The fact is Josh needed to.put more air under that ball so Coleman could high point it. It’s the new NFL PI calls. If the DB has good position, sees and is making a play for the ball they let a lot of handfighting go. Equal opportunity, and I like it even though it worked against us in this case. -

This is 100% fake news. Maybe AI. This is more dangerous than the missiles. -
Because completion percentage is the only thing you mentioned that actually affects passer rating

In the leadup to the Elam (2022) draft there were enough DBs to go around with Booth being the favorite of many on this Board. Early the week of the draft the news broke that Booth had a precarious injury situation. I remember it being more of neck situation, but it may have been a sports hernia, and he was crossed off many boards. McDuffie, Elam and K. Gordon were left for the Bills, KC and others. Elam was not a favorite of the Board and was being openly dissed as a non-tackler by someone on this Board. The Chiefs made their move for McDuffie and the Bills took Elam over Gordon. My memory is that the Booth injury was not a temporary situation but some permanent and maybe dangerous (for him) condition. But before the news broke he was the hope for many on this Board who again knew the Bills needed a CB. -

Yeah, because they can only do one thing at a time and because they signed a new punter it means they were ignoring everything else. Makes sense. -

to the bolded & italics “Being fat, dumb and stupid is no way to go through life, son..” B’mores’ Achilles heel is their Guards. It’s singularly why Oliver feasted. I don’t anticipate a repeat performance from him at the Jets. *POOF!* He disappears. I left plenty of games early as it’s a long way back to Dansville. Mostly blowout wins. Never had anything like this happen after I left. Nice article otherwise.

Everybody knows the Bills are signing Christian Wilkens What's the big secret here ?

You’re seeing one right now. How many times does it seem the Josh Allen led Bills do something that’s never been done in NFL history? Look at some of the things Allen has done that never have been, I.e., 40 plus TD’s in consecutive seasons, more than double the next guy in 2 TD passes and 2 TD rushes in a game.

Allen was on fire in this game. He looked like he was in complete control of the offense and on top of his game. The ball spot on his slide was absolutely terrible. There was also a terrible spot of a dump off throw to Shakir deep in Bills territory. The second and third offensive series for the Bills was trash play calling. Just way too conservative and predictable. In games like these, need to have urgency on every possession. -

The Bills are the better team and should win, but it’s not as easy as that. First, that’s not the Buffalo defensive scheme, and second, Fields actually had a very good day throwing the ball against the Steelers and has a legit stud to throw to (Wilson). I think the Jets will score 20…the question is if they can score 30 because it’s hard to envision anyone keeping Allen & Co. from putting up that many points on a weekly basis.

I’m still trying to sort out how that wasn’t called. I understand that it’s week 1 and the refs are still getting their ish together like the teams… but it was blatantly obvious with the jersey stretching. The only rational I had was that Hussey decided to keep the flags low like it was a playoff game. 🤷♂️ As for Oliver, the whole defense may not have shown up ready to rock, but Oliver was a problem for the Ravens. This defense has needed someone to step up in big moments. Oliver did several times in that game. Let’s hope he keeps this up.
