  1. Past hour
  2. Are you sure? I’m pretty sure he identifies as “terrible.”
  3. Been saying it since Atlanta.. the team is just not special this year. Nothing about it...sadly I have to include Allen in this. I mean to put it bluntly, we are the LA Chargers now. Just another team in the AFC who you think is OK, but really not special in any way and will fizzle. The ceiling is likely a first round playoff loss. The floor is missing the playoffs by a game.
  4. It’s incredible how people start these posts and have no idea… 1) As BuffaloBillyG said, due to OPI it wouldn’t have counted anyway. 2) Palmer was who the play was designed for. He was the bread the whole way. Knox was supposed to set a pick for Palmer to get free but he was just a step too late.
  5. Thought the tweet was going to say: ”Nothing displays Beane’s arrogance…..then drafting Rousseau and Boogie Basham back to back in the 2021 draft.”
  6. He's not a minority so we wouldn't get compensation if hired by another NFL team as HC. No TD drives after the first drive of the game, unacceptable.
  7. I agree somewhat in principle* but the issue will always be that the draft involves SOME luck - so you can't quantify what you are getting as well as you can quantify what you have. That said, one of Beane's biggest issues is undoubtedly wanting to pay his own quite good draft picks - he actually doesn't do well quantifying players he HAS seen, which is just plain weird (would happily let him draft rounds 4-7 🤷🏽‍♂️) The reality of the modern NFL doesn't back up the idea of paying quite good players - that money is better saved and spent on elite talent. Ideally in the draft, but whatever the ninnies on here say - the top end of the draft is a glaring weakness for Beane. *When people wonder how the Eagles afford so many top players - they don't have a paid player on their defence (Jaelen Philips trade ruined this stat but the point stands - the rest are rookie contracts) Also interesting they managed to do that despite the apparent impossibility of drafting top end talent if you draft at the end of the round like we tend to do (spoiler alert, so do the Eagles, they just have a GM who knows what he is doing)
  8. I know its the day after a loss where they looked terrible, but you only need to catch fire in January. Stay the course, make adjustments, and try and find something by then.
  9. I don’t even know where to go honestly. We just handed out 4 bad to meh, at best, extensions. We have a good bit of dead cap. Have to make decisions on McGovern and Edwards. Desperately need a true WR1. If they let those two walk, they need to draft IOL early/mid-rounds and hope SVPG, Anderson and Grable are ready to compete for the spots at a high level. Defense is a friggin warzone. Needs everywhere. Safety opposite Bishop, NCB, probably 2 LB’s, Defense will get back Hoecht, Oliver, Jackson and Carter. Probably need a run stuffing DT to round out the room, which they don’t believe in.. and a legit pass rusher off the edge which is next to impossible to get with our cap situation and draft position.
  10. I forgot to add another part of my rebuild is to extend some of our homegrown players id start by extending Keon Coleman for 4 years, 80 million probably Dawson and taron johnson I’d also give extensive to as well
  11. No, I can't say that watching the team sleepwalk through so many games this season as being fun. All 4 losses plus the Saints game were poorly prepared teams that were not fun to watch. I hate to admit it but as much as I yell at Brady thru my TV for his awful play calling, I laugh at the pitiful display of tackling and watching the McDefense get run over year in and year out or try to stop a 3rd and long pass also year in and year out. I'm also to the point of laughing at all of the penalties this undisciplined squad has thrown on them on a weekly basis.
  12. beane, the OC, and DC need to go. we need wrs that aren't slow statues. we need lbs that are bigger than 220lbs. pegula needs a GM who will light a fire under some asses. open completion at every position except Josh and cookie.
  13. Except on the one drive where the Bills started to move the ball and had a first down at the Texans 30 and they called FOUR straight runs to Cook! They turned over the ball on downs. Maybe someone told Brady to run the ball because at that point in the game with the Texans a bit on the back heel a diversified attack was called for. This was the drive were as Allen came to the bench he yelled out in frustration "what are we doing"? Allen is also about to be lit up by 2 defenders with FREE runs at the QB from BOTH sides. They are 4 & 3 yards away from Allen in the picture. Assuming that with a head start they can run 40 yards in less then 5 seconds Allen has less then half a second to take that shot.
  14. Lol, "Stone Mitts" was 3 inches of his foot out of bounds from winning the game for us with his late sideline catch.
  15. Can we fore Terry Pegula and everyone involved?
  16. That play was designed to go to Palmer. He was the read the whole way. Knox was supposed to set a pick for Palmer but he was a step too slow getting there. Not to mention it wouldn’t have counted due to Gabe’s OPI.
  17. They keep losing to bad teams and they can miss the playoffs too
  18. Or the....."Not many teams have beaten Mahomes & Reid in the postseason. It isn’t just McDermott". Except of course Zac Taylor & Sirianni.
  19. Think of the dead cap as Justin Jefferson and Myles Garrett.
  20. I'd prefer the bills come in as a lower seed than be top 2 and then losing. At least theres less pressure for them and maybe they can finally do soemthing
  21. It can be worse. But it's definitely a bet they have to take as McDermott has Ran his course here. I would have fired him after 13 seconds
  22. They also had Dorian out there more in the second half. The coaching staff needs to understand that they cannot stop the run unless they play a traditional 4-3 with the personnel currently available. And for God's sake, you are playing Davis Mills. No need to play two high safeties. It gives a game manager like Mills easy underneath throws and allows their offense to seemingly run at will. The focus should've been shutting down the run and forcing Mills to make throws under duress.
  23. Game ball goes to me and the Will Anderson Jr. signed rookie card that continues to go up in value.
  24. That’s what I’m saying, if they allow beane to rebuild the team and allow McD to remain the HC, nothing will change. It will be the same broken team and same broken philosophy
  25. I know its easier said than done and reasons why blah blah but... Maybe overpaying for a top WR may be worth it
