These utility bills are too dang high
Johnny Hammersticks replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in Off the Wall
I really started to notice last summer. My electric bill is typically higher in the summer time bc I run 5 AC units in my home. It wasn’t uncommon to get a monthly bill for $225-250. My bill since then has been at least $325-350 regardless of the season. -
So when the Minnesota Vikings posted about Floyd and their 'pause to reflect,' they earned the dragging they're receiving. 'Call for justice' meant burning down cities, including Minneapolis. That's not justice. That's mob violence. https://twitchy.com/amy-curtis/2025/05/25/vikings-hide-replies-on-george-floyd-posts-n2413304

Our highest graded safety last season was Cam Lewis, he was the only safety on the roster with a passable coverage grade. -
The American Media Should Not Be Trusted

It's OUR fault PBS Host Says People Who Blast Media Cover-Up of Biden Decline Don't Understand 'How Reporting Works' Mike Miller In this episode of "Your Tax Dollars at Work"... On Friday's edition of PBS's "Washington Week with The Atlantic," host Jeffrey Goldberg trotted out CNN's disgraced host Jake Tapper and his co-author Alex Thompson to spin the ever-loving crap out their controversial bestseller, "Original Sin." Goldberg astonishingly and shamelessly insisted the left-wing media didn't participate in the cover-up of former President Joe Biden's catastrophic cognitive collapse. And Goldberg being Goldberg, he "forgot" to include the 2023 video of his ridiculous declaration that Biden was "mentally quite acute": Yet, even now, Goldberg remains among those in quasi-official Democrat state media who absurdly continue to insist the left-wing media did nothing wrong — and surely wasn't duplicitous while it regularly lied to viewers about mumbling ol' Joe being sharp as a tack. In other words, in Goldberg's case, your tax dollars at work — as PBS continues to push absurd left-wing narratives. https://redstate.com/mike_miller/2025/05/25/pbs-host-says-people-who-blast-media-cover-up-of-biden-decline-dont-understand-how-reporting-works-n2189585 -
Potential Derek Chauvin Pardon

I wonder your thoughts on the Michael Brown shooting? I’ll summarize and suggest that a multiple reviews lead to the conclusion was justified, though obviously tragic for the officer and Brown’s family. I ask because your comment about the incident not being on camera and what might have happened here. The lack of video evidence in the Brown case allowed for all sorts of narratives. Btw, if you prefer not to get dragged into this further, I understand. Just wondering. -

It will be Rapp and whoever else at Safety this year. Right now I see it being Forrest. -

Watched this performance through the fence behind the El Capitan when they were on Jimmy Kimmel in May 2016. They played on a lot behind the theater. Was staying a few minutes away and would cut through behind the theater to get to Hollywood Blvd., just happen to be there a few minutes before they started and found a spot to see through the screened off fences.

I lurked there for a while but decided to join after Rex Ryan’s last game against the Dolphins. Was looking for a place to vent after that day. My thought on that board was it was usually very negative even considering the Bills were in their drought. With some bipolar mania thrown in. -

I can't state it any better than that. ALL of the individual points that many on the Left bring up are certainly not the particular reason that I continue to support President Trump, but as inferred by others I really think that the country was heading towards a a caste system with a Liberal Network at the top, all dissent illegal and extremist non-American ideas enforced ( I am well aware that many wrongly say this about Trump, but my past 4 decades of following American politics confirm my view.) Closing the border, enforcing our present laws, stopping the leftist breakdown of American society and (HOPEFULLY) repairing our broken election system is exactly what I voted for Steve. Thanks for the thread. . -

Marginally better and Rapp was the better run defender. Both below average starting safeties. The Bills could use an upgrade at both spots ideally so I'm pulling for Bishop and Forrest this training camp. -

just came to TSW to post this. I like it. I think we (myself included) perhaps overlook him because we had the Poyer/Hyde combo so long. If you paired Rapp with another stud at safety, he'd look even better. As is, he looks really good. -
