  1. saw some tweets shared here about the contract implications. Dan Graziano's tweet wasn't worded properly. This puts it a little more clearly
  2. Whole team was outmatched but thats besides the point. TJ Yeldon had 54 yards on 7 carries, the most coming in garbage time. But its been an issue all year long so far. Whatever the solution is, we need to figure it out. Whether it be different run designs, better coaching & execution, or even bringing in another rb, dare i say Le'Veon Bell. You know your run game is bad when you contemplate him
  3. The lack of any running game whatsover is a big part of our offense that is missing. And its something we're gonna need to fix if we have any hope for a deep run this year. It keeps defenses honest. It helps take pressure off of Josh. It keeps our offense in manageable downs & distance. It opens up the playbook. It wears down defenses. Could really go on but you get the point. This was the 5th game of the year & the running game has been an after thought in every one. We're ranked in the bottom of the league in rushing. When John Brown is out, I would've expected to see perhaps a little more emphasis on trying to get the ground game going. But i digress. Another aspect of the game that stood out was that the Titans players simply looked like the fresher of 2 teams. And it makes sense because they've had the past couple weeks to rest. Where our players have had their schedules thrown off & are dealing with injuries at key areas. Idk how much of a factor the scheduling had. I for one don't think you can make excuses for what we saw last night, but it had to have some kinda impact. LB & CB depth was something a lot of us were worried about heading into the year & its been an issue early. Hopefully theres something we can do to shore it up, otherwise we're gonna be in for some rough games.
  4. It makes sense for the Jets to part ways with Bell, given how this is a lost season & their timeline for rebuilding has changed. But Bells value is also at his lowest right now, so theyre not gonna get much for him
  5. Well now he's out thunk himself to a 20-3 deficit. U have the best rb in the league & u get too cute with the game plan vs a 1-3 team. Maybe i'm just seeing this thru the eyes of our coaches, but you play to your strengths. Idk wtf Taysom Hill is but he's not a strength lol.
  6. because the coach is an idiot. Thinks he's smarter than everyone else, using Kamara as a decoy or on the sidelines & giving the FB the carry on a crucial 3rd and short. Him subbing out Brees for Hill, continually while seeing it blow up in his face again & again, just shows how he's stuck inside his own head, as opposed to what he sees on the field.
  7. Of course the Saints are led by an idiot who keeps swapping out Brees for Taysom Hill, where he's fumbled more than accomplishing anything positive. And Kamara stays on the sideline til 3rd down & is used in a blocking role. I dont get it lol. You have quite possibly the best RB in the league & you don't use him. SMH. It'd be frustrating even without having him on FF
  8. I have Kamara tonight in fantasy, going up against Herbert. I'm already up by 7 points so im hoping Thomas being out equates to more touches/targets for Kamara. I'll be good as long as Latavius Murray doesn't vulture too many away. Kamara to me is a lot like another player i have DK Metcalf. They are such a special sort of athlete that I wish teams would lean heavy on them. You see what happened last night with Seattle.... Once Rus started keying in on DK, the game turned around for them. Or i could just be completely biased since i own both players Either way hoping for a good game tonight
  9. Yeah i second Brennan Huff here with Pristineauctions.com The prices are really really good where you'll want to buy everything!
  10. Titans keep getting sick so u must forfeit. I don't want any of our guys or staff going there & getting sick. And i dont think its fair we should jump thru hoops or have our bye week this week either. They might move the game to Mon/Tues, but will the Titans be virus free by then? Doubtful. And then we'd have to move the KC TNF game to Saturday, after hoping none of our guys are infected. I'm in camp forfeit on this one & i'm 100% totally unbiased! I swear!
  11. Hell its about time. In before next week where PFF dogs Allen for only throwing for 299 yards & 3 tds but missing a 60 yard bomb & claiming his accuracy has reverted to his old self
  12. Josh Norman but I imagine he's on a few peoples list. Cole Beasley would be another. Made a couple clutch catches that won the game for us.
