  1. The 58 yarder from Sr Bowl practices that hit halway up the uprights had a really low trajectory, and that was vs a defense. I think he can adjust for the wind.
  2. Wow, he was pretty impressive in this game. He did allow a sack & a few pressures vs Chase Young, but that's an elite pass rusher who is as fast as just about any DE in the NFL. If Adams can get a little quicker, he can certainly be a starting-caliber OT in the NFL.
  3. Who backs up the Slot if Beasley goes down? Maybe Brown could do it, and put Gabe Davis outside. But if Hodgins isn't ready, that helps McKenzie stay around.
  4. That's laser-timed, you can see the set-up. The guy is holding the readout, not a stopwatch. Shows the 10-yard split too.
  5. Growing up in the Chicago area, TV sports news would always show clips of Walter Payton running up the Indiana sand dunes to get ready for the season. This is definitely reminscent. Love to see Devin doing this, it worked out pretty well for Walter.
  6. Moss ran 4.52 after the combine. He tweaked his hammy in one of the Combine workouts, but ran the 40 anyway. So now we know he's a good bit faster than 4.65. Here's the 4.52 video: https://www.youtube.com/embed/0OddjpJukLI
  7. How do we know how Tua will react living in South Beach? Without his overbearing Dad to make his decisions for him, he could go wild there. Add in the 13 on the Wonderlic, and there's at least some risk that this could end up like Marinovich.
  8. If Denzel Mims drops to 54, he'll be a Bill.
  9. Wow, I bet the players & fans are pissed that they don't have BROWNS in huge lettering down the side of the pants anymore...
  10. I hope so. I see Herbert's career going like Tannehill's did in Miami. Decent enough to not draft another early round QB for a few years, but bad enough that the Dolphins aren't a threat.
  11. Shady will still be unsigned until after the draft, as will all the other FA RBs. If something weird happens where we don't draft a RB, only then would I even consider it. I don't see it as anything other than a worst case scenario move.
  12. Cooks is a 1-trick pony, going deep. He's one of the best at it, but he's not a complete WR & is undersized. This make little sense for the Texans, since they already have Will Fuller who doesn't excel at anything other than going deep. I don't think Houston has the O-Line to feature a gunslinging downfield base offense. Add in Cooks' concusion issues & Fuller's constant injuries, and this has a low chance of success. I expect Watson to take a beating this year.
  13. They look like Pop Warner uniforms. I don't like when team use abbreviations on jerseys, like ATL or when the NBA Sixers use PHILA. Imagine if ours just said BUF, that'd be awful.
  14. "Bad Interview" means he had problems breaking down coverages on the white board. Some guys ace it, others struggle. Peterman was said to have done extremely well, and we know how that turned out, but it really can be a big deal. I'd love to have seen Tua sit down with Gruden on the show he used to have.
  15. Just imagine if we'd drafted Kupp instead of Zay...
  16. I think Lamb is the only one in this draft that screams star WR1. Jeudy is Calvin Ridley, a good WR but won't be a star. I hope he's the Jets' choice... I actually think Denzel Mims will be a star, and he's the only WR we'd have had a shot at. But he'll take 1-2 years to develop. I prefer Diggs.
  17. I agree this looks like a Beane-ish mock. I really do think they want Dugger, I'm hopeful he's a 3rd rounder for us, but could see us taking him in Round 2. He's probably just a situational Big-Nickel & ST Ace in year 1, but potential stud after that. I haven't had Bryan Edwards on my radar, but just studies up on him, and he looks like a great fit here. I really like Perine too, but I don't think he lasts to the 5th. He has the receiving ability that Singletary hasn't yet shown and would be a good fit.
  18. I'm using them too. I emailed them & they said they can match the Bills' jersey font. One of their videos shows them converting a Spiller jersey to "Billieve", it looks perfect. I'm gonna ship my jersey to them & have them sew the new nameplate on.
  19. Yeah, I would consider Walker. The reality is that Kroft may be an OK TE2 "if healthy", but he's never been healthy for more that several weeks at a time. Smith is a blocker-only, & the penalties are a problem. I don't think we'd lose anything without those 2 guys, & I can't see both making the final 55 anyway. Walker has actually been successful before, he's a 3x Pro Bowler. That's the type of mentor who could really help Knox develop.
  20. I like Dugger, I think he's exactly the type of high upside guy Beane likes. I'd love it if he falls to the 3rd, but won't be shocked if we take him in the 2nd. I think with either guy, you're looking at just a special teams ace in year 1. They're both too raw to contribute much defensively as a rookie with reduced offseason/camp.
  21. Your scenario seems about right to me, except maybe no OTAs at all.
  22. With the 22nd pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings select... Denzel Mims.
  23. Minnesota will take Mims with our pick. I'm fairly certain we're taking RB or DE. I don't understand Claypool as a 2nd rounder. He sure had a great combine, but his tape says rounds 3-4. I'd be pretty disppointed if we took him in the 2nd.
  24. Watch, the Vikings will draft Mims with our pick.
  25. Jets may have all of the top-3 WRs in available to them in the draft. Plus Crowder is a solid Slot-WR.
