3rd round draft pick snap counts
Don Otreply replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
lol, thanks for confirming. -
Has his name even been mentioned even one time in any of our 4 games for making a play? We traded up for this guy in the second round from a decent SEC program. Between him and Landon Jackson we are basically getting nothing so far. What the hell is Beane looking at when drafting these guys? At least Boogie Basham got on the field and made a few plays. And everyone wanted him gone too.
-
Yeah he is. He was also kinda red shirted. Most teams expect their day 1 and early day 2 picks to play and contribute immediately. I mean, we are drafting guys to start at the end of the first round. Why would teams picking 6-10 slots later think, “this guy needs a year to figure it out.”

Dewayne Carter was dreadful with loud rumors he never tore his Achilles and Jackson has yet to take the field. That's 2 consecutive 3rd round picks that provide nothing to the team. The frustrating part is we were told the defense would be rebuild in the draft and we are getting no production from multiple day 2 picks. Maybe you are the one that needs to be better Donny Boy. -

This feels like the first real game since Baltimore Week 1 … and while I’m sure they’ll never admit it; I bet a majority of the team feels that way too. I think we see a much more focused and on point team Sunday night. If not.. then maybe this is who we are. An explosive offense that goes through in-game lulls with a defense that just cannot get off the field. If it’s the latter, we have a lot of work to do and it might be another year where Josh Allen has to be superhuman in the postseason before he inevitably gets let’s down by his supporting cast and coaches against KC. Because I don’t know that reinforcements matter if that just who we are .. it then becomes more about scheme and philosophy because this team should be able to beat NE handedly even if we’re missing some guys. One game doesn’t make a season, but that would cement a concerning trend five games in. Let’s hope they do the first thing I mentioned and simply show NE that there’s levels to this.

Name one town in the US that blasts music 7 days a week at 5:30 am. It won’t stop. That guy playing his music too loud will get one warning than an arrest. Yeah, its the same. -

So an athlete that can play in the NFL is a low standard, WTF are you thinking…, out of the how many thousand college guys, the very few who make it to the NFL, and then stick for years is a low standard? Be better than that UC, its like you’re not even trying…, -
Of course they are forced to listen to it. They are blasting megaphones. Im the snowflake when anyone says anything Trump related, you get your panties in a wad. You’re a Muslim conformist lol.

Eason went to the Jets as a backup after his time in NE. #11 there. But was a backup to O'Brien. Tecmo super bowl, brah. Berry was the coach when NE was a ***** show version of the Bengals back then. I was also 5 in 1986... Eason was before Grogan. Eason had his roster spot taken by Flutie. Lol

The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion

Ray Davis has not performed like a reasonable backup for Jimbo. Thankfully Brady has prioritized more touches for Cook and you see the results. By the way, what’s wrong with Johnson? He’s had more drops than all of last season. If we’re going to make strides with our offense, because the O-line seems fine when Cooks explodes for big splashy runs, these other RBs in the unit have to show up. Do you remember the clueless posters who said “dump Cook and just insert Davis and Johnson and we won’t take a step backwards” -

I'm really curious, with the pats run defense being the best in the league (granted they haven't really played anyone great) if Brady will stick to trying to run the ball. I feel like this game could well be our first loss but also it shouldn't be. The bills are the much better team, and if we do lose, I feel like it's gonna be from frustrating offensive play calling

James Cook AFC Offensive Player of the Month (September 2025)!
mbs replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ah yes. That's true. But the market would be there next year and if there was a good chance he'd get it, he would have played out his rookie deal. Probably should have, I guess. -
This could be the week that sh*t hits the fan…If we lose this game, we’ve suddenly got a division race on our hands… Here’s to hoping we can last another week undefeated…👍

3rd round draft pick snap counts
Don Otreply replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
At this point, it is of no consequence, they see enough that he is not on the practice squad, means they think he could be grabbed by another team, no knowing for certain, but that is conventional thinking in cases like this. Again, not concerned.
