I haven't watched a football game on an illegal feed since 2020, but I did most weeks during the height of the pandemic because a lot of the places with the NFL Sunday ticket were closed down or too crowed to feel safe at. The main reason I haven't since 2020 is because just about all the places I watched the feeds on got shut down. I think the league was a little more lenient in 2020 due to the circumstances. I would never pay an illegal site for their feed, mainly because of the risk of it being shut down, but I have no problem watching a free bootleg site. I'm lucky because where I live we get a lot of Bills games on home TV & when we don't, I can go to OTB where I can get in for free wearing a Bills jersey (otherwise it would be a $1 or $2, depending on one's age-I'm old so it's $1 for me). There I can sit in a booth with a personal TV where I can listen to the sound, unlike most sports bars. I used to watch a site that had just about every TV show from the premium cable networks as well as Canadian & UK networks. It was great. Then one day I went to watch a show & the place was shut down.

Dunne lost all my respect after that hit piece on McDermott in the middle of the season mostly from anonymous sources and i’m not that high on McDermott as a head coach even though I view him as an extremely high character person. This is football/entertainment, not nuclear secrets or outing abuses of power, anonymous sources bashing coaches and players is cowardly.

With as small as the DL is these days, with the size of everyone piccard is a great idea. Are teams afraid to copy it? If I am a team I dedicate a scout to the draft to find a fast center or guard who pulls smooth, 6' -6'3" or so (even 5'10) who's 300 lbs but lean w good feet. I scout him. I get my scout to go meet him, play catch with him shooting the breeze covertly watching how he moves. I bring him into camp and work him as an OL his entire rookie practice squad until week 8. Then I start playing him at full back occasionally. The by year 2 I've developed a big fullback who can play special teams blocking.

I'll take a wait & see attitude on Johnson & see what he does long term before I crown him. I remember when Daboll went to the Giants as the great QB whisperer & got coach of the year & Jones who he "fixed" got a big $ contract. Now Daboll is on one of hottest seats in the league. As with any 1st year coach, I need to see results, not even just one year, before thinking he can turn a team or a QB around.
