  1. Keeping Josh's string of 40 burgers alive - Bills 42, Pats 14.
  2. Doyle is an Unrestricted Free Agent in 2025, wonder if some other team will take a gamble on him in free agency.
  3. A 16oz bottle of dasani [treated tap water] costs about $.40 at wholesale, so even at $2, that's a pretty healthy 80% profit margin.
  4. Truthfully, I've hated the Patriots since a freezing cold December Day in 1963 when they spoiled my Christmas present [tickets to the game] by beating the Bills in a playoff game. Have hated them ever since, even when I lived in New England.
  5. PFF Pass Rush Grades - 2024 Season to date: Hutchinson Det [Injured] 95 Garrett CLE 93 Herbig PIT 92.4 Parsons DAL 91.2 Hendrickson CIN 90.1 TJ Watt PIT 89.3 Highsmith PIT 88.6 N. Bosa SF 88.2 Hines-Allen JAX 85.2 Groot BUF 83.0 We have a top 10 pass rusher. With PIT having 3 of top 10, that's gotta speak to Tomlin's schemes, which have been elite for years. Also some elite pass rushers on bad teams.
  6. Just saw that the Pats placed Christian Barmore, DT, on the reserve non-football-injury list due to a recurrence of blood clots. Scary diagnosis for anyone.
  7. I don't think so. - Joe was fired a month ago yesterday.
  8. The 66 yarder to St. Brown was a 3rd & 17, In 99% of games played that would have been a game breaker. Fortunately at the time Bills had built a 3 TD cushion, which was barely enough.
  9. A 6-8 310 pound guy who runs a 4.94 40, that's some serious momentum.
  10. We also have a decent running game, where Josh, James Cook, Davis, Ty Johnson have combined for 378 carries, 1823 yards, 4.8 YPC & 28 TD's [which leads the league].
  11. Mark Davis belongs on this list.
  12. Just watched the yesterday clip of Rodgers, looks like he's checked out mentally.
  13. I will say the barely forward pass to Shakir for the 5th TD, was very Mahomsian, as was the called-back TD to Kincaid
  14. Flips after week 3 of the season. Before that it's the same as draft order, which seeds playoff teams according to how far they advance.
  15. Waiver order now is current season record, Bills are 28 Ravens are 25. KC is 32.
  16. Pats O-Line is barely replacement level, 4 of the 5 starters are at the bottom of the league at their positions. I see Groot needs 2.5 sacks to get to 10. Maye could be running for his health.
  17. We have a higher graded version of Sweat in Groot.
  18. Don't want to even think what goes on in some rugby pileups. No gear to get in the way either.
  19. O-Line as a grouping is probably next after Josh. Individually they are middle of the pack, but as a group they have quietly become one of the most effective units in the league, and are trending upwards the last three games. They have really done a great job and lead the league in fewest sacks allowed. I would rank the individuals in this order after #17 Benford Rousseau Shakir Cook and Kincaid as an asterisk, due to him missing so much time.
  20. Our defense was missing 3 starters Hamlin, Douglas, Rapp - who were inactive, Going into the game they were #1,2,&4 on the defense in terms of snaps played. Milano went out during the game, was replaced by Williams, who was replaced by Spector, just off IR; then we lost Bishop during the game. In the fourth quarter, we had Benford, Taron Johnson, and Bernard of our usual back 7 available. We were playing a 36 yr old safety from the practice squad in the 4th qtr. Might have something to do with how well our opponent played.
  21. That's correct and Mahomes, Russell, Josh, and Lamar would also have to be adjusted. Of course then you have the 17 vs. 16 game season adjustment. It was just an interesting factoid.
  22. Just saw that Brad Allen's crew has Sunday's Bills game. He had the Bills January 2022 playoff game vs. Pats that was a 47-17 Bills win. Bills are 7-5 when he has headed the crew and Bills have won the last 4 in a row that he's reffed.
  23. From Pro Football Reference QB's ranked by Approximate Value per year played Four of the top 10 are active today. Jim Kelly is #15 with an AV average per year of 12.0, Marino is immediately ahead of him at #14.
  24. People forget, our Offense outscored the Rams Offense. Our Long Snapper couldn't hold up against the punt block rush.
  25. Esp breaking away from a hair pull, I suspect the competition committee [McD is on it] will have something to say about that, not much different than a horse collar tackle, and probably just as dangerous with respect to head and neck injuries.
