  1. Past hour
  2. I think this thread would have gone a lot better for you if you first apologized for historically acting like an asshat and THEN went on to suggest we all argued in better faith and fashion. But to follow it up with the "banned book" argument about porn in middle school in the same thread was just
  3. Awesome kid! If he continues to block and play hard (which I fully expect him to), I think I'll get his jersey sometime soon...
  4. Roundy is the naked guy the football team shoved into the girls locker room.
  5. Centre is the british english spelling. Know there is a Centre college in Kentucky.
  6. Yea I’m with you I said Torrence at worst tucks in the top 10 which right now is 17.5 million dollars a season before he’s scheduled to become a free agent
  7. He has to answer media questions. That's part of his job. So, he can't just "shut the eff up". But are we pretending that Cam Newton was some smart, cerebral QB who did the right, smart thing all the time? He had a big arm and great athleticism, which covered up a lot of his other issues. But he also had scattershot accuracy. Cam Newton was a good football player for awhile, but not a great QB, if that makes sense. Plus, I find him way more annoying and conceited than I do Tua.
  8. The further down either of these teams drops, the sooner we may face them in the playoffs, assuming they make it. And it may increase the possibility we face them both.
  9. KC has earned the benefit of the doubt
  10. In Allen's rookie year in 2018 it is beyond a question of a doubt that they made a total mess of every element of the process. 1. Lack of a proper vet in the room until mid-season; 2. Thinking Peterman was a legitimate bridge that Allen would gain anything learning behind (he couldn't even stay on the field more than a half); 3. An offensive talent collection that the GM himself at the end of the season admitted was "horrible". Including the worst offensive line in the league with Vlad Ducasse and Ryan Groy as a starters and wide receivers that were a rookie UDFA and a career journeyman in Deonte Thompson.
  11. There is no arrogance, really? Did you read the post I was responding to? The post ended with this gem , " The only thing that can go wrong in this game is someone important gets a new injury or aggravates an existing one". If you dont think that is fan arrogance, there is no point in further debate.
  12. May 2, 2022, 10:58 a.m. ET Katherine Fung Kelvin Benjamin, former wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers, was arrested on Tuesday after he was caught eating food off of other diner's plates at a Golden Corral restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina. Benjamin, who is 6'5" and weighs 305 pounds, was reportedly sweating profusely when he entered the restaurant and was immediately denied service by the hostess. "We were all full and there was a wait, so I told him he would have to come back another time," the hostess, who wished to remain anonymous, said. "He got really mad and started yelling at me. I told him to leave and he did, but then he came back in and started taking food off of other people's plates." Several diners attempted to stop Benjamin, but he was apparently too strong for them. "He just kept eating and saying, 'I'm starving, I'm starving,'" one witness said. "It was like he didn't even care that he was getting arrested." Benjamin was eventually subdued by police and was taken into custody. He has been charged with trespassing and theft of services. It is unclear why Benjamin was so hungry, but his sweatiness may have been a factor. "He was just drenched, like he had run a marathon," the witness said. "I don't know if he was sick or what, but he was really sweaty." Benjamin has a history of problems with food. In 2016, he was criticized for being overweight and out of shape. And in 2017, he was caught on camera eating ribs on the sidelines of a Panthers game. This is not the first time a professional athlete has been arrested for stealing food. In 2015, former NBA player Charlie Villanueva was arrested for stealing a slice of pizza from a New York City restaurant. Eating food off of other people's plates is considered a serious offense in the United States, and Benjamin could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
  13. Just seeing the topic now makes me 🤣
  14. Robert Hunt got 20M 2 offseason ago. If I’m his agent, that’s my starting point. He’s looked really good so far this year and his price tag may even be going up. if we could somehow extend him for 15-18M, I’d be on board, but I don’t think we’ll be able to afford the 20M+ that might be coming his way. McGovern and Edwards need to get paid too. Hoping to bring back 2 of the 3. Seems like Edwards has been playing his best football as a pro. Possible that it’ll be around 10-15M for edwards and 15-20 for mcgovern unless that take a hometown discount. Money is important, but it seems like this family atmosphere and culture that McD and Josh have created could make up for a few million.
  15. He did have most of the cards, but he as well had glaring weaknesses as aQB that a FO with any smarts could have taken advantage of in negotiations. Oh well, now our in division opponent gets to suffer there incredibly bad decision making, lol, GO BILLS!!!
  16. I'm surprised that no one has posted this yet, but Chase Young is still not practicing, so it looks like he won't play on Sunday.
  17. but was CFA open for those concerts?
  18. That, and losing containment
  19. that sounds like good money to me
  20. You were mildly entertaining. Now you’re not…blocked
  21. This is not an opinion or a criticism of anyone's views, but it is an observation, and I have some experience in matters military. For China to assist Russia in Europe in any direct military component, they would have to deploy. They have never demonstrated that ability and as I am aware, are not capable yet. I can't see them deploying fighters or ground troops to Europe, and they can't project air power over any distance yet. They have a carrier capability, but they are conventional powered and depend on refueling at sea every week or so. That is a huge vulnerability, and they have never demonstrated any ability to conduct effective carrier operation. So.....Net, I don't see the ability or desire to isolate themselves further from international trade by assisting a Russian aggression against NATO.
  22. did you mean to say “KC” instead of “Tampa”? lol
  23. Yeah, was coming here to espouse the same sentiment. Roll Cam's NFL tape, Tua, and then compare your "accomplishments" to his. This is someone whose criticism actually holds some merit. If the league hadn't let defenders beat the living crap out of Cam he'd probably still be playing at a higher level than Tua.
