  1. Past hour
  2. Agree, very strange to be this rich at TE! And I don't hate the idea of leaning into the multiple TE looks even further. Just wish we had a Moulds to go with them (or heck, even a Lee Evans or Stevie Johnson would be perfect! ).
  3. I agree with both points...the new stadium will actually be much louder than highmark But at the same it will lose some of its blue collar charm and atmosphere 😕 It was bound to happen at some point. Just thankful for all the memories and great times we've been able to have over the years. This old barn will surely be missed
  4. Kincaid missed the Atlanta game, and barely played in carolina (14 snaps) since that was just the james cook show. Last week he played only 23 snaps and was outsnapped by knox and hawes, but also by samuel and shavers - and still managed 6 catches and 101 yards. So in the last 4 weeks including the bye he's only played 37 snaps and has 7 catches for 124 yards and a TD.
  5. I love they want an 05 formation. But we don't have Quentin Morris anymore, or the punter tight end. Maybe bring them back for a game so we can do that for funsies?
  6. You're not wrong. But I think about it differently. Steeler and Pack fans are widely respected. Of course they’re passionate - those franchises are perennial contenders, and their stadiums reflect it. The Bills, by contrast, have more losses than wins since our inception back in 1960. We’re not historically a winning franchise, and yet when times are bad, we show up. We fill the stadium. We crowd into Bills Backers bars. We wear our colors every Sunday, no matter where we are. To me, that stubborn persistence is the real measure of fandom. Few teams sustain that level of loyalty through prolonged hard times. Bills fans are not fair-weather friends. I don’t mean to diminish other fanbases. I was at Arrowhead for the Bills‑Chiefs regular-season matchup in 2021. That place was freaking thunderous - at least until the tide turned against them. Still, I've visited nearly every NFL city and have lived in a few of them, and I’ve never quite felt the same fierce, communal energy around a home team as I do in Buffalo.
  7. Miami is Dorne As Bills Mafia Invades The North Remembers
  8. I get what you are trying to do - but there is no SoS (strength of schedule) you can create that offsets the massive advantage of the 1 seed. The 1 seed since going to a 17 game season and adding more playoff teams has become a colossal advantage. It was a big advantage before, but its colossal now. With the guys already playing an extra game in the regular season, getting the free pass to the 2nd round to let guys get healthy and also avoid any new injuries in the first round of the playoffs is massive. Not to mention home field advantage. Now apply that to actual Bills this year and it becomes miles apart - Bills final season in the stadium, so every home game could be our last game ever played there. The energy is going to be something that can never be replicated again. But - and maybe more importantly - not only does it give us time for guys to heal up who may be banged up, it gives us one more week to get Ed Oliver back. And if we are going to face a team like Indy in 2nd round, being at home to disurpt and rattle Danny Dimes and have Ed Oliver back facing a tough Indy OL and run game is going to be massive. No disrespect, again I get what you are trying to do, but IMHO there is no path that is so much "easier" to offset the massive value of the 1 seed, not even if we were given the choice to see KC and Balt out of the playoffs all together if we gave up the 1 seed.
  9. and now Fox has fired him, wow, what a surprise! What an idiot! https://www.yahoo.com/sports/nfl/breaking-news/article/mark-sanchez-reportedly-fired-by-fox-sports-as-he-faces-felony-charges-for-stabbing-incident-165551227.html
  10. Yea I think people are picturing how the broncos/steelers look now when they choose but I don’t really see the broncos holding off the chiefs without beating some good teams down the stretch. Same goes for the Steelers and ravens the pats would be in that mix too who maybe would’ve beat us twice if we end up the 5 seed. The dynamics change a lot based on how teams got to certain win totals. If the pats lose the rematch to us but end up a win ahead I wouldn’t even think twice about possibly seeing them again
