  1. Past hour
  2. Why wait? There’s an opportunity to win this year. Stop wasting years stop waiting for other fantasy seasons. You go now. You gotta stop writing off years
  3. Warning from a huge Sabres fan. The less Terry Pegula does to the Buffalo Bills front office the better the Bills will be. Terry thinks he knows hockey, and that is the big reason he hires poorly qualified GMs for the Sabres. He thinks of himself as the President of Hockey Operations. The result is the complete destruction of the Buffalo Sabres. No unrestricted free agents will go there, and the top players in hockey all have no trade clauses in their contracts with Buffalo always on that list. That team will never win with Terry involved like he is. Fear the day he becomes comfortable enough to fire McBeane. Once he does he will destroy this team with bad hires and poor decisions.
  4. Grading extensions this offseason from best to worst 1) Cook: A+ 2) Allen: B+ 3) Groot: C 4) Benford: D- 5) Bernard: F
  5. Always enjoy watching my Bills. Might scream in frustration as I did last night, but always enjoy watching and rooting for my team.
  6. What a disaster of an offseason. Invested heavily into a Defense that is the worst we’ve ever had. I get it, we lost Hoecht and Oliver for the season. Those two can’t be the linchpins on a functional defense that take it from good to dumpster fire. Not when you’ve invested so much into it. Injuries can’t be an excuse anymore on that side of the ball. They just can’t. It’s no longer a coincidence. It’s every year. It’s the players we sign, draft, the scheme. Undersized guys, injury prone guys. There’s a reason we’re always banged up there. Rousseau looks more and more like an anchor of a contract. Good, not great player who we’re paying borderline DE1 money to set the edge on the worst run defense in football and rarely get pressure on the QB. Just a brutal contract extension as it stands currently. Benford got paid and immediately looks like a guy who got drafted in the 6th round. Maybe he’s hurt, chances are he probably is, but if he’s not going to be the guy we paid, that’s another swing and a miss. Bernard. Gross. The most obvious extension that could potentially go bad. Oft-injured and undersized. And this year he’s … injured and undersized. “We’re better without him” isn’t a good place to be for a guy we just extended. And I might be in the minority but I hate the Shakir extension. Hes good at what he is.. a Deebo type player, but I think he’s limited out of the slot and is blocking us from having a more well rounded option there. We could clearly use him better too.. but he’s not a guy who can flex to the outside and he blocks our offense from any positional flex in the WR room. Which is ok if you’re prime Cole Beasley… he’s not that. Bad extensions, going all in on defense and leaving Josh out to dry. We traded Diggs and suffered his dead cap for what? To be in cap hell again.. this time with bad extensions and not even remotely a game changer to speak of? Beane should be fired yesterday… the Josh Allen card only works for so long, especially when you’re now the biggest obstacle in his way.
  7. Even if the Bills take on massive dead cap hits over the next two years, they still have to find a way to fix the issues via draft and bargain basement FA. Anyone have faith that the current regime(front office AND coaching staff) can accomplish this, or will it be more JA prime years flushed down the drain?
  8. New England - One great player on Offense in Diggs... Goes off against us... Atlanta - Two great players on the entire team in London and Robinson, both go bonkers against us... Miami - A roster massively depleted in talent with two elite players in Achane and Waddle and they both have big games. Houston - Two elite players in their DE's and they both go nuts all night...
  9. One of my biggest fears is that there was ZERO chance of repeating 2024’s historic or near historic lack of turnovers and sacks: 8 turnovers (only 2 fumbles, not a single fumble from a running back or receiver); 14 sacks, loss of 63 yards. Sure enough, it’s regression to the mean. In 11 games, 14 turnovers (more interceptions and fumbles than entire 2024 season); 28 sacks (double all of last year in 11 games). More lost yards to sacks LAST NIGHT than entire 2024 season. It’s not the whole story, but it’s a big part of why this year is turning into such a disappointment.

  10. All of the above, for sure, mostly how the roster was filled and bad draft picks.
  11. I hate to say it but your right but only will they get another chance but they will continue to have the same type of off-seasons that they always have mediocre!
  12. I felt that way last night: I could use some more whiskey … NOWSKI!
  13. Groot consistently gets ranked highly in advanced metrics, and again he is not paid nearly as much as top pass-rushing EDGE players are. If you're solely measuring him by sack count, then okay, not amazing, but he isn't paid like an amazing sack artist, either. It's a good-value contract.
  14. I never said he has to leave us. McD and Bean need to go.
  15. This. The failure has been on offense. In the Miami and Atlanta games, I would argue it was mostly on Josh. In the Houston game, I have no idea who is to blame. The play calling, line, receivers, QB? It was all off.
  16. Please no further press conferences from Dion for the rest of the year. Post game in the locker room situations cannot be avoided but please do not keep offering him out there for the usual 10 minutes or so seemingly every week. His quote about the Gabe play at the end is a true "***** victory from the jaws of defeat" mumbo jumbo and to me is a McDermott vibes or belief system, "hey fellas we were really close tonight" - after losing to Davis Mills. The team is really testing our faith this year.
  17. Bills only have 4 losses. Houston is going to do damage if they reach the post season and Stroud is back 100%. The only 2 games left that are questionable wins are NE and Philly. Assuming the Bills lost 1 of those games that leaves 12 - 5 and the post season.
  18. Beane for me.. Josh Allen has never played on an above average roster.
  19. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Over-promoting leads to firing... or hurt feelings if he gets interim and then is asked to step back down to OL Coach. Dont tinker with Kromer. If we do decide to blow up the staff I really hope we find a way to keep Kromer. I know OL had a rough night last night, but theyve been a major strength for years now. Losing Kromer would hurt more than any other coach on this team. Would be pretty devastating to see a new HC not keep him on staff too. Im ready for coach/gm change... blow them all up except Kromer.
  20. Cook of course, Prater and the Punter Whiskeynowski have been worth it.
  21. So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good night.
  22. The offense is changed to run clock and lessen the exposure of the defense to multiple drives. The defense has made strives in the last two games in second half adjustments. This team is now seeing an O line that is aging out. The NFL is fluid. The game plan was an indictment on Brady. Why not got with Anderson on the field to assist on pass protection and run blocking? Speed DE? Run the ball at them. Take the starch out of them. As bad as the offense looked last night, they had a chance to win at the very end. The very best defense in the NFL could have been defeated. Time to lick the wounds, build a better game plan and brace for the rest of the season.
  23. if the throw was completed to Knox and he gets the first down the Texans accept the penalty and the Bills get another down. Yes it would have been 4th and long but 4th and long is better than the end of the game. Not sure why people aren’t understanding that.
  24. how about tim settle? Dude is a beast for them, but was a total zero while here. What gives?
