J.D. Vance - Character and Policies
B-Man replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Victor Davis Hanson just fired back at Jen Psaki’s attacks on Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha. What he exposed goes far beyond simple political jabs. They’re TERRIFIED that the MAGA movement isn’t tied to just one man... it could continue long into the future. “They thought when he was selected as vice president, he brought nothing to the ticket because Ohio was going to be won, he was a White male, there was no diversity, but they didn’t really appreciate that he’s one of the best explicators of the MAGA agenda.” “He eviscerated the media every time he got on television. He was a real force multiplier of the Trump ticket.” “And they’re afraid of him.” “And now they’re thinking, you know, we were betting on MAGA is inseparable from Trump. He was the sun, and without him there will be no sunlight.” “And then people like Rubio and JD Vance come along and they think, oh my God, this thing could go on and on and on with this new populist Republican Party.” “And they’re terrified of it, and so they feel that maybe she’s too sophisticated for this Appalachian-born Vance or whatever, but they’re terrified that MAGA will go beyond Donald Trump.” “I think they should be terrified, because I think it will.” Of course he went to Santa Cruz. . . . . . . . so according to the board's V.O.R. we can ignore him. . -
Roll call who’s going to be at the game Sunday
cdl 716 replied to Ojolaffub's topic in The Stadium Wall
Where are you sitting? I just saw some club seats on the 45 yard line, visitors side for $468 each…upper deck just above that some seats in the mid $250s…I'm trying to be fiscally responsible but those club seats are a great vantage point and very tempting. -
100% spot on
-
How is Poyer the best option? Simmons, Whitehead, Maye, Gardner-Johnson?
-
The rest of the secondary is now safe!!
-
On one hand, Rapp has been terrible. But on the other hand, if we had a better option one would think he would be out there. My position is that I am cautiously terrified for our secondary.

I like him as a player, but no way can we fit his contract & still add help at DB or WR. For that reason, it's an obvious pass. -
Take away the Josh Allen pick and Beane has been a less-than-stellar GM. Old has-beens anchoring our D throughout his tenure. Absolutely ignoring the need for a WR1 throughout his tenure. Drafting/acquiring TEs and RBs who aren’t focal points of the offense (until Cook … finally). He has failed. Miserably.

Is Israel Committing Genocide In Gaza?
B-Man replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Lies, Damned Lies, and Palestinian Propaganda David Strom I woke up this morning and was greeted by a flood of posts from pro-Hamas propaganda outlets claiming that Israel medically tortured a Palestinian prisoner by...treating him and curing his cancer. Not that they put it that way, of course. The accusation goes like this: during a medical check on his health during a hunger strike, Israeli doctors discovered that Emad Al-Sarraj, a terrorist who was serving a life sentence for murder and attempted murder stemming from an attack had cancer. He was released as part of the Gaza peace deal and is now appearing on radical Islamist TV shows, claiming that the Israelis lied to him about his prostate cancer and "forced" him to undergo chemotherapy under false pretenses. His proof? He is cancer-free now. Never miss an opportunity for propaganda {snip} FFS, man. Give it up. They never will. These people thought Mr. FAFO was a serious victim of the civil war, and mourned his death when...Palestinians killed him. He was a martyr, even though his death was part of a tribal war among competing gangs in Gaza. This is the level of shameless propaganda to which we are subjected, and yet millions of people buy it because they are as emotionally and mentally incontinent as toddlers. https://hotair.com/david-strom/2025/10/24/lies-damned-lies-and-hamas-propaganda-n3808176 -
🤣 KB...real time. It happened in real time, but in slow motion. How do we explain to younglings that we are not making this up? That so many of us had the same experience. Do you want me to make it worse, in a story I don't believe I have ever shared on the board (at least not in the last 20 years)? That same buddy's nephew went to Oregon at the time and knew Ngata...AND he talked up how much Buffalo fans were loving him, hoping they'd pick him and was telling him the places to go in Buffalo for wings...AND Ngata was jazzed about the idea of being a Bill. Anyone flame me all you want that it isn't true or it didn't happen. Believe me, I get it, and maybe I wouldn't believe me. ...but it did. it really did. In my head, to this day, I can still hear, "You can never have enough DBs, you can never have enough DBs, you can never have enough DBs." It is my "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?" pyscho flip switch. Go Bills!

I don't think Poyer and Hamlin are his competition any more. I would not be at all surprised if McDermott cannot keep Jordan Hancock off the field any longer. -
Agreed,let him develop

As the malignant homelander likes to say, regrettably, there’s always a thread. Hard to believe anyone would find that catchy or interesting. Anyway:

Or maybe they're injured, not just hurt -
My comp on Coleman was Q. Johnston of the Chargers. Same type thing. Johnston struggled his first two years before starting pretty well this year. Invisible again lately, but some production in year 3.

I think the Bills value quickness and coverage ability in their linebackers, which is why they gravitate toward guys that everybody else might regard as undersized. Willson is bigger than the linebackers buffalo currently has, and is probably a poor fit for Milano's weak side role. He might be a better fit for the Mike role. Probably the biggest argument against making the trade is a greater need at other positions. -
A child's response.
