  1. Past hour
  2. Now I close my eyes And I wonder why I don't despise Now all I can do Love what was once So alive and new But it's gone from your eyes I'd better realize
  3. That only applies to before the Trade Deadline. Following the Trade Deadline, all players regardless of their status as a vested veteran are subject to waivers. That said, it remains to be seen if he is waived. ProFootballTalk seems to think that they won't move him until the off-season and may potentially trade him.
  4. It’s all of them. McD dictates the conservative offense and disappointing defense. Beane does what he can to add talent within the salary cap constraints but instead of signing one good guy at WR (or any position), he brings in 3 or 4 mediocre ones for probably the same money. His draft track record is horrible in the earlier rounds. You can’t pin it all on him though as it’s not like he’s picking 4th round graded players in the first. (Ex: like the TJ Grahams and Eric Flowers of the past). Many early round draft picks don’t pan out. Brady was effective initially but may be dealing with McD’s direction to be conservative offensively and not have many called QB runs. However, his play calling is often suspect and he doesn’t put the players in great positions to succeed. I know I’m sick of seeing just about every possession start with Cook off tackle. It’s great when he gets 5+ yards but when he’s stuffed, then it’s obvious passing on 2nd & 3rd downs. Don’t they have a quality control coach on this team? “ Hey, Joe, we run the same play at the start of every possession. Maybe we should mix it up a little.” Then there’s running similar plays 3 straight times without getting a first down. Does Brady think he’ll fool the defense because they’d never expect running the same play 3 times in a row? That running the QB sneak unsuccessfully to the left each time in last season’s KC playoff game was so dumb. They’ll never expect us to run it a 5th time.
  5. No it wasnt a misfire. It was thrown where it should have been thrown. Palmer was streaking down the 10 yard line. Thats where the pass was going. Palmer adjusted his route upfield after the ball was already in the air. Had Palmer continued his route where he was initially going then he would have boxed out the safety. If he went upfield to the endzone then the safety is in prime position. Palmer screwed the pooch there. Slow the video down and watch it. Knox might have been his first read. If thats the case then Allen long moved on before Knox was even in the picture. You think a QB should stay on the first read for how long?
  6. No it's not but it's been a lot worse than it is now.
  7. You’re completely delusional if you think this team is capable of getting hot in the postseason, when it gets harder. We have based on EPA the highest regression in postseason performance vs regular season performance of any team in a three year period as far back as it registers. The Giants were loaded. They were potentially great teams that just didn’t gel at first. Buffalo does not have a potentially great team with this roster. Not any history of big performance in big games.
  8. Oh and btw Josh had Palmer. Palmer screwed up. Play it in slow mo. Palmer is running across the 10 yardline when Josh started that throw. Had he continued his direction, he would have flashed in front of the safety and caught that ball... or at least he would have been in position to. Instead he changed his route direction and went upfield while the ball was already in the air. This put him at the 5 and allowed the safety to easily get in front of him for the INT. As much as people want to cry about Knox being open, so was Palmer. Palmer just messed up. Oh please. If he threw to Gabe and he dropped it or whatever, then everyone on the board would be crying that "he has to take what the defense gives him" " he should take the easier throw" "Hawes was open" People cry no matter what.
  9. Normally I would agree. I like Aiyuk and I rooted for him to get his deal. That said, I feel like he mailed it in afterwards. It's been a year since his injury and we've heard little in the way of him returning. I think he likes collecting those massive game checks while simply "rehabbing." Gut feeling - I wouldn't touch him. Multiple Super Bowl appearance and very competitive rosters over the years.