  11. The funny thing is that it's forecast to be 43 degrees on Tuesday morning......a 43 degree drop in about 36 hours!!
  12. Damn I wasn't aware the snaps were that close...
  13. Yeah that's understandable lol. It just sticks out to me because I've been to about 10 or 11 Bills road games and the Saints fans were awesome. Super friendly and engaging and Saints gear all over the city. It's also another one of those cities that has their own very unique culture. It surprises me, I feel the Saints fans NEVER get any recognition at in these best fanbase conversations lol
  14. Only game in question is Philly. That one can go either way, we can beat them and they can beat us. Tough opponent. But outside that one game, we will win the rest of the games we don't sit our starters (like if we sit them week 18 or somethng). We already smacked down Carolina and KC. We will beat Miami by multiple scores. Tampa is not close to the team it was earlier in the year, we will beat them cleanly. Houston is a bad team with a tough defense. We will win comfortably. Pittsburgh will be a comfortable win. Cincy isn't on our level and we will score 40+. We will be NE by multiple scores, and would have the first time if we didn't self inflict wounds. Cleveland is an easy win. Jets is a slam dunk if we need to win that game.
  15. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but to be the best you gotta beat the best. Give me the 1 seed, and two home games, over three road playoff games.
  16. I think Bills fans are spoiled to even suggest this. Yes, the Bills have done this numerous times to weaker teams…. But it’s not really that common to get 3 or 4 score leads against divisional opponents. Whats more the dismay that follows the game when we only win by 10, rather than the 21 or more points that was wished for/expected. The Bills should win. There really need to win. But if it’s not a blowout multiscore lead at the half, it doesn’t mean the Bills aren’t good or taking them lightly. The team is dealing with a lot of injuries to key players, some will be out, some should absolutely be on a snap count. That, in and of itself, means this game is likely to be closer than a lot of folks would like. Go Bills!
  17. This was sort of my concern with shaheed. I liked him as a plus returner, and a situational piece - but i'm not sure as a situational piece he's that much superior to samuel other than in the availability category. Yeah, just saying - everyone complains how overpaid he is but its like the guys basically a 6th OL half the time. Some of that pay is for things that don't show up in the box score. And I'd also imagine that when he is running routes, he's not Kincaid - 208 snaps - 140 routes run Knox - 288 snaps - 122 routes run Hawes - 225 snaps - 39 routes run
  18. Believe AJ was concussed on the play he flattened Mahomes. If true, that's a very Billsy move.
  19. Same here ! I was 8 in 1960 when my father took me to my first game .. The Bills have been a part of me since.. Had season tickets when Rich Stadium opened in 73.. (Mul-Key returned that kickoff right toward us in the endzone). Just hope I can experience ONE BEFORE i DIE , as the saying goes..
  20. Because if they each win their division you’d likely play both (assuming they win). Ravens will be the 4 and Chiefs 2 or 3. There’s no reason to create a poll asking people to pick an option that would be easy to select. The entire point of the poll isn’t “which is liklier?” It’s “which option do you prefer?” Denver stinks. Lol, they’re the worst 8-2 I’ve ever seen. We’d beat them by 3 scores. We beat the Steelers 8 out of 10, New England 7 out of 10, Chargers without their OL 7 out of 10, Jags 8 out of 10. The Colts are the only one that scares me some (Texans too). If you can’t beat those teams though, you don’t deserve it. I think Ravens/Chiefs are both coin flips. That’s just my opinion. It looks like the group is pretty split.
  21. BUF 38 MIA 13 Keep the momentum!
  22. Colts can probably coast to an afc south win but if someone like pit or denver does enough to hold off the ravens/chiefs down the stretch they are probably pretty good teams at minimum. Right now yea it’s easy to see those two teams as pretty ehh but it’s gonna take a couple months of solid efforts to keep the ravens and chiefs out. I think I’d rather play the lowest remaining seed in the divisional and the conf championship both at home than three pretty good teams on the road but I can see both sides. Football is just so unpredictable…if the wrong guy gets injured in the wildcard round the party is over
