  1. Past hour
  2. Doink! (10 characters)
  3. So far it looks like the Colts are the surprise team and the best team in the AFC South, but I'm old enough to remember when the Saints were the talk of the league for the first two weeks last year.

  5. Should the people who celebrated Charlie Kirk's murder be fired from their jobs? If you believe the answer to that is yes, then I have a hard time understanding how this comment can be condoned. Looks like we have a lawyer in our midst here. What, exactly, is the law with respect to that issue? I don't know Brian Kilmeade, and I don't care for his comment. It's dumb. But aren't we getting to a thought police stage here? He said something stupid. He didn't act on it. As far as I know, it's an isolated thing for him. Honestly, who friggin cares. But it's an issue because there are many MAGA who are out to punish anyone who said something stupid, crass, and horrible about the murder of Charlie Kirk.
  6. No mention of al-Shabab tackling the runner 4 or 5 yards OB. Then he gets hurt making the same tackle on the field of play. Hah.
  7. Was Al-Shaair just shaking/convulsing on the turf? Kinda looked bad for a brief glimpse...ooorrrrrrr I completely misinterpreted.
  8. I tagged you somewhere in the Charlie Kirk threads for an opinion btw. Maybe you missed it.
  9. The Bills held a walk-thru practice today. Here's today's defensive injury report: Ed Oliver DNP/Out Matt Milano DNP/Out Taron Johnson Limited Cam Lewis Limited Shaq Thompson Limited Jordan Hancock Full Milano has been declared Out and I doubt Oliver will play. There's a question mark at nickel corner with Johnson and Lewis both on the report. The injuries are certainly concerning but my concerns are softened by the Bills upcoming schedule of Miami, New Orleans, New England, @ Atlanta, Bye, and @ Carolina. There couldn't be a better time for backups and young players to get live game experience. As Nietzsche said, "That which does not kill me makes me stronger" and I'm glad of the silver lining... that so many of our young players will have this opportunity to grow their skills in games where their mistakes are likely to be inconsequential. Moreover, the extra experience they gain now will mean that the team's depth will be that much better later in the season when the stakes are higher. For instance I love that Dorian Strong already has 72 defensive snaps under his belt. Because of Oliver's injury Sanders had 23 snaps and Walker had 22 snaps against the Jets. Zion Logue had 16 snaps. With the return of Hoecht and Ogunjobi, I maintain my excitement for what this defense will become.
  10. Tough to say. Their defense is elite. But this is a sack/pressure fest on both sides.
  11. I live in San Jose. Although I have visited the Los Angeles group in Santa Monica.
  12. He had a terrific block in the Jets game. Drove his defender away from Cook and kept driving him. I couldn't believe it was Kincaid. (And he does look bigger, especially his hips and butt.)
  13. this is where I am at. What I am mostly terrified about is if Bernard misses any time. Dorian, Buffalo Joe, and cam Lewis as our starting linebackers?
  14. Better Williams than Spector or Klein...
  15. If he can practice "fully" then there is no cause to list him. He's been banged up a ton in his career but not always disclosed via injury reports. Don't want to officially label bountygate targets on his body (as though teams don't know)
  16. Houston's O line is horrible. They are in a bad division, I still don't think they make the playoffs this year
  17. I said this elsewhere, but a guy like Bosa should be off on a short week— like not play this Thursday. Just asking for injuries trying to get these old vets to play a Sunday and then Thursday game.
  18. Funny enough, I have bought very little of my massive collection. its mostly 50 years of B-day and X-mas gifts! and a ton of little trinkets gathered along the way. I do have a almost complete Bills card collection from 1960-2000 that I probably spent a bit on. lol
  19. The first game we lose is the first one where Bosa is out. With McD and Babich insisting on playing him balls to the wall up by four scores with 7 minutes left in the game yesterday, it won't be long. Maybe McDumb will have us do another "extra hard" week of practice like last week and have us in full pads on Wednesday again so Ed can hurt his other ankle this time. smh
  20. 11a starts on Sundays sounds amazing. Can still get stuff done in the morning but don't have to wait until afternoon for football.
  21. That IS a spicy meatball, ming Nah, Williams plays with violence. Edmunds did not/does not have the same passion for contact.
  22. They're gonna need to trade for DE if they keep insisting on playing Bosa balls to the wall when we're up 4 scores with 7 minutes left in the game. I swear McD was put on this earth to quietly sabotage this team from the inside. How about his "extra hard" week of practice that resulted in Ed's injury and obviously a normal week of practice would have been just fine, the Jets stunk and we blew them out. Meanwhile McDumb has us in full pads wednesday, more injuries to key players totally unnecessary.
  23. where in Cali? Did you watch games at Bobbi McGees in Burbank in the early 90's?
  24. I have come to love Mountain Time game times. Sunday it's 11am, 2pm and 6:15pm.