  13. I think when Darnold was drafted, he was closer to his ceiling than Allen was. Allen was more raw & could be teached from the ground up. Whereas Darnold already had years of his mechanics being the way they were, and would need to unlearn bad habits to succeed in the NFL. Imo thats much harder for a qb to do, then to just build up techniques that we saw with Allen. I think this played an impact on both. Perhaps Darnold would've been better here than how he's been on the Jets, just from being in a less dysfunctional situation. But I still would prefer Allen
  14. If you have Kamara on your fantasy team like i do & are worried about this news, worry even more: What would really help with this virus is if the test results could be returned as fast as possible. As it is now, a player gets tested in the morning & doesn't get his results until later at night. Meanwhile they could believe they're clean & they continue to expose others to the virus. If the results were as instantaneous as possible, it would help players to react faster to being positive & quarantine themselves.
  15. what league are u playing where u have all 4 of those guys? And whats the scoring, PPR or standard? If its ppr i'd might sit Ridley If its standard i'd probably say sit Diggs or Adams But if this is your problem I'd say you're in a good position regardless
  16. I'll probably just roll with him. At $4300 his cheap price was key to the rest of my lineup. I'd have to redo the whole thing at this point & with the NE KC game being postponed, theres less options. Although im now in that horrible position of rooting for the Bills & for a member of the opposing team. I also have the Bills D in my house money league too. 1st world problems
  17. Norman back is great news for the Bills Bad news for my Draftkings lineup as i planned on starting Hunter Renfrow
  18. I'm glad JBJ didn't buy the team & you can add Trump to that list as well... even if had Trump bought the Bills he most likely wouldn't be president right now. I think both would've served their own interests instead of those of the teams & us & the team would either have been moved or ran into the ground. So thank you Pegulas for saving us from this Bad Medicine
  19. at the very least i hope Oliver learned a lesson to not try to trip someone like that again. I can't condone that behavior period but if you're gonna do something like that, dont be so blatant about it. I appreciate the thought process behind it... stop the opposing player any way u can. But it was a pretty dumb error that besides from being a penalty in a game (had it been called) but it couldve injured him for the whole year. Regardless I hope he's back to 100% soon & can play this week in Vegas Josh Jacobs is no joke & we'll need Oliver in there
  20. We thought the same thing leading up to the Miami game. That the Pats made the blueprint & that we'd run the ball to success vs them. But the opposite happened,. Im sure we'll look at the film & come up with ways to best use our personnel. But just pointing out that we've seen this thread & claim before & it didnt exactly work out that way.
  21. I dont think he gets a pass per se. But this is his 1st year there & instead of committing to high price free agents, i imagine he wanted to see what he had 1st in the players that were already there. So he made some middling kind of moves, with the intention most likely to then make bolder moves next year. But he couldnt have foreseen all the injuries they had & the Jamal Adams fiasco & CJ Mosley opting out due to covid.
  22. This question has been asked a few times this year already. A few times too many No we shouldnt bring him here But yes we should always be looking to improve wherever possible. That doesnt mean bring in Dareus tho
  23. i wouldnt categorize our oline play as "horrible". The Rams D is better than they probably get credit for. Aaron Donald is a BEAST & one of the best defensive players to ever play the game. I thought overall we did a pretty good job. Allen's Time to Throw stat on the day? 3.37 seconds, 2nd most time to throw in the NFL to Russell Wilson. I'd say thats not "horrible' by any means
  24. yeah the injuries this year have been brutal. Luckily i've been pretty much spared from them up til this point. Of course since its 2020, Kamara later tonight will probably go down & that'll be that lol. But on Kroft, i hope this game is the beginning of something special for him. Like others have said, a TE can feast all day with this offense. We just need someone to step up. Whether it be Knox or Kroft, the opportunities are there for them to circle the wagons
