  1. Past hour
  2. And it’s always our best players
  3. We have Josh freakin’ Allen. This loser phrase needs to be banned.
  4. I once read that a blitzing linebacker hits with as much force as a car going 5 mph. Is this true?
  5. Thats how I feel about it. Winning this week does 2 things: keeps the #1 seed in play (granted we need help to get that, so can’t be too upset if those chips don’t fall). It also puts us in better position to get the 5 seed. And if you’re going the be a WC, you want to be the 5 seed because that gets the easier draw in the WC and divisional round. We can still get the 5 seed with a loss this week, but a win makes it much easier. But then too there’s the.. F that team! I want to see them humiliated for all their years of cheating and paying off the refs. Go Bills!
  6. When I read the thread title I figured he wears loafers or something and this was a men's fashion thread. Walking boot is very different than walking shoe. WTF dude!?!
  7. he's a great possession guy. doesn't have the YAC instincts, he's pretty much a catch and get tackled dude with very few moves once he has the ball but I agree give the guy more targets. yeah it was weird on the TV because you kept waiting for defender to come into the screen but they never did, and then josh is in the endzone pretty wild
  8. If he needs a Toe Donor, I bet we could find one here.
  9. We can never have anything nice
  10. Guess the league didn’t like Germany enough to give them a 2027 game as well?
  11. He's the best NFL mind since John Clayton died a few years back. No BS, and really knows our team. Scouts college hard to so he knows the background on guys that I don't even know and I'm a Bills freak. On one hand, despite all he said we're still favored on the road against an 11-2 team Sunday and we can beat anybody. One thing I didn't see mentioned is that when you pay a QB $50+M per year like Baltimore, KC, Cinci, Buffalo, Dallas, Philly etc you aren't going be elite on defense and your ability to retain/sign players is somewhat limited vs a team like the Pats or Houston who still have qb's on rookie deals making a small fraction of that. Cosell is usually spot on though. The one thing he won't do is criticize coaches very much though. He alludes to it ("Buffalo took an entire half to realize their front four wasn't touching Joe Burrow and it was time to send the blitz packages?" He won't mention Sean directly but it's implied. Compare that to a guy like Orlovsky who flat out says stuff like "Joe Brady is making a huge mistake not using play action with this run game, its the whole reason you run the ball" Hey man, our GM is a good guy who hit on the Josh pick and that made his whole career. But he also said our WR's are "fine" six months ago and now we're signing dudes off the street and having them start in like a week. He picked Shorter over Nacua, Coleman over Ladd Mcconkey, and basically the dude drafts for need which even he has said is a bad idea. We can still make a run, but on the road with this defense it's an unlikely outcome that we'll run the table.
  12. I was at Jungle Noise and a Bengal's fan posted what I thought was a great description of the Brown family business: Yes…I am concerned but there are people who post that call him a cry baby, spoiled and entitled. Joe is the best the Brown family will ever get and they are pissing it away. The Brown family reminds me of a family who cannot manage their family finances well and end up receiving government assistance (NFL profit sharing) All of a sudden the family wins the lottery (Joe Burrow) and they piss the money away because they do not know what they are doing spending the lottery winnings partying and buying useless items. Eventually the family ends up bankrupt. It is a damn same Joe’s career is heading down this trajectory and it is because of the Brown family. Screw you Katie and Mike. You have no business owning a team.
  13. Why have several here called you a narcissist?
  14. Something is obviously going on with the training staff. This is like the 10th practice mid week injury. I've never seen this before, literally ever So I don't know what they're doing but it's gotta stop This is completely ridiculous
  15. A part of his little finger was cut off so he could play sooner. How come no one started a Sherrone Moore thread. Im too lazy to look it all up myself LOL
  16. The OP isn’t a Bills fan. So take anything he shares with that in mind.
  17. Thigh Dr said this type of boot doesn't have anything to do with turf toe 🤷
  18. So, pretty much all of them...
  19. I understand the parameters to "lurking" on another teams forum, i was just being sarcastic. I just think it's fascinating how some fans get so up and arms about it, they can't fathom the thought. When really it's normal behavior. Fans everywhere act a like. Its just fun seeing some complain about the very same thing they would or have done. ha ha
  20. My top choice would be to get the 1 seed. Failing that, I'd still rather win the division and extend our streak to 6 - especially with KC probably ending their streak this year. But the bronze medal option is getting the 5 seed and watching the 2 seed Patriots losing in the opening round. Honestly, there's a part of me that would rather be the 5 seed than the 2 seed - especially if Pittsburgh wins their division. The 7 seed very easily might be Houston or KC, and both of those teams are more dangerous than any of the other non-Bills wildcard potentials. With all that said, if we get swept by the Patriots, I'll be pissed. If we beat them on Sunday but they win the division by taking care of business against Jets & Dolphins? Congrats to them but I'm mostly unbothered.
  21. If Cosell is right, then Allen should win MVP for the success the team has had and will likely continue to have. I don't understand how people can hype Stafford without acknowledging that the team around him is superior to Allen's. Anyway, if the Bills go all the way, they won't be the first no-name team to do so. Sometimes it's less about individual star power and more about team character. That's not to say the Bills have, it, but they might. We'll see Sunday.
  22. Cool we can now stab people over words. Good times
  23. I converted to using y'all a few years back. Most languages have different pronouns for 2nd person singular vs 2nd person plural, and there's plenty of times that it's useful to distinguish. I'm not saying "you all" like some poorly-programmed robot, and I don't think I have the juice to get "ye" back in use. So I say y'all, and when I do, people understand what I mean. Great success. Lurking on another team's forum is always okay. Posting can potentially be okay, depending on the forum and the posts themselves. Even smack talk posts can be okay, although IMO only if they're in a dedicated thread for mixing it up with opposing fans. Trolling, antagonizing, etc. are never okay, regardless of whether it's being done to our fans or by our fans.
  24. This idea has been crossing my mind. I mean, of COURSE I want to win this game. I want to win it badly. But if we do lose - what are the chances that this fairly overrated Pats team can beat us a 3rd time this season? Pretty low. If we lose this one, I'd have enormous confidence we beat them them in January.
