By your own biased metrics. They found and cut waste, seems like a win to me.
-
I think he got caught up with all the AT&T Stadium tours and is confusing that with the team and coaching staff.
-
No, its own stated goal was “trillions” in waste. It did not come close to meeting that. It failed.

Jags. Links to both the Fitz to TO and Allen to Davis 98 yarders are on page 1 of this thread. -
Drama you say, just get a media outlet in there and they will generate all the drama that fans lust for…, 🤣

That may also be a list of the top 9 QB's in the league as well.

Harrison was the Card’s unquestioned WR1, the 4th overall pick in the draft, and the alleged best WR prospect of the past decade…amazing that his numbers were roughly equal to the Bills’ 5th round slot receiver…

“I love the enthusiasm, and also I would just say the energy from the coaching staff, they actually make you feel like they care, and that’s something that’s very exciting.” Apparently, he didn't feel loved in Buffalo.

Then you should be able to watch Hard Knocks on the Max app when it airs. I get ESPN plus, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Peacock and AMC Plus for free. Double check the spectrum.net tv/streaming services tab as you may qualify for more. There's one called VIX I can get but it's all Spanish speaking so never signed up for it.

Owners approve a change to the onside kick rule

Why would a team have to tell its opponent what play they are going to run? That’s just nonsense , -
House Passes One Big Beautiful Bill
Doc Brown replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
All they really needed to do was extend the TCJA and defund some of Biden's big spending ineffective programs. However, they took care of their SALT buddies. Now a guy working as a car mechanic in Alabama can subsidize a doctor in NY making $450k a year. No taxes on tips and no taxes on overtime means that workers who don't work for tips or are offered overtime can subsidize those who do. Now the bill will pass and fiscal conservatives will raise their hands in the air and say "well, we had to make concessions to make it through because of the slim majority." Basically, business as usual. That's fine but let's not pretend Trump isn't part of the establishment when this bill goes through. -
If it saved a dollar it achieved its goal.

Is it just the rich getting tax breaks? -
Ben Johnson is a great new emerging HC. He may be the one to finally make the Bears relevant again in a couple of years. They have talent. I think it’s a great idea. Competitive practices help both teams.

Owners approve a change to the onside kick rule
First Round Bust replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
so 50 on-sides kicks last season with 3 recovered by the kicking team for 6 percent success rate. Given that...I quite dont understand why the rule still requires these to be announced before the play..with the element of surprise being key and thus removed Can't be safety issue as the teams are lined-up close to each other and players are not running all that fast into each other ? -
Is that why you have over 118K posts? Getting show material yo?

DOGE did not meet its goal of “trillions in waste.” Not even close. A complete failure.

This is great. Bears have a great prospect at MLB we can check out. 14 yr old Tremaine Edmunds has great potential to be a playmaker at such a young age and already 19 years in the league.

Then why are MAGAs celebrating this bill? -
were talking about the 30 year T bill. Its yield hasn't been this high since 2007. It's rise has serious implications Since bond prices move inversely to yields, rising yields indicate investors are selling bonds. This behavior runs counter to the typical flight-to-safety response during market turmoil and has fueled worries of a broader "sell America" trade. Wall Street analysts say the volatility reflects a shift in investor sentiment as recent optimism around trade developments gives way to renewed concern over the nation’s ballooning debt. And while markets initially shrugged off the credit downgrade, analysts caution the bond market isn’t out of the woods, pointing to rising fiscal uncertainty and stubborn inflation as key factors likely to keep long-term yields volatile in the short run.
