  1. Past hour
  2. Ok you have my attention. How the f8ck did you get Jovo-Cop at yours
  3. Child Order Psychology: Middle children are known for being good conflict mediators. I guess I can sorta see that in you, based on your PPP posting history. You oftentimes seek the more centrist or ”reasonable” political position, willingly explore both sides, and avoid emotional extremes. I’m the youngest in my family with two older brothers close in age, so maybe that helps explain my high levels of combativeness on a pro football message board subforum? I hope Muppy chimes in to tell us hers, though I’m afraid to “at” her because I know she hates PPP. Ugh. I’m already bored with this thread topic. Let’s just finish up with an old-fashioned “debate by combat,” Game of Thrones style! 1. Historians of the Nazi Party reached their consensus assessments from public quotes, private letters, interviews, newspaper depictions, and the Nuremberg Trials. << punches Leh-nerd in the nose >> 2. Computer glitch! << left hook to Leh-nerd’s face >> 3. Soda poetry! << right hook to Leh-nerd’s face >> 4. Poignant quote! << devastating uppercut to Leh-nerd’s jaw >> Debate conclusion: TKO! Kay wins another political debate against Leh-nerd! Yay, Kay!! Catwomen: Agreed! I’m familiar with all of the character’s actresses, and I think Julie Newmar wins on physical beauty and charisma. She was crazy tall, too. Catwoman should be tall and physically intimidating. Meaner Memes: Hmmm…upon further review, that meme has been deemed “very meh.” As an homage to our pugilistic repartee, it shall be replaced with this more delightful internet meme:
  4. Where’s the line, though? Walmart made over $600 billion last year—should we all just fill our carts and walk out because they’ve “made enough”? Well, if everyone did that, the business would collapse. That’s the problem with justifying theft based on company profits - It literally relies on others doing the right thing so that you can do the wrong thing. The logic is: “I don’t have to pay because enough others already did.” That only works if a critical mass doesn’t think like you. It's freeloading, plain and simple. Simon’s point about collusion and lack of competition is more compelling - but even that doesn’t justify piracy in my opinion. It might justify regulatory pressure, not theft. PS to all who responded to my original post: I'm not ignoring you - I just don't want to clutter this thread with replies. The reply above synthesizes what I would have said in each anyway.
  5. Son of a B word, I'm in!
  6. Yes Roundy. Because there isn't a documentary with the same exact title of this thread. A documentary that you haven't watched. Film titles, especially documentaries, are never provocative though.
  7. He flipped the puck over the glass. Are there degrees of flagrance in this act? I don't know what you're asking.
  8. I know the rule, I didn't see it and was simply asking how it went down.....geesh!
  9. The article should of been discredited the second Chris Trepasso's name was mentioned.
  10. I don’t care what side you’re on, this is just great theatre. Someone needs to set up a pay per view event where we watch two of the world’s largest narcissists battle it out. I’d pay extra to have Biden moderate. What a wonderful circus. Good clean fun this time. 😂
  11. While true, that won’t stop Beane from giving him a contract Someone faster would have brought it to the house.
  12. This post could be top 5 most enjoyable in @Mr. WEO history Which annual completion are you speaking of? There has been exactly 1 completion at S under this regime. Taylor Rapp played much better than I had anticipated. Damar Hamlin, while not my choice, played slightly better than I had anticipated as well. or are you speaking of every position? As in Elam vs Benford….in which a 6th rd pick is now an All pro. Or 5th rd pick Shakir is now a 15M WR. Or Spencer brown (vs Daryl Williams) David edwards (vs Svpg) your lover boy Gabe Davis (vs sanders, brown), Milano, Bernard and Dorian Williams (vs entire units of vets) competition breeds improvement. I’m fairly confident this is a fact in most aspects of life….. but do you mang. Typical Weo nonsense. Just here to argue
  13. Give me a break, he’s lobbying for stuff that specifically benefits his company See?
  14. And in 2005 it was griping about links to news websites and quoting from them, which is essentially 50% of what the X links are here now. Again, be the change why don't you? It will definitely work this time. Nose to the grindstone!
  15. Bulletin: Bosa expected to miss first two weeks of training camp with hurt feelings. 🙁
  16. I thought my record of one missed game since 2008 was good for a non-US based fan. But you have me beat.
  17. I think you can have one of Ingram, Lewis and Hamlin. All three is an issue.
  18. Very bland looking house, no color at all except for brown, white and black.
  19. Put in his application too late for Tim Hortons. 🙁 (They never should have been allowed to drop the apostrophe. 🤨)
  20. I am a Buffalo AM Sports Talk listener going back to Empire Sports, but WGR has lost me. The morning show is unlistenable since Howard Simon retired. I tune in for Howard picks the Bills but otherwise its nonsense about golf, soccer, and hockey. Not to mention it seems like they are constantly on commercial. Sal's show is good, Chris and Brownie are ok, hockey talk is dreadful, and Schoop and the Bulldog have been hit or miss their entire career. Lately every time I turn the channel there its either a commercial or Sabers. Sick of hearing about the hosts golf games or fantasy sports. There are way too many options around things I am actually interested in.
  21. But you and me ain't no movie stars What we are is what we are We share a bed, some lovin' and TV, yeah And that's enough for a workin' man What I am is what I am And I tell you, babe, well that's enough for me

  23. https://www.dailycardinal.com/article/2025/04/federal-judge-temporarily-blocks-trump-administration-from-canceling-visa-deporting-international-uw-madison-student Isserdasani was informed “out of the blue” his visa was terminated because he was identified in a criminal records check, the lawsuit said. He acknowledged an arrest for disorderly conduct on Nov. 22 when he and his friends engaged in a verbal argument with another group after leaving a bar, though he said he believed it resolved after the district attorney declined to pursue the case. A non-immigrant visa-holder such as an F-1 international student can have their visa terminated on the grounds of “criminal activity” if they are convicted of a crime with a sentence exceeding one year. Conley said the maximum punishment for a misdemeanor is 90 days, and said Isserdasani had a “substantial, if not overwhelming, likelihood of success” in proving his visa was terminated without cause.
