Everybody who was complaining knew we were a playoff team, most people didn't think we were a Super Bowl team. Nothing has changed in that regard right now from my view. The secondary performance is an exciting development for sure, but no downfield threat in the passing game is still going to be a problem. Teams that shut down the run effectively are still going to be a problem.

I personally needed to see a solid game from this team against solid competition. The win against the Cheifs has given me hope that we can become what we exepected to be down the stretch, heading into the playoffs Now we need to see if the Bills can play this way consistently.

This can be the start of a nice run for us in the next month+. No one is "easy" (Miami rarely is, though the record w/ them is lopsided), but every team that we play until the Pats is a team we should beat. I think the silver lining of New England being real competition is that it will help prevent any let-ups. We're in a tight division race & every week matters.

The win over KC yesterday was huge from a playoff seeding perspective. We’d have to go 12-5 for KC to even have a chance to have a better record than us, and I do not see that Chiefs team winning out from here. Even if they do, I think we have a solid chance to go at least 13-4, which we may need to do just to win the division. The fact that the Pats are still ahead of us for the division I think will force this team to be sharp every week the rest of the way. If that happens and we can get past the Pats to win the division, I really think we’re setup well to also get the 1 seed. All these other AFC teams have a ton of games against each other still and will be giving each other losses.

A lot of quality excuses but that doesn’t help the cause. Please don’t talk about overpaying or competing with other teams for players. No one cares. A GM’s job is to fill positions of need period. The Bills DL kicked ass yesterday. Mahomes got hit 15 times- the most in his career. Pats has never been hit like that in his NFL career. They did it with cage rushing. They closed off escapes- Pat had no where to go. They surrounded, and rushed inward, and constricted. As opposed to Von, who runs behind Mahomes, and Mahomes escapes for 15 yard run where Von vacated.
