking forward to orange slices at half time.

Plus I'm almost positive he’s not actually Jim Kelly

I suspect we’d all be better served by you leaving him be and taking your own advice of a walk ?

I’m fine with the normal posting but this ones a bit much, ice

Chris Hogan makes a stop in Charlotte prior to Canton

It wasn’t about how good he was but how bad the alternatives we had were and how easy it should’ve been to just keep him. -
Would your agency help out a bit with this “business expense”?

Is Kelvin Benjamin's career over?
NoSaint replied to The Bills Blog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think you are overestimating his impact in the league because our fan base was overinvested in the results of WRs in that draft class. I also suspect that you are using casual fans online that are actually among the most invested fans even at the more casual tier of online posters. I think that the “watch most but not all games” type of casual fan of the browns, chargers or cardinals barely if at all had him on their radar. -

He was the 5th WR in his draft class, hasn’t had 1000 yards since his rookie year and baaaarely did that. In his last 3 years he had 1000 yards total combined and 3 teams. when was he a star of near household name recognition? He’s always been on the outside looking in when it comes to the top talent and a country mile from elite even at his peak. Im pretty sure like 6 posters see nfc south football with any regularity and we were all nervous but hopeful -
Not on every board.each team has their own risk/reward equations

Simms Top 5 WR (draft prospects)

I kind of flip flop on roles vs redundancy. If a secondary is built to handle a speed guy and a possession guy, 2 speed guys can create some noteworthy mismatches, for instance -
Why do people at NFLN take Cynthia Frelund seriously?

I haven’t thought that about you either but you don’t see me making threads about it. Yeesh. -
Have you thought of “Seven”

You say you're all for BPA, but do you mean it?
NoSaint replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When you have about 30 guys getting regular roles when all are healthy, you almost always have about a 5-10 spots that are easily upgradable and another dozen that are coming up on a contract year or cap decision. Our needs include impact players at OL, RB, TE, WR, and DL. Odds are one of those will be BPA or essentially a tie, and if not, even taking a corner would have value. -

And id argue if you are drafting 1 and the best player is a qb odds are you should take him unless there’s a hell of an explanation for why your current qb took you to the worst record in the league