  10. Louder for the people in the back.
  11. ^^^ i don't want a GM thats taking this job with McD on board. Maybe you hire gm - he picks coach ORRR hire coach, he picks GM. But any GM taking this job with McD here is already starting off on a bad foot and in a power imbalance Honest to God, I know we wont.... but id prefer we lose a bunch the rest of this season. IR these guys and dont risk anything further. Blow up the staff in off season, or bare minimum get serious about bringing in real coordinators. Id genuinely prefer we miss playoffs. We need the better draft picks. If we can we basically start the 're-load' early, and that might help us next year, but at worse re opens 2027 as a true window. 1. Move Kincaid if we feel hes near peak value. We cant keep extending injury prone players. 2. Move Big Ed. This again salary + injuries Move. 3. Knox. Gone. Milano gone. 4. Shop Torrence. I could be convinced either way depending on what the return would be. 5. Shop Shakir. Hes a nice player, but hes a fancy tier 1, #3. We dont have a number 1 or 2. Gotta do what ever it takes to get those. We won't be able to get tier 1 for both the boundary spots... draft one and trade for one is probably the way to plug those. 6. Shop Dawkins. I hate it, thats my dude.. no thats not because of false starts. Hes no spring chicken, hes salary is starting to climb right around the time his play level is going to start to dip. Idk what kinda value hed bring, but id quietly find out. The good news? Bishop is gunna be fantastic. Benford rebounding it feels like. Hairston looks good out there, after a mega abbreviated TC, missing 10 games (pre season wouldve helped him too). concussion makes me a lil nervous, but that's probably more my Bills ptsd than a valid concern right now (btw... did Cole Bishop dish that out to him? I saw him friendly fire at least once last night lol) Im not at 5 star alarm on Bernard, ive watched him super close last 2 games, and hes only out there because everyone else is beat up. Dude cant run right now, looks like some variation of lower body injury, the kind that sucks but fine long term. Let's hope we can get 14-15 really solid games a year outta him, hes a plus player. Im frustrated, but not enough to be irrational like other L's. I think these are all pretty even keeled ideas. Were not gunna trade kincaid, Oliver, Shakir and Torrence in an off season, but id hard shop Dalton & Oliver... kick around idea of 1 of the other 2.
  12. I think I heard a stat that Josh was 8-0 on Thursdays before this one .. must have all been at home .,, the stat I’m hearing today is Allen is 0-4 in Houston
  13. 🤣🤣 this season is crazy I'm confident in our depth at both positions though, don't feel like it'll make or break us
  14. Started losing my hair in my 40’s, now going on 25 yrs. I still have hair on top that combs back and a thinning bald spot. In straight on pics I look bald. Started using Rogaine about a year ago. About 3 months in rashes started on my forehead so I stopped. Only recently has it stopped breaking out. That said, I’m bald.
  15. This hasn't changed. We're still #2 in the league in offensive yards and #5 in points this season. #2 and #3 in terms of points and yards on a per drive basis.
  16. Yeah, Chan Gailey put together a decent offense with Ryan Fitzpatrick at QB.
  17. thread bump.......still sticking with the Ravens.....hope Tyrod doesn't screw me here.

  19. Yeah but he literally has half his career left Again we need to be better to Josh.. Peyton Manning didn't win or go to a Super bowl till he was 30 Josh is literally on the same trajectory as Peyton Manning even almost statistically And Peyton would have never left Indianapolis but he got that neck injury and missed an entire year and they lucked into Andrew hahaga Play on words
  20. Today
  21. Turnovers has happened on both sides of the ball. The offense has turned the ball over more than they did last season and the defense has gotten fewer turnovers this season. They have regressed to the mean and it's making a big difference in how this team plays.
  22. How the 1990 and 1991 Bills did not win a Super Bowl is stunning. Those teams Kelly led were absolute juggernauts. People think we are missing the window now. Holy cow back then i remember we were better than everyone by a long ways. except for the last game.
  23. We've been top 10 in passing yards every season since 2020 including this year.
  24. This is one messed up executed play. First, the crosser wipes out Knox's defender allowing Knox to be wide open. Second, Josh has a tendency to lock onto the receiver he's going to throw to. Here he locks onto # 5 (Palmer) waiting for him to clear the deep safety. That's why he's cocked before anyone is in his face but doesn't deliver until he's pressured resulting in an underthrown ball off his backfoot. Third, Palmer hesitates at the end of his route seemingly settling into a gap in the zone instead of continuing across the field. This results in him not being where Josh thinks he'll be when he releases the ball. This play is illustrative of what I see from this year's Bills team -- failure to execute. That's not the only problem (injuries, etc.) but it's a major one. Thoughts?
  25. They kind of were wiped off the map. For a team whose supposedly has one of the best offenses in the league, they again struggled to put up points in the 2nd half.
