  1. Past hour
  2. I don't think Josh is a big fan of Daboll. Unless, possibly--Daboll is restricted to the skybox. He needs to be in a place where his temper can't harm anyone. I remember those days of Daboll on the sideline screaming at Josh. No one wants a redux of that.
  3. Shaq does one thing well - he sets the edge. The Bills opponents running game is disgusting. One of the worst in the NFL. I think Shaq can help on those outside runs where the Bills are getting gashed. Sadly he won’t offer them much in pass rush - another big area where they are struggling
  4. I like to think there are guys we've never heard of who are every bit as good as any nfl coordinator at x's and o's. Maybe they are coaching college or high school right now. How you find one, instead of jumping on the nfl nepotism merry go round, is another issue entirely.
  5. The exact quote of what I posted was, “We have six weeks left with a track record of season-ending excellence. This Bills chapter has not yet been written.” I don’t see any similarity with your words. Might you have mistakenly .quoted the wrong post? Come on man.
  6. So you don't like mashed potato's, green beans, squash, pie, or gravy at all?
  7. American Voters Are Finally Booting Conservative Weirdos off School Boards https://flip.it/RQjTHW
  8. I would ideally want both to go. I voted Bean, because of the dumpster fire roster and the big contracts for always injured underperforming players. Now I may cut McDermott (some) slack if Bean is the one giving him these lemons. But if Bean makes his decisions based on what McDermott tells him to do (aka more of a puppet) then they both need to go.
  9. I don't see Shaq Lawson being signed to the PS as a crisis. There are plenty of bigger things to worry about.
  10. I had a box of stovetop that is probably 2 years old. That was my dinner yesterday. Very tasty. Having chicken cordon bleu and asparagus made in the air fryer (the asparagus) today.
  11. They are good, then they are bad, then they are good again. Who is coaching these guys? (rhetorical)
  12. there are tiers to how much you can get on money - and 10 was the max out of years where players try to get to it
  13. Since 2019 including the playoffs Allen 85 ints. 2.1% int percentage Mahomes 78 ints 1 7% int percentage I use 19 because Allen was in year 2 and Mahomes didn't start until year 2 If you then start in 2020 The difference is 5 ints over the entire time span from 20 to the present.... Even if you include all 18 to 23, and you include all the turnovers, it's literally only 7 more than Brady. Yet Allen passed and ran more, and Allen had to play as a rookie, Brady didn't....
  14. Reminds me of the old saying, "Past results do not equal future success" Now, that said, it's football and wild things happen. And there are still enough weeks to mathematically win the division, #1 seed or whatever people want to see. This is a discussion board. And as such, both the people that feel the Bills can overcome and the people saying they may miss the playoffs at this point have very valid arguments. I think we ALL wish the Bills were closing in on the top seed, but here we are. No, we don't know what the rest of the season holds. At this point they could win out or lose out...and neither would particularly shock me at this point. It's just a disappointment that we couldn't put away teams like Atlanta and Miami. Or New England in our building. Seems like every time we get something rolling, we get hit with a fresh batch of key injuries. Right now, we need to wrap Cole Bishop up in bubble wrap. I will say it again because it merits repeating. Both the Gloomy Gus's and the Homers have valid points. The season can go in a million directions, from a Super Bowl win to eliminated from the playoffs by week 16 or 17. I know where I feel like it's heading, but it doesn't mean my opinion is the only valid one.
  15. Josh deserves a HC that runs the offense and calls the plays and will stay in Buffalo as long as Allen and him are winning.
  16. Because narratives create clicks, not facts.
  17. Because it happens all the time in the NFL? Not the least of all with this team multiple times over the past several years?
  18. I really don’t study this stuff the way some do, but I’d prefer an offensive HC so we don’t have to keep changing coordinators (like we do now) because if they suck they have to go, and if they are good they get poached. For that reason Vrabel, while I like and respect him as a coach, would not be ideal for me. Johnson had never been a HC before, and that gave me some concern. Harbaugh just annoys the &^%* out of me and seems to wear his welcome out quickly, so that wouldn’t be ideal for me. And so on….a lot of decent options but none that I personally just have to have. But what do I know? I don’t know who it will be or when, but something will happen at some point and I’ll probably go along with it. Some HC prospects (and I won’t argue specific names here as I’m tired of this already 😊) could push me over the edge. Not in a desperate way, but in an “I just don’t care any more” way. I don’t miss the NBA, and I have yet to watch my college hoops team play a game this season. I seem to be getting more balance in my life about this stuff, so it’s easier to take it or leave it.
  19. 😂 This story is completely made up. In fact, when this Fake News published, I was in the Oval Office, where President Trump was meeting with his law enforcement team, including FBI Director Kash Patel. I read the headline to the President and he laughed. He said: “What? That’s totally false. Come on Kash, let’s take a picture to show them you’re doing a great job!” Do not believe the Fake News!
  20. Understand and I respect your opinion.
  21. yea, I’ve contemplated that before. Just feels like after some number of them, it’s got to be more than coincidence. there are a lot of very good but not great WRs out there, and no one really moving quiet like him and those even remotely close have drama usually I suspect someday it’ll make more sense but if there is stress that follows him, good on him for handling those issues behind closed doors and not on social media
  22. I've heard this narrative brought up every time Allen is discussed in mainstream circles. Allen career int percentage 2.3% Drew Brees career int percentage 2.3% Josh Allen int % since 2019 including the playoffs, 2.1 % Allen .9 int % in the playoffs ( lowest all time) Montana 2.9 int % in the playoffs Allen also has the lowest turnover percentage in NFL playoff history from what I read. I haven't confirmed if that's true. But it's certainly extremely low I then read that since the turnover worthy stat was created, Allen is top 5 in the least amount of turnover worthy plays in the playoffs... Allen ints in first 121 starts- 93 int Tom Brady in first 121 starts - 91 int Allen from 18-23 78 int , 107 total turnovers Tom Brady from 01- 06, 78 int , 101 total turnovers Allen in 2024 had the lowest amount of negative plays in NFL history, fumbles, ints and sacks.... I'm not saying Allen is perfect, and he can definitely be streaky sometimes, but these numbers not only suggest the narrative is wrong, but that it's actually the opposite. Especially in the biggest pressure moments. Why does this keep being brought up every time Allen is discussed. I find it bizarre
  23. Allen is 30 next season. If not now, when? Roster management: too many bloated contracts for underperforming free-agents and re-signed players, and too many underperforming top picks. Some good players but not nearly enough elite ones to win it all. Coaching: In the history of the NFL, McD and Josh winning together would be an outlier. Could still happen but I don't like betting on historical outliers.
