New Yorker: Trump Occupies 'Negative Space' in Epstein Files (As In Nothing There) P.J. Gladnick Epstein slop has now apparently reached the outermost limits of absurdity with Monday's New Yorker entirely incapable finding anything actually incriminating about President Donald Trump in the latest release of the Jeffrey Epstein documents. So what to do? What to do? Well, New Yorker editor Jessica Winter seems to have drawn the short stick to "earn" this assignment and completely embarrassed herself with a theory about "negative space" in "The Darkest Thread in the Epstein E-mails." The subtitle reflects the fact that Winter found absolutely no there there since the worst allegation tossed Trump's way is something called "negative space": Donald Trump occupies a kind of negative space in the available files, which run an enervating gamut from the inane to the depraved. Spoiler alert: Nothing really negative about Trump was found so Winters dreamed up something called "negative space" to gloss over that sad fact. In fact, her "negative space" is reminiscent of "dark energy" which is defined as a mysterious force in the universe whose exact nature is unknown and whose very existence can only be inferred. https://newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/pj-gladnick/2025/11/17/new-yorker-trump-occupies-negative-space-epstein-files-nothing .

Game week thread - Bills at Texans TNF
Low Positive replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Starting Thursday night, the Bills will begin a run of games against teams playing for their season. They will need to match that playoff-like intensity. Also, if they win Thursday night, their position for at least a WC spot is really strong. It's all in front of them, if they can meet the challenge. -

Should we look to trade Keon after this season?

But it has to be a 2028 6th or no deal! -
Bishop has grown into a solid starter. Should be a mainstay for years. Some of that is the veteran influence of Poyer, who at this point is serviceable but nothing more. Hancock is gaining experience and will likely start alongside Bishop next year, with Rapp and Hamlin as backups. Lewis will be the starting buckle.

A Few Thoughts about the Bucs Game - Community Edition
Pete replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Samuel ran selfless clear outs all game, and opened everything up. Dorian Williams was tremendous fluctuating between spying Baker, and then selflessly setting picks violently, allowing other players to the ball. Shavers won deep consistently. He made some key blocks. Then played coverage teams. One cannot praise Shavers enough for his game. Secondary played very well, providing sticky coverage. -

I think the Bills win by double digits. 30 - 17 Can't see their offense scoring more than that. Josh isn't putting on a Superman cape in this one but he does enough to pull ahead. This could be an even bigger lead if Josh is dialed in enough to avoid turnovers. -

Should we look to trade Keon after this season?
GunnerBill replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is different to Bishop. The issue with Cole was never talent. It was mental. It was waiting for the light to come on. It finally has. With Keon I don't see the talent. Maybe if they didn't have an established answer that they'd paid in the slot already I'd be saying move Keon inside and try him there before you give up him. But they do. I'm not taking Shakir off the field to try and rescue Keon's career. The reason Keon can't play outside receiver in the NFL is he doesn't have the skillset to do it. -

The Bills know the importance of this game and with Stroud out it sets up far more favorably for Buffalo. The Texans defense is superb.. their offense is not and they are bottom 10 as a rushing team. This game is simply don't turn the ball over, play smart, and you will get enough of yours. Think last years Jets game lite. Bills 20 Angry Bulls 16 The Bills defense is able to play bend not break and get a turnover before half that helps the Bills get up 10-6. Buffalo gets the ball out of half and just runs the clock on an 9 minute drive before a TD from Ray Davis to go up 17-6. Mills gets the Texans downfield but they are held to a FG. Buffalo gets another turnover mid 4th to get a FG to make it a two score game at 20-9 and while the Texans do get a TD to make it interesting, the Bills run the clock out heading into the mini bye at 8-3. Allen 212 yds 22-29 1 TD Cook 74 yds 15 rush Shakir 85 yds 6 rec Bosa 2 Sacks 1 FF -

I don't have faith the Colts can win on the road. They still seem like paper tigers to me. Now, Johnathan Taylor may get hot and carry them, but I don't see them beating the Chiefs in KC. Hopefully, I'm wrong.

Josh Allen doing Josh Allen things, and why we need it
DapperCam replied to Ray Stonada's topic in The Stadium Wall
I never know whether to trust Allen in the postgame, because he will blame himself for everything. The WR would drop a perfectly thrown ball and Allen would say “I need to throw that better.” It’s the sign of a leader, but I’ve never heard him say an ill word about a teammate when talking about a specific play. For all we know Edwards totally screwed it up, Allen would never say. -

I live in a house that has been in the family for over 58 years, and I have fed the birds when I have lived here. Finally after all this time of seeing many other woodpeckers and flickers, I saw a pileated. Had no interest in the suet and seeds I offer at the feeder. Paused high up in a maple, examined the bark for snacks, and flew off. Lord, they're large birds!

The Chiefs have a tough game with the Colts. They are home so that helps but Indy is more than capable of going there and getting a win. The Ravens are home to the Jets. They will win and win easily.
-
Should continue the gameplan like last week and just add to it a bit. No sense starting a new plan on a short week, especially when you just dropped 44 on you opponent. And it wasn’t in the prettiest fashion. Fix the kinks and they should still be productive

Tyrell Shavers reminds me of John Stallworth....

Not only Stallworth but he also reminds me of that Jerry Rice guy.
