    I would love to see our front seven challenge Rodgers the way Denver's front seven went after Burrow last night.

    Hoping as we head into the playoffs and get any sort of lead, it allows us to pound the ball, avoid Josh having to play hero ball; burning clock and keeping our defense off the field. Against KC we had the ball for 34 minutes, SF 33, Detroit 32, in our three losses, 21, 26, and 28 minutes.

    Reading this, why didn't Burrow pull a page out of Elway, Jimbo, or Eli's book. He was the hottest QB coming out of college, he probably could have used that to go somewhere other than Cinci, with the worst financials in the league.

    I was at the game where Cookie went up on the Wall, '17 I think. 39 degrees, downpour, I don't think my clothes dried out the whole 5 hour drive home. Cold soaking rain is really tough to deal with.

    That question is probably on the mind of many Bills fans, considering in 2024 we currently have a middle of the pack defense.

    Ya think, considering Hamlin, Rapp and Lewis are all Questionable as of this afternoon, he's the only healthy safety on the 53-man roster, Tho we do have Cine, Hyde, and Kareem Jackson on the Practice Squad.

    I did notice that he's the offensive player they bring in on Hail Mary situations, wonder if Rodgers has another Hail Mary in his script?

    Cinci this season is the current shining example of investing nearly all your assets on the offensive side of the ball, and guess what happens - you have great offensive stats but have trouble winning games. Cinci has not beaten a single team in the top 20, their wins have all come against the bottom 1/3 of the league.

    Cottrell was Wade's DC, so I think the '99 Bills defense had a two headed brain trust. If not for the special teams blunder in Nashville, I really think they could have gone to the SB, and might have even won it. That was a great defense

    It took 5 Buffalo penalties on their last drive to get them into the end zone. Bills were playing Elam, Bishop, Lewis, Ingram, D. Williams in the back 7 [which wasn't exactly staffed with All-pros as starters].

    He has a head coach who stresses defense and lives and dies with zone principles. They used a precious first round pick on a CB with great measurables, but no experience in a zone system. Then said head coach won't play the guy because he has no zone experience. Circular firing squad in 1,2.....

    Assuming we win Sunday. 4 losses clinches the 2 seed, 5 means we lose the tie breaker with the Dirty Birds, as they have the Browns week 18.

    I think worthy benefitted from Hollywood being out, and that inflated his numbers a bit.
