For those who pray, my daughter needs them please
YoloinOhio replied to YoloinOhio's topic in Off the Wall
She was admitted tonight to children’s and will be here several days, possibly a week, but the good news is when she is out she will be much more stable than we have been able to get her on our own even with the intensive outpatient treatment program she’s been going to. It’s awful and sleeping in the hospital sucks but if it takes this to get my daughter back to who she is I’ll do anything. Thank you for all of the support. -
Could the season have opened any better for the Bills?

Milano has a Pec Injury Timeline "we'll see" per Sean
Richard Noggin replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Lotta lame commentary in this thread. No one can dispute Milano's injury history. The Bills were hoping to get more out of him in the last year of his current deal. And they still might. Or they might not. But we don't need to whine about it and pretend like it's some kind of personal or organizational failure. It's the Just World Fallacy, that somehow all bad things are the fault of the person(s) who they happen to (because good things happen to good people LOL). -

Yes, I agree and did not say Bernard was in the same category as Cook, Shakir, and Benford, and called him a solid starter only, which overall he has been for the Bills, a pleasant surprise. This year hopefully he joins the rest in the higher tier, but his size may prevent that. We will see. But I really do think that they did get those elite playmakers you speak of, and that we all want more of, and in the 22 draft that the other poster rips apart. See bold above.

That song is like 2 3 years old with the Bills , it's cool but has no significance

Knox can block. No question. The point is Hawes can block AND catch.

I'd ask what you're drinking, but this goes WAY beyond alcohol. I'm think an acid and mushroom combo.

Turn Down The Temperature: Unity? NOT HAPPENING
Tommy Callahan replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The people saying unity are also sounding like they want everyone not in their corporate liberal dogma, in camps. It's a script. Like the loyalist of old. Hating the actual patriots. They are at that point. -
I agree, though just wanted to point out that most outside of Buffalo don't consider Terrell Bernard to be a top tier LB. Just to put it in perspective, PFF gave him a 47.6 grade for 2024 (165th among LBs) and just for laughs, he's got a 79 overall rating in Madden 😆 I know, I know, we all hate PFF. I'm only bringing up that in a redraft, he likely wouldn't be valued as highly as we value him. Regarding everything else, I think wasting a 1st round pick on Kaiir Elam kinda sours things a bit. The Bills have a severe lack of elite talent & play makers, so consistently falling to change that with your 1st round picks reflects poorly on Beane regardless of late round hits.

Yeah, you got it, totally highschool. In fact, I’ll bring your response in to English class tomorrow so we can dissect exactly what went wrong with your response, and see if we can’t find a coherent sentence, or any legitimate talking points nestled somewhere in there. I’ll try and work with what I got here. I’m assuming you meant take OUT certain US cities, and you see, problem is that’s not how it works. Those cities are in fact PART of the United States, you can’t just pick the parts out you don’t like and say “well that doesn’t count”, that’s moving the goal posts, friend. You try and distract with semantics - Murder, homicide, violence, gun violence; how about “D. all of the above”, is that better? The United States is an extremely violent country with an excess number of all violent crimes, including, but not limited to homicide and murder, AND the rates of these crimes are far higher than their Canadian and European counterparts. Take out certain demographics? Take out how? Like how we “took out” the 95% of the indigenous populations with our westward expansion, and along with way almost wiped the American Buffalo off the face of the earth? Or do you mean not include certain demographics who were still subject to segregation in the lifetime of some board members here? Certain demographics who in certain areas of the country were not allowed to read or write for centuries, and then were given “freedom” to own nothing, to work nowhere, and live in abject poverty? Maybe tomorrow in school they’ll teach us about “nurture vs nature”, and then I can give you the cliff notes.

Well you seem quick to judge Bobby B after one week. The Browns also get worked by the Ravens. Don’t care that you don’t care. The Bills played well against the Jets and very poorly against the Ravens. If you want to put BB on the hot seat, feel free. Bit early for me.
