  1. Past hour
  2. Interesting he said that player cuts won't be on Hard Knocks. I think that's being very respectful to the players, not wanting to exploit their difficult moments.
  3. I believe in paying one’s fair share. You believe in shifting the tax burden to the middle class and hoping wealth trickles down from the super wealthy.
  4. But again, the coaches on that list weren't consistently losing games that their elite QB's played very well in. Peyton had clunkers that were the reason for quite a few of his postseason losses. Those guys weren't scoring 27-30+ in those games almost every year and losing. Our defensive coach has gotten so much production from the offensive side of the ball in the playoffs and for 6 straight postseasons has not figured out how to be even half-decent in January. That's a big problem. What is McDermott far, far better than competent at? He's a defensive coach whose defense has been HISTORICALLY bad in the postseason and has been the primary culprit for us getting bounced every single postseason. His game management also cost us huge in the 13 seconds game. What exactly is he so competent at?
  5. Well then don’t get cocky, you do you… but trying to tell others on a Bills board to not laugh at the Dolphins ??? Not sure why you’d wanna take up that fight here.
  6. This is my first time watching Hard Knocks (I subscribed to Max for one month just to watch it). As a Bills fan, I thought the first episode was pretty good and fun. Josh Allen, Tre White, Dion Dawkins... But the second was pretty dull, because if focused mostly on backup players that either won't make the team or will only have marginal impact (Joe Andreesen, KJ Hamler, Damar Hamlin). Even the holdout with James Cook was quickly glossed over, transitioning immediately into a fun story about Ray Davis kicking field goals. Maybe I was hoping for more attention on our top players who for some reason don't get much national exposure... Christian Benford, Greg Rousseau, Ed Oliver, Terrell Bernard, Matt Milano, Spencer Brown, O'Cyrus Torrence, Khalil Shakir, etc. Many of these guys get snubbed annually for Pro Bowl/All-Pro honors, and it would be nice to see some focus on them. Also, I feel like the more important storylines around the team have been ignored so far. For example, how second year pros like Keon Coleman and Cole Bishop are progressing in their sophomore seasons. The pressure on Dalton Kincaid to have a breakout year. Can Joey Bosa stay healthy and return to his old Pro-Bowl days? The high number of injuries in training camp (especially the scare with Maxwell Hairston). To me, these are the stories that fans (not just in Buffalo) are more likely to care about.
  7. Im 4mins into that press conference and its God-Awful!
  8. I thought Virgil showed some good things but guess he stuck in a numbers game here.
  9. Virgil cut kind of a surprise
  10. Stiff. Rawwww. Not a natural football guy IMO. Only has bull rush. Low floor, heigh ceiling. All that said from a fan of the pick. If he develops right he could be a real steal... proli not getting much outta him this year though. But dude will work hard and give himself a chance to develop
  11. internet search / wiki says his birthday is Dec 13
  12. 'Smartest Man Joe Biden Knows' Makes Very Bad Decision When It Comes to Melania Trump's Legal Warning By Nick Arama https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2025/08/14/hunter-response-to-melania-notice-n2192798
  13. Beane does such a great job on these interviews...nothing comes across as fake or disingenuous.
  14. I can’t wait until he meets up with Napoleon Brutus. Iykyk
  15. right people are always saying, 'oh, we just have a Chiefs problem in the playoffs' like everyone in the AFC is in the same boat well the chiefs average 23.5ppg in the playoffs vs everyone except us against us they average 34.75 there is no QB play in nfl history good enough to make up for that discrepancy. the fact that we've even been competitive in these games is staggering
  16. Awww man I really liked him. RIP good sir
  17. Dick Van D y k e, the actor is 100 years old today! Happy birthday!
  18. I will make a "in defense of" piece for the Bills with both hires. Donahoe was highly regarded when he came in given the work he had done with PIT. It was viewed as a stabilizing move at the time and one that the Bills were moving into the future bringing in a strong mind outside the org. It didn't work, but the true sin was not doing so again and instead going internal. Like QB if your GM doesn't work you need to try again with the best candidates possible which many times are outside of your org when your not doing so hot. Ralph instead got a yes man in Marv (with due respect) and the org sunk lower. Whaley was part of the Nix group and had similar vibes as he scouted much of that PIT D which dominated in the 2000s. I honestly think he was a decent GM as he found good players in later rounds and had a real good feel for the FA market regarding affordable options. The problem is he went nuts when the check book opened in 2015 although I'd argue Rex stopped that team from being a playoff group. His move for Watkins also was wayyy too aggressive for a team that was not in position for it. Whaley I at least get why he made those moves because by the time he took over they were desperate to slay the drought and the team had enough talent to make it happen (which kind of did happen in 2017). He never could get out of the way with his EJ pick which hurt him & its been covered in length the missteps with Watkins/2015 FA spending spree, but I honestly think with another go around he would be a pretty good GM as he had a good eye for talent in all rounds and he was really good with finding cheap FA's or trades (remember he traded for Jerry Hughes).
  19. Miami has enough talent that they should outscore a few bad teams. I think it will be the Jets. Fields is not good. It gonna be a race for the bottom tho, I don't expect any serious competition for the division title
  20. No QB has lost to another QB 4 times in a row in the postseason. Even Peyton got a couple over Brady.
  21. Right! Like St. Brown isn't a top 5 guy. He can do this to any secondary.
  22. Just finished episode 2. Hard Knocks is boring now. I miss the old Hard Knocks.
