Pegula Divests from Knight Hawks after pulling out of Rochester Lease
Buffalo716 replied to Mango's topic in The Stadium Wall
I get your point but there's no amount of staffers that they can fire that would change their lifestyle lol That vacation to Tahiti would be coming with or without those staffers They are billionaires... They have enough money for 12 lifetimes -

That poster didn't give you the backstory. That slide was leaked along with several PSE employee comments about how the Pegulas treated their staff. In that particular meeting, Kim Pegula allegedly told employees—per multiple sources—that their job was to ensure the Pegulas could maintain their lavish lifestyle. She would sooner fire staff earning meager salaries than cancel their lavish vacation to Tahiti. The message was clear: you're expendable, your job is to fund our lifestyle, and our vacation matters more than you. It made waves because it was the first time the public got a glimpse of the Pegulas’ not-so-polished side. -

How to make baseball the most relevant sport again? Steroids
Big Turk replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
It never will be. It has zero and I mean ZERO chance to ever compete with the NFL again. No sport does. 75+ of the top 100 TV shows every year are NFL games. A random week 10 NFL game draws more viewers than most World Series Games, NHL Stanley Cup Finals Games, NBA Championship Games and one off events like the Grammy's or Golden Globes. -
Shakir. He'll have his Cole Beasley 2.0 type numbers. Between 65-85 catches, for 750-950 yards, with 4-8 TD's. Diggs is coming off an end of October torn ACL, is almost 32, and heading into a new offense. He'll put up similar numbers to last year, even if he plays a full season.

Figures lol He and the Jets owner, but mostly Haslam They wanted to add that moronic clause.

What Are You Most Excited About This Coming Season?
CEN-CAL17 replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
Players that need to bounce back!!!! Milano, see if he can stay healthy and if he still has the ability to fly around. He was 2 steps behind last year. Kincaid, can Dalton leave behind the sophomore slump and bounce back to rookie year numbers? Health and ability of our Safeties!!!! I mean, Rapp is getting older coming off injuries. Hamlin is mediocre… Can Cole step up? Stay healthy? -
Bills TE's are no-shows at TE University.......

They have outgrown the University Experience. I’m guessing that is a good thing. It certainly was for me. -

TE University is mostly a party it seems to me. Knox and Kincaid were there last year so if they thought it had real value they would probably be back. -

I’ve looked at it pretty closely. What exactly do you think this slide is supposed to show? It’s not unusual for companies to have different business goals for different offices, or market sectors, or services. -

so you haven’t been paying attention to England or the rest of Europe What a surprise! 🤣 -
The Panthers just blew 500k on a bender…i’m sorry but you cant tell me there wasn’t some extracurricular charges goin on there

Shakir. He’s a stud. Diggs needs pink coke to get it up these days. And he sucks.
-
Only reason Diggs comes close to Shakir production, is bc of lack of weapons in NE or a Khalil injury. Diggs was the superior player, but coming off a torn ACL and a 2nd yr QB that I think is good/not great--- Shakir is also trending up still. I think Shakir gets close to 1k yards this season. He's going to have more opportunities open up for him, when Kincaid, Keon, and Palmer all step up. Lots of mouths to feed, but I see a highly efficient offense again.

Yeah but were you there -
I am sure the other owners would love to kick the Browns owner to the curb at this point. He is mis-managing an important franchise and screwing his partners in the process.
