  1. Past hour
  2. This is a casting call for extras. I was made for this role. I'm really good at blending into the background.
  3. And yet, we’re 3-1 in our last four games vs the Ravens, including 2 playoff wins. I think that blowout in game 3 this year is coloring peoples’ opinions about the Ravens, when it was really just an outlier game in a lot of ways.
  4. The Ravens had one good game against us. Henry ran wild and he’s a great player and the Ravens are elite with a lead and when they can play downhill. They have beaten us once since 2019. And they barely beat us in 2019 (we lost on the last play of the game on a great defensive play against Cover 1 with John Brown as the target in the EZ). To me, the Ravens are among the least of the threats, especially come playoffs time.
  5. My family moved to Buffalo (Tonawanda to be precise) in 1967, and I immediately became a Bills fan. That was a disappointing year, but I had great hopes for the 1968 season. However, Bills were down to their 5th string QB by the end of the year and finished 1-12-1. But early in the year, I talked my father into taking me to a Bills game at the old Rockpile. We parked in some guys yard for $2, which dad declared a “ripoff”. Game was against the NY Jets and Joe Namath. Namath was unstoppable (mostly) and threw 8 TD passes that game. But, the Bills won 37-35. Turns out 3 of Namaths TD passes were pick 6’s. As I recall, Jets were driving for a game winning FG as the game ended. Only game the Bills won that year.
  6. Next you'll hear that she has a deal for the Bowser International Golf Result in Dubai.
  7. Immigrant invader! Refusing to assimilate. Probably speaks that Low Dutch thing instead of English.
  8. I'll be happy if he is a significantly better version of AJE.
  9. If I was on a jury and he was the defendant, I'd vote guilty on looks alone.
  10. That was just a total bunch of nonsensical horsesh!t and counter-claims to things I never said. Gaslighting the board like that is the lowest form of communication on here. Fact free shout-downs. The FACT is that he was trash last year when finally given a big opportunity. EXPECTING him to be better is foolish.
  11. Yeah, but I’m better looking, 🤣
  12. Now THAT would be offensive.
  13. As the righties are always quick to say: Now let's see Trump post himself as the next Ayatollah.
  14. I'm sure he'll show flashes as a rookie but I can't wait to see this dude after a full NFL off-season training routine. 💪
  15. He’s a competitor who’s tired of losing. Then he answer to a bunch of morons who think the NFL runs like madden directly after the draft where he’s probably stressed out of his mind. He’s a top 3 GM in the league right next to the Rams and Eagles guy.
  16. Slightly bigger version of TJ Watt, similar RAS measurables. 6-6 with a 40.5 vertical, expect a lot of batted passes.
  17. It’s like Bill Clinton and his enabling wife never happened. Or, that JB never acknowledged inappropriately fondling multiple women’s. Or that KHarris didn’t acknowledge believing Biden sexually assaulted women. It’s a special sort of fantasy these people have created in their minds.
  18. Didn't see it posted 1 year/5 mil Expected maybe a little less but could be a goodie, definitely prefer over Cooper who was broken and had zero impact Moore , Palmer is a huge upgrade over Coop and Mack . If Coleman takes a step and Samuel is healthy, this could be a fun , dynamic, deep group
  19. I personally think that Beane sees WR as a position that he doesn't enjoy evaluating, given the difficulty of it. He avoids it altogether on day 1 and day 2. This is his second attempt at building a dline. If he hit this time, like we all hope, none of us will care about him taking a WR early. This group of Sanders, Jackson, and Walker have to hit better than Oliver, Rousseau, Epenesa and Boggie Basham. One of them needs to be a home run. If not, the magnifying glass will be on Beane.
  20. This is the year.
  21. Is Von Miller's Pass Rush Summit still a thing? Landon Jackson would greatly benefit from getting an invite.
  22. I don’t know if it’s necessity or valuation. I think we all agree the Bills would have a better chance of winning a Super Bowl if you gave us Chase and Higgins. But would we have a better chance of winning a Super Bowl if you gave us Chase/Higgins and the Bengals OL and defense? Probably not. I would love a few more playmakers offensively. I would love them defensively too. I would love some stars on ST. But it’s hard to get them all. I was a little down on this team last year offensively and they were great. I’m willing to give them a chance again.
  23. Yeah Beane is late to the party when it comes to the value of drafting and developing WR talent. He's had a couple day 3 guys pan out as high end WR3's in Davis and Shakir. But everything else Allen has had at WR has had to be acquired at great expense thru trade or free agency. Those moves tend to yield very short term rewards and then you gotta' double down with another vet etc.. But they are necessary when you don't take shots in the draft. WR is not an easy position to evaluate........there is a high failure rate, for sure. You gotta' take shots. Over the years we've pointed out a lot of players Beane has passed over who would have been excellent additions to the WR corps. But also, Beane's obsession with trading up on day 1 and 2 for anything but a WR has cost them some picks that would have been well spent on WR. The Edmunds trade up cost them pick 65. The next WR selected after pick 65 was Michael Gallup........who would have been an outstanding fit with Allen. The next year they traded up for Cody Ford. It was only 2 spots up but the next WR picked after the selection they dealt(158) was Darius Slayton. Two guys who would have provided a key missing element for the team in the early 2020's. So it's not even just the actual picks it's a combination of non-swings and failed trade-ups.
  24. Its all about expectations. No one shoukd be seeing this as a Diggs replacement, but as others have put it, he's replacing Hollins roster spot. That being said, this guy has been a part of the 2 most dysfunctional organizations in the league. He came into the league with lots of potential, and although he's underwhelmed, he has a real shot of reaching his ceiling with Josh and the Bills. What that is, no one knows for sure. Personally I'd sign up for 800yds. That would be ideal to end up with 3-4 guys with 800 plus yards. That's a lot more dangerous than just having 1 with 1500.
