  1. Is Rasul Douglas [Jersey Boy] going to wind up with the Jets now that DJ Reed has gone to the Lions?
  2. Saw we just signed Darrynton Evans [3rd time as a Bill] RB room looking a bit crowded.
  3. didn't this guy play in the same defensive backfield as Sauce Gardner?
  4. CBS only giving Bills a C on the Bosa Signing, meanwhile gave Falcons an A+ for signing former Bill Leonard Floyd.
  5. I think towards the end of last season, McD, who has always been a zone guy, figured he had to mix it up a bit with all the nasty wideouts in the AFC. He certainly was mixing his looks up vs the Ravens and the Chiefs.
  6. Only about 30 passenger carrying 747-400's still in service, airlines are phasing them out for more economical and efficient jets like 777 and 787, and the Airbus 330 and 350 models. 767 that the Bills seem to be using is the smallest wide-body still operating, 2.5' - 3' narrower cabin than the state of the art wide bodies. Buffalo Niagara has one runway [NE-SW] of 8,891 feet and the other [NW-SE] is 7,161 feet.
  7. Having driven both, Highmark to Niagara Falls airport is no farther than Arrowhead to KC's airport. 45 minute trip to the airport is nothing out of the ordinary.
  8. Wouldn't the 49ers be even a better fit for him, than the Rams. He's from the Central Valley, which is Niner's territory.
  9. People forget that OJ got to 2,000 that year on a snow covered field, had 200 yards on 34 carries, Bills had a total of 60 rushing plays in the game. Boobie Braxton had 98 yards on 24 carries with 2 TD's. Bills only threw 5 passes in that game.
  10. Hailee was in the Pitch Perfect Movies with Anna Kendrick, she is a pretty solid singer.
  11. I think James also has Dalvin whispering in his ear. Dalvin got a decent signing bonus in 2020 as a rookie deal extension, had 4 straight 1,000 yard seasons, and then went to the football purgatory known as the jets. Dalvin made $41MM in 8 seasons in the league.
  12. After watching us get destroyed by King Henry more than once, I wouldn't mind a modern day thumper at RB. Eagles front office has been magicians with their roster building.
  13. Xavier Worthy was on the board, we traded the pick to our arch rival. He is a get deep receiver. Playoff stats this year 19 catches, 21 targets, 3 TD's 13 first downs in 3 games, 15.1 ypc.
  14. Ronnie Harmon drop in playoffs comes to mind as "one play"
  15. Toughest might be a better adjective than durable, he was on the injury report pretty much the entire season, and I suspect some of his issues being able to stretch the field were injury-related. Fortunately our O-line and trio of RB's mean't he didn't have to play as much "hero ball".
  16. In terms of post-season accomplishments, Lou Saban has the most championship rings. We hired him after he was fired by the Patriots.
  17. Arguably the greatest "modern" QB Season is Brady in 2007. Brady turned 30 during training camp that year. So both Josh and Mahomes are coming into the Prime QB years. Brady had 50 TD passes, finished the year with a perfect 16-0 record - still the regular season record. He additionally led the league in completion rate (68.9%), pass yards (4,806) and yards per attempt (8.3).
  18. Taylor's net worth is $1.6Billion, I imagine there are some legal issues that have to be worked through.
  19. Also, Bills led the league in takeaway margin, Suspect we might have had some points off turnovers in the early going.
  20. We had a Bills QB when I was a kid. Did many speaking events in the community, if you met him, he shook your hand, looked you straight in the eye. Wore #15. Went on to a pretty solid career after the NFL.
  21. For many people Labor Day weekend is when they take their last gasp summer vacation or getaway to their lake house etc. Its also the weekend teachers use to get ready for school.
  22. We need at least a couple of 235# thumper linebackers [Talley and C-Biscuit types] but can play at today's speed.
  23. And interestingly ranked below both Lamonica and Kemp.
  24. Even with our basically JAG group of wide receivers, we averaged 30.9 ppg. we led the league in turnover margin, but were often not able to get off the field against quality offenses. I would say DE/ 1 Tech, LB [not sure how much Cookie has left]. CB [Douglas fell off sharply], S [Hopefully Bishop will improve, but Hamlin/Rapp are JAG's].
  25. Kuechly played 118 games. For reference Jim Brown played 119 and Dick Butkus played 118. Patrick Willis got in last year - 10 years after he retired. He and Kuechly have almost identical stats.
