  1. Past hour
  2. nobody blames going for it on 4th down but that was a jackass play call...I mean come on.. read the damn room
  3. The only thing that makes me nervous is Semiens’ age. What I love is that he’s a recent Gold Glove at 2B. The money is just about a wash. His contract is shorter than Nimmo’s. I think Nimmo’s 2025 season (at the plate) was a fluke. He was great. I just don’t see him doing it again. I will miss him. He loves the game. He loved being a Met. He was durable. I think this is a good sign for Alonso to stay. With Alonso, Lindor and Soto - I like the focus on defense. We’re gonna score runs. Should be a very interesting off-season. Looking forward pitchers and catchers reporting in 5 months. #LFGM
  4. both decisions can be bad ones (they are easily identified as so) independent of eachother. he's always been a bit of a bonehead on gameday.
  5. He's there with Mark Sanchez...
  6. Wonder if Prater shanking [?blocked?] the first XP on the Cook TD run factored into McD's decision to run Cook on 4th & 1 vs. taking 3 points?
  7. Yes, from that perspective, it was a phoney war, but neither are the guys that attacked congress. All those that took action in Desert Storm are patriots. Neither is trump, but I would suggest Pence is. One does not need a perfect life to be a patriot, but doing you best fir the country and ALL citizens is compulsory. Vindictive habits towards citizens is definitely not a trait of a patriot.
  8. Having 5 or 6 top 10 first round picks over the last four years certainly helps (as opposed to picking at #27-30 every year)
  9. We need to make sure everyone is ready to go for the game that is automatic, and that is week 18, the final game at Rich Stadium. The final game needs to be a win, no matter what, so there is a feel good story to get us through the off-season as we await the grand opening of our new Diggs! Hopefully Oliver is back by then along with Kincaid and Hardman to stretch the field. Pieces of the turf at Rich stadium will be sold for big$$$ and stretching that field means more revenue. Playoffs come and go, but there is only ONE final game at Rich Stadium, so let's make sure we win that.
  10. With that cupcake schedule not sure it will make a huge impact. They literally don't play anyone.
  11. Teef making a strong bid for rookie of the year in the iron law of woke projection competition. Impressive dude!
  12. Nope he is just varsity now instead of JV so only 1 game instead of 2
  13. Who will we open with in the new stadium? Predictions?

  15. What could have been I'm going to drown my sorrows with Mr. Brightside on repeat for the next couple of days
  16. This idea that the playoffs are automatic and we need to "save" players is wrongheaded imo. We are fighting for our playoff lives, every game is vital. We are going to lose some more, we can't lose too many more.
  17. Disappointing loss. Chance to win on the last shot in a game a lot of people didn't expect them to be able to compete in especially without their top scorer. Hardest part for me is losing the game by 4 while missing 17 free throws. 🤢 Hopefully they can get that cleaned up and take it to Kansas this afternoon.
  18. Today
  19. On the day I was born The nurses all gathered 'round And they gazed in wide wonder At the joy they had found The head nurse spoke up Said "leave this one alone" She could tell right away That I was bad to the bone

  21. Rex era players in 2025.
  22. Week 12 results Pick'em Philadelphia and Buffalo hurt a lot of people this week. Three people, BritBill, Real McClappy, and LeviF, had the best picks with 13 correct. BobbyC's Brilliant Bets jumps to the #1 spot, with a score of 122. Top 10 still has 5 points spread from 1 to 10. Survivor Nobody knocked out this week, 8 people still remain. Most popular winning pick was San Francisco by 4 people, then Seattle and Baltimore with 2 each.
  23. Wouldn’t say “lover”, but happy to be on the right side of history with this one.
  24. Teef's on there.... And he's VERY upset! 😂 Edit: boyst too!
